दिल्ली सरकार राजधानी में दलित वर्ग के छात्रों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए और उन्हे विदेश में पढ़ने का अवसर देने के लिए प्रवासी छात्रवृत्ति योजना 2020 (Overseas Scholarship Scheme) लेकर आई है। इस सरकारी योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति के विद्यार्थी विदेश में अपनी आगे की पढ़ाई करने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन (Delhi Overseas Scholarship Scheme 2020 for SC Students) कर सकते हैं। दिल्ली प्रवासी छात्रवृत्ति योजना 2020 के लिए छात्र scstwelfare.delhigovt.nic.in पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण (Apply Online Delhi Overseas Scholarship Scheme) कर सकते हैं। यह स्कॉलरशिप योजना केवल मास्टर या पीएचडी की पढ़ाई करने के लिए ही शुरू की गई है।

प्रवासी छात्रवृत्ति योजना 2020 (AAP Govt. Overseas Scholarship Scheme) के तहत पहले चरण में आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार करीब 100 दलित छात्रों को विदेश में पढ़ाई के लिए छात्रवृत्ति देगी। इन प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों में से जो कला, कृषि, कानून, चिकित्सा और इंजीनियरिंग आदि के क्षेत्र में एम फिल और पीएचडी की पढ़ाई करना चाहते हैं, वे इस योजना के तहत ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र (CM Overseas Scholarship Scheme Online Registration) भर सकते हैं।

सीएम प्रवासी छात्रवृत्ति योजना – पात्रता

योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को सरकार द्वारा बताई गई योग्यता की शर्तों को पूरा करना होगा जो निम्न्लिखित हैं:

• उम्मीदवार भारत देश का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
• परिवार में से केवल एक ही लड़का या लड़की को स्कीम का लाभ मिलेगा।
• आवेदक के पास बैंक में खाता होना चाहिए।
• उसके खिलाफ किसी तरह का आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं होना चाहिए।
• अगर आवेदक के पास पहले से ही मास्टर डिग्री है तो वह उसी डिग्री को दोबारा करना चाहता है तो उसको योजना का लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Central govt. has started Nikshay Poshan Yojana 2020 for patients suffering from Tuberclosis (TB). Under this Nutritional Support Scheme for TB Patients, each beneficiary will get Rs. 500 per month during the entire treatment period. People can now make Nikshay Poshan Yojana 2020 Registration / Enrollment at the health centers from where they are seeking treatment.

All the notified TB patients would be the eligible beneficiaries of the Nikshay Poshan Yojna. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare runs Nikshay Poshan Scheme under the Revised National Tuberclosis Control Programme. The TB patients can now check the payment schedule, timeline, benefits, eligibility

The scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme under National Health Mission (NHM). Financial norms of NHM in terms of cost sharing b/w states and center are applicable to the scheme.

Nikshay Poshan Yojana Registration Form 2020 & Payment

Each TB patient taking treatment from either public or private sector must be notified on the Nikshay Portal at nikshay.in. For this purpose, patients will have to come to TB treatment centers along with their details which would be stored in database. Upon linking of beneficiary details to nikshay portal, the health care facility will have the responsibility to update patient’s data and send enrollment message to patients. This can be done via SMS or by gaining access to patient’s details. All of this can happen only if the health care center is registered on Nikshay Poshan Yojana portal. All the notified TB patients will get payment as per the following schedule:-

Benefits of Nikshay Poshan Yojana for TB Patients

The central govt. will provide financial incentive of Rs. 500/- per month to each notified TB patient. This incentive to TB patients would be for the entire duration for which the patient is on anti-TB treatment. All the existing patients who are on treatment on 1 April 2018, incentives would be provided for period of treatment remaining after 1 April 2018.

It may be noted that only such patients for whom remaining treatment period is more than equal to 1 month as on 1 April 2018 shall be eligible for incentives. Even the existing patients on 1 April 2018 shall be entitled to receive incentives only for full months of remaining period of treatment and partial months would be dropped. The incentives under Nikshay poshan Yojana would be given under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Scheme. All the states which are already distributing incentives to TB patients must ensure to provide minimum amount of Rs. 500 per month in cash or in kind.

Eligibility for Nikshay Poshan Yojana 2020

All the applicants must fulfill the following Nikshay Poshan Yojana eligibility criteria:-

• The TB patient must be notified on or after 1st April 2018
• All existing TB patients currently undergoing treatment are eligible to receive incentives.
• The patient must be registered / notified on the official nikshay portal at nikshay.in.

Need for Nikshay Poshan Yojana Portal

The central govt. has created Nikshay Poshan Yojana Portal for the following purposes:-

1. Creating a platform for TB treatment – This portal will enable govt. to monitor TB patients and offer them assistance so that they can get the upper hand on the disease.
2. Recording details of TB patients – The concerned dept. will take necessary steps to record data of all patients who make Nikshay Poshan Yojana Enrollment.
3. Offering financial assistance – All TB patients will receive Rs. 500 on a monthly basis.
4. Frequency of payment – The central govt. will provide financial assistance to the patients each month. This grant will be continued till the patients get well.
5. Total beneficiaries – The total number of patients enrolled under Nikshay Poshan scheme has reached 13 lakh.
6. Funds Transfer – All TB patients will receive their financial grant directly in their active bank accounts, which have been linked with Aadhar Cards. The funds will be transferred via Direct Benefit Transfer or DBT.

The implementation of the special Nikshay medical scheme will offer help to the TB patients which would be done under the National Health Mission.

Odisha government has started providing online applications for Caste certificate (SC / ST), Income certificate, OBC certificate, SEBC and Residence Certificate. These apply online forms will remain available in PDF format without any fees and on the basis of self certification (some with prescribed provision) at edistrictodisha.gov.in. From now onward, no Odisha govt. department shall ask for Solvency certificate. Instead of Solvency certificates, IT Returns, Bank Guarantee, etc for issuing licenses to storage agents, grant or renewal of excise license, quarry lease, etc, shall be asked for. Moreover, the Legal heir certificate application form is available to download at edistrict Odisha portal.

टीबी एक खतरनाक और गंभीर बीमारी है जिससे हर साल लगभग हजारों लोगों की मौत हो जाती है। टीबी के मरीजों की मौत का कारण आज के समय में पोषण से भरपूर खाने की कमी है क्यूंकि टीबी की बीमारी से लड़ने वाली दवाइयाँ तो बहुत है पर कहीं न कहीं अच्छे पोष्टिक भोजन की कमी है। क्यूंकि डॉक्टरों के अनुसार टीबी की दवाइयों के साथ मरीज को अच्छे भोजन की भी बहुत जरूरत होती है और ऐसा ना होने पर कुछ परिस्थितियों में रोगी की मृत्यु तक हो जाती है।

निक्षय पोषण योजना (Nutritional Support Scheme for TB Patients) केंद्र सरकार की राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मिशन (National Health Mission – NHM) द्वारा वित्त पोषित योजना है।

निक्षय पोषण योजना (Nikshay Poshan Yojana Registration Form 2020 & Payment) के लिए वैसे तो किसी तरह का पंजीकरण सरकार द्वारा मांगा गया है पर रोगी को योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए nikshay.in निक्षय पोर्टल पर सूचित करना होता है जिससे की वे अपने डेटाबेस में रोगी का रिकॉर्ड रख सकें। समय पर पर टीबी के मरीज को एसएमएस भी भेजें जाते हैं जिससे की वह अपना टिकाकरण न भूले। टीबी का इलाज करने वाले केन्द्रों को रोगियों का इलाज करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा भुगतान भी किया जाता है:

निक्षय पोषण योजना 2020 पात्रता

टीबी मरीजो के लिए शुरू की गई निक्षय पोषण योजना (Need for Nikshay Poshan Yojana Portal & Benefits) का लाभ लेने के लिए रोगियों को नीचे दी गई पात्रता को पूरा करना होगा वरना वे योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे:

• व्यक्ति ने 1 अप्रैल 2018 या उसके बाद निक्षय पोर्टल पर सूचित कर दिया हो।
• वे जो पहले से ही टीबी का इलाज ले रहें हैं इसके पात्र होंगे।
• जो पोर्टल पर सरकार को सूचित नहीं करेगा वह स्कीम का पात्र नहीं होगा।

निक्षय पोषण योजना लाभ

• इस योजना से टीबी के उपचार के लिए मरीजों को एक मंच मिलता है।
• योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य मरीजों की निगरानी करना, उन्हें आसानी से टीबी के इलाज के लिए सहयोग प्रदान करना है।
• इस योजना की खास बात यह है की केंद्र सरकार द्वारा एक डेटाबेस बनाया जाता है, जिसमें वे उन सभी रोगियों के लिए आवश्यक रिकॉर्ड समय-समय पर तैयार करते रहें। /li>

Delhi government has started implementing Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana in the national capital from 30 December 2019. In this CM Street Light Scheme, the state govt. will install around 2.1 lakh street lights to light up dark spots. This scheme is a major step towards strengthening of women safety. The 3 DISCOMS will have the responsibility of installing these street lights and each Discom will install 70,000 street lights.

Just like installation of CCTV cameras in Delhi, the state govt. will follow the same process to install street lights. The street lights will even be put outside people houses under Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana 2019 in Delhi.

The new scheme of installation of street lights by Delhi government will bypasses the role of the MCD. CM Street Light Scheme will provide solution to problems which people faces in dark stretches in the city.

Delhi CM Street Light Scheme 2019

The three Discoms of Delhi will have the responsibility for installation and maintenance of street lights. Under Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana, the installation would be of 20 to 40 Watt LED lights. The tender process for Delhi CM Street Light Scheme 2019 will also include a warranty clause of 3 to 5 years. CM Street Light Yojana will have an investment of Rs. 100 crore for installation of street lights and Rs. 10 crore per annum subsequently.

The state govt. of Delhi is committed to ensure that not even a single dark spot is left in the state. All the lights installed under CM Street Light Scheme will be automatic and will even contain sensors. People would be able to submit their requests for street lights to their local MLAs. After placing requests, the permission of building owners will be taken.

Upon receiving permission, the street lights will get installed after the location of survey is passed by the power company. It is expected that the selection process for location of street lights will be completed before November 2019. The building owner’s household connection will power the street lights.

The state govt. of Delhi will decide how much electricity is needed to run 1 light. The same electricity cost will be deducted from electricity bills of people as it is an automatic arrangement. Delhi CM Street Light Scheme will ensure that the entire state is covered with street lights. In unauthorized colonies and slum areas, there was lack of space and MCDs were refusing to give NOCs to setup street lights. To tackle this issue, the state govt. has launched Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana.

Now with the launch of this CM Street Light Scheme, only the permission of MLA and building owner would be required. People can now get these lights installed outside their house, shop and street. Till date, there are around 7 lakh street lights in Delhi and now 2 lakh more street lights will be installed. Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana is the first plan in the world in which tender of 30% of current street light capacity is being launched.
