Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is going to start 2 new schemes namely Priyadarshini Housing Scheme and Mohan Lal Sukhadia Housing Scheme 2020 in Rajasthan. The 1st scheme is to be launched near Muhana Village in Zone 11 while the 2nd scheme will be launched in Khurd village of Jaipur. People will be able to apply online by filling Rajasthan Priyadarshini Housing Scheme online application form 2020. Moreover, people will also be able to fill Mohan Lal Sukhadia Housing Scheme online registration form after its approval.
These Priyadarshini and Mohan Lal Sukhadia residential schemes is a successful endeavour to attract buyers to its recent housing scheme. All the homebuyers who wants to purchase new house under JDA’s new housing scheme will be able to enroll in this scheme.
People can now check the total number of plots, size of plots and the rates at which people can buy these affordable houses.

JDA civic body looks confident to sell its plots as it is receiving overwhelming response from residents for proposed Shiv Vihar housing scheme. In that particular housing scheme, around 346 plots are proposed to be developed. The civic body has received over 42,000 applications so far. The lottery for the scheme will be held on February 5. JDA has fixed a reserve price of Rs 25,000 per sq.m in this scheme.
The plots, sized between 45 square metre to 220 square metre, will be developed in the colony. It is situated on the 200-Feet Road connecting Muhana and Gopalpura Road. The move is expected to boost revenue that will be utilised to develop infrastructure. As the market condition has improved, the JDA filled its coffers after auctioning plots in its old scheme.
