घर बैठे झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक योजना जॉब कार्ड कैसे बनवाएँ इसकी जानकारी हम आपको यहाँ दे रहे हैं। इस मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक योजना जॉब कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आप अपने मोबाइल फोन का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, या फिर कम्प्युटर / लैपटाप का भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक योजना के तहत जॉब कार्ड बनवाने के लिए इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को नीचे दिये गए चरणों का पालन करना है।

चरण 3: इसके बाद आपके सामने कुछ इस तरह का आवेदन पत्र खुल जाएगा जिसमें आपको अपनी सारे जानकारी भरनी है जैसे कि पता, जिला, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, वार्ड, पिन कोड और घर में जो भी जॉब कार्ड बनवाने के इच्छुक हैं उन सभी सदस्यों की जानकारी जैसे नाम, जन्म तिथि, लिंग, आधार नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर आदि।

चरण 4: सभी जानकारी भरने के बाद नीचे दिया गए “I agree to above declaration / मैं उपरोक्त घोषणा से सहमत हूँ” पर क्लिक करें और दिये गए नंबरों को भरें।

चरण 5: जैसे ही आपकी जानकारी पूरी होती है तो नीचे दिये गए “Submit” बटन का रंग नीला हो जाएगा और आप इस “Submit” बटन पर क्लिक करके अपना आवेदन पूरा कर सकते हैं। योजना के आवेदन के लिए आपको एक निवास प्रमाण पत्र भी अपलोड करना पद सकता है जिससे पता चले की आप झारखंड के शारी क्षेत्र के निवासी हैं।

चरण 6: इसके बाद आपका आवेदन विभाग के पास स्वीकृती के लिए चला जाएगा और आपको एक “Application Ref Number / आवेदन संदर्भ संख्या” दे दी जाएगी जिसका इस्तेमाल आप अपने जॉब कार्ड को डाउनलोड करने के लिए कर सकते हैं।

What is National Digital Health Mission

National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) is a new initiative announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15th August 2020. The blueprint of National Digital Health Mission was announced last year and the comments / suggestions were invited.

National Health Mission’s aims to provide health ID to every individual citizen of India which can be used to digitize the medical records including prescription details, doctor appointments, diagnosis details, medical reports, discharge summaries and other health records. These records when shared with the service providers will ensure appropriate treatment and follow-up.

NDHM will be supported by a centralized IT infrastructure which will be used for the secure storage and exchange of medical records of individuals, medical research data, health data analytics and much more at national level.

National Digital Health Mission has been launched with the objective of strengthen the accessibility and equity of health services across the country. NDHM will leverage information technology and other associated technologies to support the existing health systems in a “citizen – centric” approach.

The vision of National Digital Health Mission is to create a national digital health ecosystem that supports universal health coverage in an efficient, accessible, inclusive, affordable, timely and safe manner, that provides a wide-range of data, information and infrastructure services, duly leveraging open, interoperable, standards based digital systems, and ensures the security, confidentiality and privacy of health-related personal information.

The mission will leverage the experience of Ayushman Bharat PMJAY which has already used the available public digital infrastructure to deliver end to end services through the IT infrastructure.

NDHM will benefit individuals, medical professionals, health care institutions and other people / institutions associated with healthcare industry in India.

At first, the mission will improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in delivery of health services in all. The mission will also ensure the exchange of health records and portability of healthcare services across the country.

The access of health records will help in remote delivery the health services such as tele-consultation and e-pharmacy. The scheme will also give a choice to individuals to choose either private or government health facility for treatment. NDHM Digital Systems

National Digital Health Mission will be launched with the 4 primary digital systems in the first phase and then be scaled by including more systems and improvements in existing.

1. Health ID – All individuals will be provided a unique Health ID which will be the first access point for their medical records.
2. Digi Doctor – All the details of the doctors enrolled in the country including their name qualifications, name of the institutions of qualifications, specializations, registration number with State medical councils, years of experience, etc.
3. Health Facility Registry (HFR) – All the health facilities such as hospitals would be registered into the system with all details such as services offered, specialties etc.
4. Personal Health Records (PHR) – The health records which will be in control of the individuals will be in this system. This is specifically for the individuals themselves to enable them manage the information their health.
5. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – This is like the digital chart of patient’s medical history, treatment records etc.

NDHM Health ID

Every patient who wish to have their health records available digitally will start by creating a Health ID and a Health ID card will be there for him / her to use. The Health ID will be used for the storage of healthcare records and access by patients itself and the healthcare facilities based on consent of health ID holder.

Health ID will be a unique ID created using the Aadhar number and mobile number details.

How to Get Health ID

After the NDHM in running mode, Health ID can be obtained from any public hospital, community health centers, health and wellness centers across India or any healthcare provider who is in the National Health Infrastructure Registry.

Requirements for Health ID

Name, Year of Birth, Gender, Mobile No. / Email and Aadhaar (Optional). The process of generation of Health ID has voluntary usage of AADHAR.

How to Access Health Records

A user ID and password will be generated for all the health ID holders which can be used to access and modify the personal information as well health records.

Madhya Pradesh government has launched a new new MP Gramin Kamgar Setu Portal at kamgarsetu.mp.gov.in on 8 July 2020. The MP Kamgar Setu registrations for loan under the new Mukhyamantri Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme are being invited. The state govt. is providing loans upto Rs. 10,000 without interest to street vendors of rural areas.

The MP state government on the lines of urban street vendors loan scheme has now started rural street vendors loan scheme. In this scheme, working capital of Rs. 10,000 without interest from banks will be given to rural street vendors for their works and business. The entire amount of interest will be borne by the Madhya Pradesh government.

Even beneficiaries are not required to give any kind of collateral security and security deposit to banks. The complete details of this loan scheme for street vendors from village areas are given below in this post.

Registration on MP Kamgar Setu Portal for getting loan under “Mukhya Mantri Street Vendor Loan Scheme (Rural)” can be done by any eligible individual at kamgarsetu.mp.gov.in. The Kamgar Setu portal was launched through video conferencing on 8 July 2020.

Loan to be sanctioned by banks within 30 days

The Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan has informed that loan will be sanctioned by banks within 30 days of submission of application. The cases will be disposed of on “first come-first serve (FCFS)” basis. The scheme will be conducted by the Panchayat and Rural Development department and Collectors will be the nodal officer of this Mukhyamantri Street Vendor Loan Scheme (Rural) in districts.

In addition, application can also be submitted through MP kiosks. There will also be a facility to submit applications in office of Gram Panchayats and Janpad Panchayats.

Not need to give any charges, collateral security and security deposit

MP state govt. clarifies that applicants are not required to give any kind of charges, collateral security and security deposit for availing benefit of the Gramin Street Vendor Loan Scheme. CM also directed the officials to ensure that any kind of charges should not be charged at any level from applicants.

Punjab Government Ration Card Application Form | New Smart Ration Card Apply Online Punjab | Pujnab Smart Ration Card Form PDF Download Punjab

Smart Ration Card Scheme under NFSA is a new scheme of Punjab Government which will be launched soon in 2020 as per the official press release. The state government of Punjab has already given its approval to the replacement of the blue cards under the Atta-Dal scheme with new smart ration cards. As per the orders of the State government, the Atta Dal Scheme has been renamed as Smart Ration Card Scheme. This new scheme will cover 1.42 crore beneficiaries as per the new list.

Smart Ration Card will be used for withdrawing the food grains from the Fair Price Shops (FPS) through e-PoS machines without carrying any additional document. The details of the family can be fetched at Fair Price Shops just by swiping the smart ration card at the ePoS machines. The biometric authentication after the card swipe will be required for food grain withdrawal.

One of the major benefits of the smart ration cards will be that these card would be intra-state portable, meaning the smart ration card holder would be able to withdraw food grains anywhere in the state irrespective of their permanent resident district.

Deputy Commissioners of all the districts in the state would be responsible for the re-verification of the beneficiaries. Punjab govt. has initiated process of making smart ration cards with chip to distribute subsidized ration to BPL families.

The important features and highlights of Punjab Smart Ration Card Scheme 2020 are as follows.

• The total number of beneficiaries of Smart Rashan Card Scheme are 1.42 crore in Punjab.
• Eldest Woman will be the head of family.
• Wheat will be given at a price of Rs. 2/- per Kg.
• The biannual entitlement of wheat will be given at one go.
• The distribution will be done at the doorstep of the beneficiary directly by the Punjab govt. food and civil supplies department.
• The beneficiary gets to keep the wheat bags in which he gets the grains.
• The beneficiaries are de-duplicated on the basis Aaadhar number.
• The beneficiary can go to the consumer court, in case they does not get wheat as per his entitlement.
• Wheat will be delivered in 30 kg standard packing.
• The department officials, beneficiary, transporter, gram panchayat, nigrani committee – all will work in coordination for proper disbursement of wheat.
• There is no upper cap. Every member gets five kg wheat per month.

Punjab Smart Ration Card Scheme Online Apply

All the details of the cardholder beneficiaries have been digitized and are available at the transparency portal of Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Punjab at http://foodsuppb.gov.in/.

Under the Smart Ration Card Scheme, the State of Punjab is going to provide Smart Ration Cards to approximately 36 Lakh NFSA families across the state.

However, there is no notification / update from the state government about the application procedure for the New smart ration card. It seems, all the existing ration card holders would get their smart ration cards through their respective fair price shops in the state or by physical mail at their registered addresses.

The block wise list of active fair price shops is also available on the same portal and can be accessed by selecting the district and block. This new Smart Ration card scheme is being implemented under the National Food Security Act-2013. The state government has already seeded all the details of the beneficiaries with their Aadhar numbers.

Security Features of Smart Ration Card

Smart ration card in Punjab will be equipped with several unique security features such as

1. Details of the beneficiaries integrated in the chip will be locked.
2. The ration cards would only be read by the authenticated devices.
3. The micro text technology is used in the Smart Rations Cards which cannot be visible through naked eyes. It will be visible under Ultra Violet Light.
4. The QR Code printed or the back side of the Cards is a combination of more than one fields.

Integration with Family ID

These Smart Ration Cards will be integrated with State Family ID, which is issued by the Government of Punjab under Unified State Identity Card for availing the benefits of all central/State schemes to which the family is entitled.

The State Family ID would be “PBF” followed by 9-digit number e.g. PBF123456789 which will be backed by a checksum validation. This Unified State ID will help the State to create a State database of the families/ citizens covered under various schemes.

Working / Implementation

The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Broadcasting Engineering Consultants Indian Ltd. (BECIL) and Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has got the direction from the state government for implementing the work of computerization of TPDS. The companies will follow a proper price discovery mechanism for successful implementation the scheme.

The state government would also provide e-PoS (Electronic Point of Sale) machines at various purchase centers, DCP godowns and FPS in the state. These machines would be linked to the weighing machines and IRIS scanners.

The machines would use the bio-metric Aadhar based identification of the beneficiaries. The new smart ration cards in place of normal blue card will help increase the efficiency and bring more transparency in the whole public distribution system.

Shadi Shagun Yojana (शादी शगुन योजना) is a new centrally sponsored scheme which has got its approval from central cabinet. Under the Shadi Shagun Yojana, all the graduate Muslim girls will be entitled to get benefits of up to Rs. 51,000 as wedding gift. Muslim girls completing their graduation in any of the streams before their marriage would be eligible to avail the Shaadi Shagun Yojana benefits.

Shadi Shagun Yojana was proposed by the Maulana Azad Education Foundation to the government. The scheme has been approved by the Ministry of Minority Affairs. The scheme is aimed at incentivizing higher education among minority groups. The scheme by Narendra Modi Government is a great step to motivate girls for higher education especially from the Muslim Community.

Many of the girls from minority communities do not get opportunity to complete their graduation and gets married before completing the age of 18 years. Taking in view the education of Muslim girls, the central government, on recommendation of MAEF has decided to launch the Shadi Shagun Yojana.

The main objective of Shadi Shagun Yojana is to motivate girls from minority groups to pursue higher education. The situation of education among Muslim girls is not that good but this step of MAEF and central government would be able to help achieve the target.

Shaadi Shagun is an addition made in the existing Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship that is given to meritorious girl students belonging to six notified minority communities — Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis.

The basic eligibility criteria for availing Rs. 51,000 under the Shadi Shagun Yojana are as following

• Only Muslim girls are applicable to take the scheme benefits.
• The girls have to complete their Graduation before marriage to be eligible for this scheme.
• Graduation degree passed/qualified from a recognized university / college is must for the scheme.

Odisha Government is running a new health centric scheme named as “Nirmal Scheme” from 2018-2019. This scheme is provides free ancillary (additional) services to the people in all the state run government hospitals & district headquarters hospitals. The primary focus will be on providing basic facilities like sanitation, security services and to ensure quality health care services affordable for everyone. This scheme will strengthen delivery of proper healthcare services through public health system.

The state govt. has launched this Nirmal Scheme to upgrade standards of supplementary services in healthcare. Govt. will lay special emphasis for promotion of healthy and hygienic hospitals. In addition to this, govt. will also provide basic services like sanitation, laundry, security and lift services at various public health-care facilities. Govt. wants to provide Universal Health Coverage and to ensure Health For All.

In Odisha, around 91% citizens depends on the public sector for health care services. So, the state govt. will also launch other health care schemes including free sanitary napkins to adolescent girls, free diagnostic services, free eye care (Sunetra) and medicines.

Odisha Nirmal Scheme

There are 3 components for this Nirmal Scheme in Odisha which includes Clinic Establishments, Up-gradation and Procurement of Advanced Equipment. First 2 components will get launched in the first phase while the 3rd component will be launched in the next phase.

• Phase 1 – In the initial phase, govt. will establish new clinics at the capital hospital and upgrade the clinics it it already exists as follows:-
  • 1st Component – Setting Up of Clinics – Health and Family Welfare Dept. is going to establish clinics at government hospitals for the purpose of fast treatment. The newly set up clinics can be for cancer detection, sterility, family welfare, child rehabilitation, child guidance, child welfare and immunization.
  • 2nd Component – Upgradation of Services – In the hospitals where such facilities already exists, the state govt. will strengthen these services and will upgrade them in order to ensure proper treatment for citizens.
• Phase 2 – In the later phase, the state govt. will procure equipment to bring facilities at district headquarters hospitals as follows:-

State Government has decided to extend ‘Nirmal’ Scheme to strengthen ancillary services at public health facilities with an estimated Budget of Rs. 199815.46 Lakh for the period of 5 years covering 1864 health institutions.

Haryana government has launched Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme or crop diversification scheme on 6 May 2020 for farmers. The state govt. is inviting Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme farmers registration / application form 2020 at the official portal of the scheme, apply online for Rs. 7000 / acre incentive to switch from paddy cultivation to other crops. It is a crop diversification initiative ahead of the paddy transplantation season which begins on 15 June 2020.

Under the new Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme, the state govt. of Haryana will provide Rs. 7000 per acre incentive to farmers to switch from paddy. This water conservation initiative will also protect depletion of natural resources such as water and soil. The state is currently producing nearly 68 lakh metric tonnes (LMT) of paddy and 25 LMT of basmati.

UPDATE: Haryana Government has recently transferred the first installment of incentive at the rate of Rs. 2,000 per acre, directly into their bank accounts of beneficiary farmers. A total of Rs. 10.21 Crore has been disbursed to such farmers as the first installment.

So to give a first firm diversification push, the state govt. has decided to buy maize and pulses at minimum support price (MSP). The Mera Pani Meri Virasat initiative to shift cultivation process from paddy to other crops will result in greater earnings for farmers.

Eligibility for Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme

• The farmers have to diversify at least 50% of their last-year cultivated paddy area.
• Farmer should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
• All those farmers who are operating their tubewell with 50 hp electric motor, will not be allowed to grow paddy.
• Farmers should have their Aadhar number and an active bank account number linked with Aadhar.

Mera Pani Meri Virasat – Implementation Guidelines

• The farmers have to diversify at least 50% of their last-year cultivated paddy area by growing alternate crops (Maize/Cotton/Bajra/Pulses) in 8 blocks.
• The farmers will be provided Rs. 7000/- per acre in lieu of diversification of paddy to other crops.
• For these blocks, farmers will not be permitted to cultivate paddy in any new areas where paddy was not grown during last year.
• Only those farmers will be eligible for getting financial benefits per acre who will diversify at least 50% of their last Kharif season (2019-20) paddy area.
• In agriculture lands of Gram Panchayats in various blocks, the Panchayats will not permit paddy growing in their lands. Applicable financial benefits in lieu of diversification from Paddy to other alternate crops will be provided to respective Panchayats.
• All those farmers who are operating their tubewell with 50 hp electric motor, will not be allowed to grow paddy.
• The farmers who diversify less than 50% of their last-year paddy area in the blocks (RATIA, SIWAN, GUHLA, PIPLI, SHAHBAD, BABAIN, ISMAILABAD and SIRSA) will not be eligible for availing of any subsidy from the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department.
• All diversified crops such as Maize/Bajra/Pulses will be procured by the Govt. at MSP.
• The Govt. will install “Maize Dryer” in related grain markets for reducing moisture content of maize grain produced by the farmers.
• 85% subsidy will be provided for installation of Drip Irrigation System in the alternate diversified crops.
• The Department will promote mechanization by providing pneumatic / normal maize seed planter for sowing of maize crop in the targeted blocks for diversification of paddy through its Schemes and CHCs also.
• Various pieces of information regarding implementation of Crop Diversification Programme will be provided through IEC (Information, Education and Communication) activities in the field for the awareness of the farmers. A dedicated Web Portal will also be launched for the convenience of the farmers.
• The “demonstration plots” will be established in each targeted block for showing best agriculture practices to the farmers for getting good yield of their crop.
• Farmers other than the targeted 8 nos. of blocks will also be eligible for availing benefits under this Crop Diversification scheme if they replace their paddy area with alternate crops. Such farmers have to apply and submit details of revenue record regarding cultivation of paddy for the diversified area during last year and condition that they have not grown paddy in any new land holding where paddy was not grown earlier.

Need for Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme

The land under paddy transplantation across the Haryana state is about 32 lakh acres. In one acre, around 30 quintal paddy (parmal) is produced and a farmer earns around Rs. 30,000 per acre. This earning is after excluding the input cost which is over Rs. 20,000 per acre.

The Haryana govt’s agricultural production programmes have been determined by the need for national food security. Central govt. is providing a remunerative price which leads to certainty among farmers for marketing of paddy. But because of the assured marketing pf paddy under MSP, even non-rice producing areas have taken up paddy production on large scale which is depleting groundwater levels.

Moreover, cultivation of paddy has contributed to degradation of natural resources such as water and soil. So to protect the natural resources and to raise the earnings of farmers, the govt. has started Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme.

Protect Depleting Groundwater Levels in Dark Zones

As per the report, there are 36 blocks in dark zone as ground water level depletion rate has been doubled in the past 12 years. This means that the ground water level was earlier at 20 metres which has now been depleted to 40 metres. In 19 blocks, the water depth has exceeded 40 metres and out of these, there are 11 blocks in which paddy is not sown.

The remaining 8 paddy rich blocks includes Ratia, Siwan, Guhla, Pipli, Shahabad, Babain, Ismailabad and Sirsa. Here the depth of groundwater level exceeds 40 metres which would be included in the Mera Pani Meri Virasat Scheme. From now onward, the land under panchayat which have ground water depth exceeding 35 metres will not get permission to sow paddy. However, the incentive amount will be provided to the respective panchayat only.

Apart from these blocks, if the farmers of the remaining blocks also want to stop sowing paddy, they can apply for the incentive amount by giving information in advance. All such farmers who stops paddy cultivation will be given an incentive of Rs. 7,000 per acre.

80% Subsidy for Micro Irrigation in Haryana

CM Manohar Lal Khattar has urged the farmers to sow crops which requires less water than paddy. Farmers can now grow crops such as maize, arhar, urad, guar, cotton, bajra, til and grishm moong (baisakhi moong). These crops will save water and will also ensure the availability of water for future generations.

Haryana govt. is already giving 80% subsidy to farmers who have adopted micro-irrigation and drip irrigation system along with growing alternative crops in place of paddy. The farmers of the state must promote water conservation and save water for future generations in the same way they leave their land as inheritance for their coming generations.

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने पढ़ई तुंहर पारा नाम की भी एक योजना स्वतन्त्रता दिवस यानि 15 अगस्त को लॉंच की है जिसे तहत सभी विद्यार्थी अपने क्षेत्र में ही सामुदायिक विद्यालयों में पढ़ सकेंगे। इस पहल के तहत सरकार प्रति सप्ताह एक नया साप्ताहिक कलेंडर जारी करेगी जिसे नीचे दिये गए लिंक से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है

This Padhai Tunhar Duar (Education To Your Doorstep) portal is started for all school and college students. Students / Teachers can now apply online by filling CG Padhai Tunhar Dwar student registration form at the official website. परिवार पहचान पत्र (पीपीपी) अपडेट कैसे करें – Update Family Details

परिवार पहचान पत्र (पीपीपी) में पारिवारिक डेटा के स्व-अद्यतन (अपने आप अपडेट करने) की प्रक्रिया

1. पीपीपी में दर्ज अपने पारिवारिक सूचना को UPDATE करने के लिए http://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in पर जाकर “अपडेट फैमिली डिटेल” टैब पर क्लिक करना होगा।

2. अगर आपके पास अपनी 8 अंकों या पूर्व में जारी 12 अंकों की फ़ैमिली आईडी है तो “YES” पर क्लिक करें और अपना आधार नंबर डालकर आगे बढ़ें।

3. अब आपको अपनी 8 अंक (या पूर्व में जारी 12 अंक) की फैमिली आईडी दर्ज करनी होगी। फैमिली आईडी दर्ज करने के बाद परिवार के मुखिया के मोबाइल नम्बर पर एक ओटीपी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) प्राप्त होगा। यह यह मोबाइल नम्बर होगा जो पीपीपी डेटाबेस में पहले से ही संग्रहित है।

4. अगर आप अपनी फॅमिली आईडी भूल गए हैं तो “Forgot Family ID” के बटन पर क्लिक करें और परिवार के मुखिया का आधार नंबर डालकर ओटीपी Verify करें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए नीचे दिये गए चित्रों की मदद लें।

5. सही ओटीपी दर्ज करने उपरांत पीपीपी पृष्ठ पर बिन्दु न. 02 के तहत दर्ज की गई फैमिली आईडी में पंजीकृत परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का डेटा दिखाई देगा।

6. अगर आपको पहले से शामिल सदस्य की जानकारी अपडेट करनी है तो सदस्य के नाम के सामने “MEMBER DETAILS” के बटन पर क्लिक करें और यदि आपको नया फॅमिली मेम्बर जोड़ना है तो “Add Member” के बटन पर क्लिक करें।

7. इसके बाद मेम्बर डिटेल्स फॉर्म में पूछी गई सभी जानकारी भरें और इसे प्रिंट करके इस पर नए सदस्य के हस्ताक्षर करवाएँ और फिर इसे स्कैन / फोटो लेकर अपलोड करें जैसा नीचे चित्र में दिखाया गया है।

8. सारी जानकारी भरने के बाद फॉर्म SUBMIT करें। पीपीपी पोर्टल पर जानकारी अपडेट करने या नया सदस्य जोड़ने पर परिवार के मुखिया के मोबाइल नंबर पर SMS के द्वारा जानकारी पहुंचाई जाएगी।

• किसी भी योजना या सरकारी सेवा का लाभ लेने के लिए अब लोगों को अन्य दस्तावेज़ लेकर नहीं घूमना पड़ेगा सिर्फ यही एक परिवार पहचान पत्र इन योजनाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए काफी है।

प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें – Svanidhi Yojana Registrations

प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना के लिए आवेदन करना बहुत ही आसान है। स्वनिधि योजना के आधिकारिक पोर्टल के माध्यम से इस योजना के तहत 10000 रुपए के लोन के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया जा सकता है। आवेदन की पूरी प्रक्रिया नीचे दी गई है।

1. सबसे पहले योजना के आधिकारिक पोर्टल http://pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in/ पर जाएँ जो कि कुछ इस तरह से दिखाई देगा।

2. इसके बाद होमेपेज पर दिये हुये “Apply for Loan” के बटन पर क्लिक करें।

3. इस बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने एक लॉगिन फॉर्म खुल जाएगा जिसमें अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालें और “Request OTP” के बटन पर क्लिक करें।

4. इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP आएगा जिसे पोर्टल में डालकर आगे बढ्ने पर वेंडर कैटेगरी का पगे खुलेगा। इस वेंडर कैटेगरी के पेज में आपको अपने धंधे के हिसाब से वेंडर कैटेगरी का चयन करना है।

5. वेंडर कैटेगरी सिलैक्ट करने के बाद आपके सामने वेंडर डिटेल्स का एक पगे खुलेगा जिसमें। अगर आपने A या B कैटेगरी का चयन किया है तो आपको अपना SRN (Survey Reference Number) डालना पड़ेगा। अपना SRN नंबर जानने के लिए वेंडर सर्वे सर्च के पेज पर जाएँ। और अगर C या D कैटेगरी में से किसी एक का चयन किया है तो आपको अगले पेज पर 2 विकल्पों में से किसी एक का चयन करना है जो आपके मुताबिक हो। और फिर “NEXT” बटन पर क्लिक करना है।

7. अगले पेज पर आको अपना आधार नंबर डालकर OTP के माध्यम से Verify करना है।

स्वनिधि योजना Letter of Recommendation

जिन लोगों के पास कोई वेंडर आईडी कार्ड अथवा पहचान पत्र नहीं है और न ही उनका नाम सर्वे लिस्ट में है उनके लिए सरकार ने एक नई सुविधा शुरू की है जिसका नाम “Letter of Recommendation” है। इसके तहत आपको निजी शहरी निकाय (Urban Local Body) से एक लेटर लेना है जो कि आपका इस बात का प्रमाण पत्र है कि आप स्ट्रीट वेंडर हैं।

Letter of Recommendation के लिए भी आप ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं जैसा नीचे दिखाया गया है।

आवेदन के 15 दिन के भीतर आपको एक Letter of Recommendation मिल जाएगा और 30 दिन के भीतर वेंडर आईडी कार्ड भी मिल जाएगा जिसका इस्तेमाल आप योजना के आवेदन के लिए कर सकते हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना उद्देश्य

1. लोन लेने की प्रक्रिया – यह इतिहास की पहली ऐसी योजना जिसमें कि शहरी / ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के आस-पास सड़क पर माल बेचने वाले विक्रेताओं को इसमें लाभार्थी बनाया गया है। स्ट्रीट वेंडर सीधा 10,000 रुपये तक की कार्यशील पूंजी ऋण का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। जिसे वे एक वर्ष में मासिक किस्तों में चुका सकते हैं। अगर कोई ऋण की को समय पर या जल्दी चुकाना चाहता हैं तो उसे 7 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष की दर से ब्याज सब्सिडी लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में प्रत्यक्ष लाभ हस्तांतरण के माध्यम से हर छह महीने के आधार पर जमा की जाएगी। प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना में मिलने वाले लोन को समय से पहले चुकाने पर कोई पेनल्टी नहीं ली जाएगी।

2. सशक्तिकरण के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग – प्रभावी वितरण और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी का लाभ उठाने की सरकार की दृष्टि के अनुरूप इस योजना को एंड-टू-एंड समाधान के साथ शुरू करने के लिए वेब पोर्टल और मोबाइल ऐप दोनों को एक साथ विकसित किया जा रहा है। इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से क्रेडिट प्रबंधन के लिए सिडबी के उद्यमी मित्र पोर्टल और आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय के मनी पोर्टल के साथ जोड़ा जाएगा जिससे ब्याज सब्सिडी को नियंत्रित किया जा सके।

3. डिजिटल लेनदेन को प्रोत्साहित करना – प्रधानमंत्री स्वनिधि योजना 2020 सड़क पर माल बेचने वालों को डिजिटल लेनदेन के लिए भी प्रोत्साहित करेगी।

4. क्षमता निर्माण पर ध्यान – पीएम स्वनिधि योजना में आवास और शहरी मामलों का मंत्रालय राज्य सरकारों से साथ मिलकर निम्न्लिखित योजनाओं और सेवाओं का इस्तेमाल करेगा:
i) दीनदयाल अंत्योदय योजना
ii) नेशनल अर्बन लाइवलीहुड मिशन

Assam Government has announced a new Scooty Scheme for 22000 class 12th Girls who have secured 1st division in class 12th examination. The scooty will help and encourage the girl students to pursue higher education at colleges.

All the eligible girl students will get scooty by the 15th October, 2020. The girl students would have a choice to opt for either petrol scooty or electrical one.

Assam Scooty Scheme 2020 – Choose Scooty Type

Assam Scooty scheme is offering Petrol or Electrical scooty and the eligible girl student can choose the type using the below procedure.

STEP 1: Visit the official website of board of secondary education at sebaonline.org

STEP 2: Click the “Choice of Scooty” link in the quick links section on the homepage.

STEP 3: Log in to the portal using your Roll No. and Registration No.

STEP 4: After logging in, select the VARIANT of the scooty (Petrol or Electrical)

STEP 5: Fill up the complete contact details.

STEP 6: Download and take a print out of the Acknowledgement Receipt and keep it for future reference.

This choice of scooty portal will remain open till 25th of August 2020. If any student does not mark her selection about the variant of the scooty within the time frame then her selection will be considered for Petrol variant automatically.

Assam Scooty Scheme – Status

The status of the scooty distribution for each candidate may be checked at the same official portal, after the facility of status checking is available.

The registration fee (RTO fee) will have to be borne by the families of beneficiary students themselves.

Each scooty will cost approximately Rupees 50000-55000 to the government, the state government has already issued the tender for the procurement of the scooty.

Rajasthan government has launched Indira Rasoi Yojana to ensure that no person sleeps hungry (Koi Bhukha Naa Soye) in the state. CM Ashok Gehlot on 22 June 2020 announced that meals twice a day will soon be made available to the poor people at low rates. The state govt. will spend Rs. 100 crore per annum for this Indira Rasoi Scheme. Moreover, govt. will make use of the Information Technology to effectively monitor this scheme.

Indira Rasoi Yojana is an upgraded version of the previously running Annapurna Rasoi Yojana in Rajasthan. In this scheme, the state govt. will ensure that all the needy and hungry people will get hygienic and nutritious food. The Rajasthan govt. will take the help of Local Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in Indira Rasoi Yojana implementation.

CM has launched this Indira Rasoi Yojana which would be beneficial during Coronavirus un-locking period as well as post COVID-19 period.  The scheme will be rolled in 213 urban local bodies of the state.

Rajasthan Indira Rasoi Yojana 2020

Indira Rasoi Yojana has started in 12 municipalities of Jaipur district. The food menu of the plate being served under the Indira Rasoi Yojana will have the following.

•  100 Gram of pulses
• 100 Gram of vegetables
• 250 Grams chapatti
• Pickles

The items on the plate can be altered as per the local requirement recommended by the district-level committees. Food quality will be checked by the district-level committees from time to time and complaints can be lodged with district collectors.

Indira Rasoi Yojana – Timings for Meals

The food will be made available in the morning from 8.30 am till 1 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm in the evening.

CM Ashok Gehlot said that “There is a dearth of nutritious food and it is with the idea that nobody goes to sleep hungry that I am announcing this today. Indira Gandhi was a great leader and the reason behind the creation of Bangladesh, she brought in the Green Revolution, conducted the nuclear tests in Phokran during 1974. In the memory of the great leader, we have decided that Indira Rasoi Yojana will be started soon under which nobody will sleep hungry.” Chief Minister mentioned this while addressing the virtual launching of a state-level Covid-19 awareness programme through video conferencing from his residence.

2 Times Meals at Low Rates to Poor

In December 2016, former CM Vasundhara Raje had launched Annapurna Rasoi Yojana. It was a subsidized meal scheme offering breakfast for Rs. 5 and lunch for Rs. 8 on the lines of Amma Canteens of Tamil Nadu. The scheme was aimed to benefit labourers, rickshaw pullers, auto-rickshaw drivers, students, working women, senior citizens among others. Now the state govt. of Rajasthan has started Indira Rasoi Yojana as an updated version of the previous Annapoorna Rasoi Scheme.

In the new Rajasthan Indira Rasoi Yojana, needy people living in the jurisdiction of urban local bodies (ULBs) will be getting nutritious meals twice a day at concessional rates. The rate for the meals has been finalized. The new scheme will function after keeping in mind the requirements and tastes of every municipality.

For the implementation purpose, IT would be used to ensure smooth functioning and monitoring of the Indira Rasoi Yojana. A committee headed by the district collector will be monitoring this Yojana and the government will spend around Rs 100 crore each year on the scheme. Partnership of local NGOs will also be ensured for the proper functioning of the scheme.

Gujarat govt. is running Vahli Dikri Yojana 2020 (Dear Daughter Scheme) for girl children of the state. Under this Vahli Dikri Yojana, the state govt. will provide education incentives and Rs. 1 lakh to first and second daughters of family. This one lakh assistance amount would be provided when the girl attains the age of 18 years. People would be able to fill the Vhali Dikari Yojna registration / application form to avail assistance.

The state govt. of Gujarat has started Vhali Dikri Yojana 2020 in order to improve the sex ratio which currently stands at 883 girls per 1000 boys. The amount under Vahli Dikari Yojna would be provided for wedding or higher education.

In the recent Gujarat Budget 2019-20, the state govt. has allocated Rs. 133 crore for Vahli Dikri Yojana.

The UT govt. has started the process of distributing domicile certificates to its residents on 27 June 2020. According to J&K Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules 2020, all those who have been living in Jammu and Kashmir for more than 15 years can apply for the certificate. Children of West Pakistan Refugees, Valmikis, displaced persons, PoK families and Kashmiri migrants settled outside J&K and those living for 15 years, besides kin of Central government officials would now be entitled for domicile. Where to Submit the J&K Domicile Application Form

Applicants can submit the dully filled domicile application form at the office of Tehsildar within his territorial jurisdiction.

Eligibility to apply for J&K Domicile Certificate

All the people who falls in the mentioned categories would be eligible for Domicile Certificate in Jammu & Kashmir:-

1. Under the new J&K Domicile Rules, all those persons and their children who have lived for 15 years in Jammu and Kashmir or have studied for seven years are eligible.
2. Also, those people who had appeared in class 10 or 12 examinations in an educational institution in the UT are eligible for domicile certificates.
3. Children of central government officials, all India service officers, officials of PSUs and autonomous body of the central government, public sector banks, officials of statutory bodies, central universities and recognised research institutes of the Centre, who have served in Jammu of Kashmir for a total period of 10 years, will also be eligible for domicile status in Jammu & Kashmir.
4. Besides, all those migrants and their children who are registered with the relief and rehabilitation commissioner will be granted a domicile certificate.
5. Children of those residents of Jammu and Kashmir who reside outside the Union Territory in connection with their employment of business or other professional or vocational reasons have become eligible for grant of domicile status.

People falling in these categories can apply online for J&K Domicile Certificate through the process specified above.

Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules 2020

The govt. has notified Jammu and Kashmir Grant of Domicile Certificate (Procedure) Rules 2020 on 18 May. This act allows non-locals, including non-local government employees to register for domicile certificates. The permanent resident certificate (PRC) holders and other applicants can apply for the issuance of domicile certificate online by providing their Aadhaar number. Applicants can receive the domicile certificate through online mode. PRC holders will be able to receive their domicile certificate through this application without having to visit any office.

The LG observed that the UT government has taken this people-friendly initiative to provide domicile certificate through online mode across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu also launched the e-application-cum-issuance of domicile certificate in Jammu and Kashmir.

Deen Dayal Swavalamban Yojana is a startup loan scheme being run by the state government of Arunachal Pradesh. Under the Swavalamban Yojana, the state government is providing financial assistance in form of subsidy on startup loan. The objective of the scheme is to encourage unemployed youth to gain to low-cost capital for setting up of entrepreneurship.

Under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana, the state government will facilitate bank loans to the youths’ between Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 1 Crore for setting up greenfield enterprises. The candidates can take loan from any bank of the state (Except Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank (APRB) & Arunachal Pradesh State Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd (Apex) under the scheme.

Apart from 30% subsidy, women entrepreneurs would be eligible for additional 5% subsidy annually provided they don’t turn out to be Non Performing Assets (NPA). To avail the scheme benefits, the beneficiaries need to register with Stand Up India scheme of central government. Under the Swavalamban startup loan scheme, the candidates have to contribute at least 10% of the project cost by themselves.

Application Forms for Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana 2020

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana applications can be made only through the offline mode. Below is the step by step guide on how to fill application forms to avail startup loan subsidy under the Swavalamban Yojana.

STEP 1: Register at Stand Up India Portal www.standupmitra.in.

STEP 2: Prepare a DPR on any of the eligible Activities.

STEP 3: Download the application form of DDUSY from the official website at http://itanagar.nic.in/scheme using the direct link given below.

STEP 4: Fill all the mandatory details in the form and submit application form in the Office of ADC, HQ.

STEP 5: After submitting the form, the candidate will obtain an acknowledgement of receipt from the office of ADC, HQ.

STEP 6: All the received application forms will be submitted to DLSC before 25th of every month.

STEP 7: Appear before District Level Screening Committee as and when called for. The District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) will forward the application form to the State level Screening Committee (SLSC). The SLSC will screen the proposal on every 1st Monday of the month.

STEP 8: Now, after approval from both the committees, the candidate can submit their proposal for loan in any bank of state.

Highlights of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swavalamban Yojana

Below given are the main features and highlights of the DDUSY scheme:-

• The government will provide loan from Rs. 10 lakh upto Rs. 1 crore to set up small and medium enterprises. This amount will not include the cost of land and building.
• The government will provide 30% back-ended capital investment subsidy for enterprises. Women will get additional 5% interest subsidy annually for setting up enterprises provided the loan does not become NPA.
• The candidate has to contribute at least 10% amount of the total cost of the project by himself/herself. The candidates who contribute greater portion will get preference from the government.
• The candidates can take loan from any bank of the state but the approval of SLSC is imperative.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme or “Jagananna Cheyutha” is a new scheme launched by the Andhar Pradesh Government on order to provide financial assistance to women in the state. The Andhra Pradesh govt. announced some welfare schemes in June 2019 and one of those schemes was a women welfare scheme named YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020. Through this scheme, AP govt. intends to support all women from SC, ST, BC and minority communities.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020

Under YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020, the state govt. will provide Rs. 75,000 to all the women belonging to the SC / ST / BC / Minority community over a period of 4 years. Hence the annual sum of Rs. 18,750 per annum will be provided as the financial assistance to all the eligible women in the state. The scheme is expected to benefit about 3 Lakh women across the state through this scheme.

All the poor women who are deprived of various basic facilities can utilize the money given under YSR Cheyutha Scheme and lead a life of dignity and honour. To avail the benefits of AP YSR Cheyutha Yojana, women must be above 45 years of age while the maximum age is 60 years.

For the success of YSR Cheyutha Scheme, the state government would spent a total of Rs. 17000 Crore rupees over a period of 4 years. The Cheyutha Scheme 2020 aims at providing better life to the deprived women in teh state by providing them monthly financial assistance.

The YSR Cheyutha Scheme will empower socio-economically deprived women, by ushering them into entrepreneurship & helping them build strong, rewarding businesses. The state government has already transferred first financial assistance of Rs. 18,750 accounts of each of 23L beneficiaries.

CM Jagan promises all the women to realize the dream of Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy to turn “women into lakhiers” under YSR Cheyutha Scheme in Andhra Pradesh. The amount of Rs. 75,000 (for 4 years) would be released in 4 equal installments through the respective corporations. All the eligible women under the YSR Cheyutha Scheme would be provided with pension amount starting from the age of 45 itself.

How to Apply for YSR Cheyutha Scheme?

The eligible women who belong to the below-mentioned categories can apply to this scheme through the offline mode only.

• The applicants need to produce the documents like Caste Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Bank Account Pass Book Details, Age Proof, Mobile Number and Passport-sized Photograph before applying for the scheme.
• Graama Volunteer of the assigned geographical area will collect all the documents and scrutinizes all the documents for the eligibility criteria.
• Graama Sachivalayam personnel will create the final list of beneficiaries after re-verification once all the eligible applicants are sorted out.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020 Eligibility

The applicants willing to take the benefits of YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020 must meet the eligibility criteria set by the state government. The following is the basic eligibility criteria of the scheme:

• The age of the women must be between 45 yrs – 60 years
• The women must belong to the deprived sections of the society i.e from either SC, ST, BC or minority community.
• The applicant women must be the resident of Andhra Pradesh.
• Total land holding should not be more than 3 Acres of WetLand or 10 Acres of Dry Land

Required Documents for YSR Cheyutha Scheme

Following is the list of documents which will be required for the YSR Cheyutha Scheme

1. Address proof – The proof of address will be required for filling the application form for the scheme.
2. Caste Certificate – Since the scheme beneficiaries are the minorities such as SC/ST, they will have to produce a cast certificate in order to apply for YSR Cheyutha scheme.
3. Age proof – Age proof should be attached with the application form.
4. Aadhar card – This is a mandatory document for consideration under the scheme.
5. Bank account details – Bank account number, IFSC, bank name and location will be required for transferring the money into the bank accounts.
6. Photograph – A photograph of applicant women to be attached with the application form.

YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020 Beneficiary List

There are about 23 Lakh women in the state who are in the list of beneficiaries of YSR Cheyutha Scheme 2020, but the state government has not released any beneficiary list or Cheyutha Scheme so far. However, the beneficiary list may soon be released to make the scheme more transparent and beneficiaries can check their status.

Other Benefits of YSR Cheyutha Scheme

8 lakh widows and single women in the age group between 45 and 60 years, who are already receiving monthly social pensions, would also be able to take the benefits of YSR Cheyutha. “The annual amount received by women eligible for pension is Rs. 27,000 at the rate of Rs  2,250 per month. In addition to it, they would receive Rs. 18,750 per annum under YSR Cheyutha. The total amount comes to Rs  45,750 per annum.

Women beneficiaries of the scheme are free to use the amount received anywhere / anyhow they wish to.

YSR Navaratnalu – Other Schemes

Andhra Pradesh YSRCP govt. headed by CM Jagan has also started various other schemes under YSR Navaratnalu for state residents which are as follows:

1. YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme – This scheme for farmers in AP would launch on 15 October 2019. All the farmers to get Rs. 12,500 per annum under this investment support scheme.
2. YSR Arogyasri Scheme – Universal Health coverage to all lower and middle class families whose annual income is less than Rs. 5 lakh. All the expenses above Rs. 1,000 to be borne by the AP state govt.
3. YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme – Old Age Pension (OAP), Widow, Weavers, Toddy Tappers, Fishermen, Single women, PLHIV (Art pensions), traditional cobblers pension amount raised to Rs. 2250. Disability pension is now Rs. 3,000. CKDU / Dialysis pension raised to Rs. 10,000 and the age of old age pensioners is reduced from 65 to 60 years.
