Viklang Kalyan Vibhag, Uttar Pradesh govt. is running Viklang Pension Scheme for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). Uttar Pradesh government invites UP COVID-19 Lockdown E-Pass online registration / application form 2020. People can now apply online for Coronavirus curfew e-passes at the official website http://164.100.68.164/upepass2/. All such people who are providing essential services as well as citizens can apply for lockdown e-pass before 14 April 2020 and can even track their application status. The eligibility criteria, application fees, links to fill registration form and complete details are given in this post.

The intra-district passes for Coronavirus Lockdown in UP would be issued by the SDM while inter-district passes will be issued by ADM. The Curfew e-passes generated for NGOs, govt. workers, essential services will be valid till the entire lockdown period. However for citizens, intra district pass will remain valid for only 1 day while inter-district passes will remain valid for 2 days.

Anybody who is found misusing this e-pass would be liable for punishment under relevant laws of IPC as well as disaster management act.

Who Developed Supply Mitra / Annapurna Portal

The UP Supply Mitra portal has been developed by the IT wing of commercial tax department (COMTAX). The dept. has created 2 Facebook pages where one is dedicated to kirana stores called Supply Mitra and the other for community kitchens called Annapurna. Lot of food is available in UP but govt. is now ensuring that people have information about it. There are 9,451 listings under ration shops and 1,218 under community kitchens and NGOs. However, this was a dynamic list and names would be added or deleted over the days.

The state govt. of Uttar Pradesh is inviting people to list on this website. However, in case we see that someone is unable to continue home supply, we will remove their names. Field officers of the department have been collecting details of shops carrying out home delivery while district administration supplied names of community kitchens.

हरियाणा राशन कार्ड के आवेदन की स्थिति जानने की प्रक्रिया बहुत ही सरल है आपको बस नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करना है।

हरियाणा नई राशन कार्ड – Difference Between APL/BPL/AAY Ration Cards

• APL राशन कार्ड गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर आने वाले लोगों के लिए है, इस कार्ड के लिए कोई भी अप्लाई कर सकता है। जिसके लिए कोई आय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की गई है। इस कार्ड का रंग नारंगी होता है।
• BPL राशन कार्ड गरीबी रेखा के नीचे वाले लोगों के लिए है, इसके लिए आवेदन करने के लिए परिवार की वार्षिक आय सभी स्रोतों से मिलाकर 1 लाख रूपये से कम होनी चाहिए। इसका रंग लाल रखा गया गया है।
• अंतोदय राशन कार्ड (AAY) सबसे गरीब परिवार के लिए है जिनकी कोई स्थिर आय नहीं है और अधिक उम्र वाले लोग बेरोजगार लोग इस श्रेणी में आते हैं इसके लिए पीले रंग के कार्ड जारी किये जाते हैं।

Bihar government has launched a new Mukhyamantri Vishesh Sahayata Yojana on 6 April 2020. Under this scheme, the state govt. provides financial assistance to lakhs of migrant workers stuck outside in other states due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) lockdown. Earlier, the Bihar govt. had invited online registration / application form from migrant workers for this scheme through aapda.bih.nic.in. People were even able to apply online for CM Vishesh Sahayata Yojana 2020 through Bihar Corona Tatkal Sahayata App or aapda.bih.nic.in.

Each Bihari who is stranded in other states like UP, MP, Bihar, Delhi etc. are eligible. CM Nitish Kumar had transferred a sum of Rs. 10.35 crore on 6 April under Bihar Mukhyamantri Vishesh Sahayata Yojana. The amount of Rs. 1,000 each was transferred directly into the bank accounts of more than 1.03 lakh migrant workers.

The assistance amount of Rs. 1k each was given to each beneficiary from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF). The online applications for Mukhyamantri Vishesh Sahayata Yojana are still ongoing and people can still apply online through app or disaster management website.

Within minutes of clicking of mouse by CM, an amount of Rs. 1,000 per migrant worker was transferred in bank accounts of total 1,03,579 workers through DBT mode. Accordingly, a total sum of Rs. 10,35,79,000 was transferred on 6th April.

Progress
Till date, over 3.10 lakh migrant workers had applied for Rs. 1,000 assistance either through link on disaster management website or Corona Tatkal Sahayata App. In just 3 days after uploading of link on 3rd April on website / app, around 3.10 lakh migrant labourers applied online and applications are still pouring on dept’s website.

A maximum of 55,264 applications comes from Delhi state followed by 41,050 from Haryana, 30,576 from Maharashtra and 25,638 from Gujarat. Minimum 8 applications were received from Lakshadweep union territory. Out of total 1.03 lakh workers who received assistance, max. 7281 are originally from Saran district followed by 6,821 from Muzzafarpur and 6,792 from Madhubani. Minimum 469 beneficiaries belong to Arwal district.

The newly elected CM has suggested officers to take necessary measures to reduce the private partnership in the medical field. The scheme can be availed at hospitals in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai from November as opposed to the previous norm in which only 150 hospitals in the State were brought under AP YSR Arogyasri Scheme. The govt. is likely to set up Y.S.R. canteens in government hospitals to serve the needs of the patients. CM Jagan Reddy asserted that the Cancer also is included under Y.S.R. Arogyasri. — All the people whose photo and name appear on Health Card / BPL (White, Annapurna and Anthyodaya Anna Yojana, RAP and TAP) ration card and suffering from identified diseases are eligible.
— Moreover, people whose annual income is less than Rs. 5 lakh from any caste is eligible.

Serious diseases affecting Heart, Kidney, Cancer, Brain, Burns and accident cases are covered under YSR Arogyasri Scheme. A total of 1040 Surgeries / Therapies in 31 systems are covered under the Dr. YSR Arogysiri Scheme. The list of these Surgeries / Therapies is available with PHC Doctors and Network Hospitals.

In addition to this, the main focus is to improve the medical services provided at the various government hospitals. People who are living in remote areas would also be eligible for the YSR Aarogyasri Scheme 2020 in Andhra Pradesh.

AP Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Card Download

The government issues an Aarogyasri card and the beneficiary can use it at government and private hospitals to obtain services free of cost. In order to facilitate the effective implementation of the scheme, the State Government set up the Aarogyasri Health Care Trust under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. The trust is administered by a Chief Executive Officer who would be an IAS officer.

Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced on 10 October 2019 that the AP govt. would bring the treatment of 2,000 types of diseases and procedures under Aarogyasri Scheme from April 2020 on a pilot basis in West Godavari district.

AP govt. on 6 April 2020 has issued directives covering the Coronavirus disease in Aarogya Sri Scheme. AP govt. has issued notification stating that COVID-19 victims should be admitted to private hospitals for treatment. The state govt. has set out cost package for medical treatment of Covid-19. As per the notification, fees for coronavirus treatment is stipulated in b/w Rs. 16,000 to max. of Rs. 2.16 lakh. It is important to note that Corona cases would only be admitted to private hospitals under the supervision of govt. officials who will monitor medical procedures on timely basis. There are 37 positive cases reported so far with 18 new cases in Kurnool, 8 in Nellore, 5 in West Godavari, 4 in Kadapa, one each in Krisha and Prakasam districts respectively.

इस पोर्टल के साथ-साथ अन्नपूर्णा फेसबुक पेज का भी शुभारंभ किया गया है। पोर्टल पर अभी 9415 होम डिलीवरी वाले दुकानदारों और 1218 भोजन वितरण करने वाले केंद्रों की सूचना उपलब्ध है जो समय के साथ-साथ बढ़ाई जाएगी। इस पोर्टल पर कोई भी व्यक्ति, व्यापारी या संस्था पंजीयन करा सकती है। वाणिज्य कर विभाग के उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पोर्टल पर मोबाइल फोन के माध्यम से आसानी से ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया जा सकता है।

Application Fees

There is no application form filling fee and there is no requirement to pay any fees while applying online for new ration card in Himachal Pradesh. However, applicants can collect their ration cards from the concerned authorities on making a payment of Rs. 5 per copy.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for HP Ration Card

Person having no ration card – In this case, the individual must produce a certificate from the Panchayat Secretary/ Panchayat Sahayak/ Food & Supplies Officer/ Inspector, FCS&CA / Concerned Authority in writing that the person having no ration card. 2). Temporary Ration Card – The temporary ration card will be issued to migratories and duration of the card should not exceed more than three months.

3). Duplicate Ration Card – In case the ration card is lost or become defaced, mutilated, illegible or otherwise rendered unless for no fault of the holder of the ration card, the competent authority can issue duplicate ration card after charging the appropriate fee.

4) Person having ration card at the previous place – This is applicable in the case of Government officials or other persons who are transferred from one place to another. In this case, the Deletion Certificate is required from the Panchayat Secretary/Panchayat Sahayak/Food & Supplies Officer/ Inspector, FCS&CA of the place from where the person was residing previously. This certificate is to be attached along with the ration card application form.

5). After Marriage entry to be made in the ration card – In this case also deletion certificate is required from the previous place of residence, issued by Panchayat Secretary/Panchayat Sahayak/Food & Supplies Officer/ Inspector, FCS&CA. This certificate is to be attached along with ration card application form and ration card.

6). In case of birth of child – For the addition to be made in the ration card, the birth certificate of the child is required along with ration card in which the addition has to be made along with the application neatly handwritten or typed on a plain paper addressed to the Panchayat Secretary/Panchayat Sahayak/Food & Supplies Officer/ Inspector, FCS&CA.

In Haryana, farmers can now make online registration of details of crops (e-kharid) through Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal at fasalhry.in. Haryana crop details online registrations can be done by the village level entrepreneurs (VLEs) absolutely free at Atal Seva Kendra in villages or common service centres (CSCs). All the farmers can even make crop details online registration on their own at edisha.gov.in.

If any farmer wants to sell their agricultural produce at MSP, then he must make online registration of crops at meri fasal mera byora portal. VLEs can carry out the work of making crop registrations online in Haryana. For this, each VLE will get Rs. 5 per khevat which would be provided directly into their bank accounts.

Mukhya Mantri Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana is a new scheme for farmers launched by the Assam government on 11 February 2019. As of now, the usage of scientific tools in cultivation is very limited in the state of Assam. Assam govt. will cover 5 lakh farmer families of the state and each farmer will be provided a financial benefit of Rs. 5000 under the scheme.

Where to Submit Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana Application Form
Completely filled and signed application forms of Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana can be submitted at the AEA’s office. Along with the application for, the bank account details of teh applicant has also to be submitted for fund transfer if the application is approved.

Eligibility for Assam Mukhyamantri Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana

Candidates who fulfill the below criteria are eligible to apply for Assam Mukhyamantri Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana.

1. Small and Marginal farmers with minimum age of 21 years are eligible for the scheme.
2. Applicant should be a resident farmer of Assam.
3. Tenant farmers or share croppers with minimum cultivation area of of 1 Acre / 3 Bigha may also be considered eligible under the scheme.
4. Only one farmer per family is allowed to apply under the scheme.
5. The applicant farmer must have an active saving bank account where he/she can receive the funds through Direct Benefit Transfer Mode.
6. All Kisan Credit Card holders are eligible to apply under the scheme.
7. The applicant should be involved in farm cultivation for at least 3 consecutive years to be eligible for the scheme.

Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana – Beneficiary List Selection

The selection of the beneficiaries is subject to the eligibility of the applicants. In the first step, agriculture department will invite applications from farmers by publishing the advertisements for the scheme. The applicants will be collected by the AEA’s along with the bank account details of the applicants.

The list of beneficiaries will be prepared GP (Gaon Panchayat)/VDP wise. The Gaon Panchayat wise list of beneficiaries may be compiled by the ADO’s concerned and be placed before the district level committee after scrutiny. After this, the list of beneficiaries from AEAs/ ADOs will be approved by the DLC.

After the final approval, the beneficiary list of Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana will be shared with the Director of Agriculture along with the bank account details and mobile numbers of the applicants.

Assam Mukhyamantri Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana – Quick Details

Assam CM has launched Mukhya Mantri Krishi Sa-Sajuli Yojana (CM Farm Tool Scheme) for farmers form Dhemaji stadium. The state govt. has given its topmost priority to economic development of rural farmers through implementation of various farm mechanization schemes. All the selected farmer beneficiaries would be given Rs. 5,000 grants through direct benefit transfer (DBT) directly into their bank accounts.

At the launch, CM handed approval letters to 10 selected farmers on the occasion to mark the official launch of the CM Farm Tool Scheme. The state govt. of Assam has initiated the financial aid scheme as the rural farmers survive on their hard wok and honest income and often face financial hardships because of natural calamities.

CM urges all the farmers to send their educated children to get free training in the govt. run skill training centers and build their career in the future. Assam govt. has setup around 240 Skill Development Centers under Assam Skill Development Mission. The state govt. will provide regular vocational training to educated unemployed youths.

Gujarat government has announced to start Free Ration Scheme 2020 to tackle Coronavirus (COVID 19). In this scheme, the state govt. will provide food items like wheat, rice, pulses, sugar absolutely free of cost. This scheme will ensure that no poor people in the state remain hungry during 21 day Lockdown period. Around 60 lakh APL ration card holder families (3.25 crore people) to benefit from this scheme.

Coronavirus (COVID 19) is a pandemic which is quite scary if it takes the form of community transmission. Starting from Wuhan in China, this disease is a major outbreak in Italy, Spain and 180+ countries worldwide. To prevent its outbreak in India and particularly in Gujarat, the state govt. has started Free Ration Scheme 2020-21.

This scheme will benefit all poor people along with daily wage workers by ensuring proper food supply in lockdown period.

Gujarat Free Ration Scheme 2020-21

Gujarat govt. on 8 April 2020 announced to provide free ration to around 60 lakh above poverty line (APL) families which are not covered in National Food Security Act (NFSA). This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting held under the supervision of CM Vijay Rupani. Each APL-1 card holder family will get the following items free of cost.:-

• 10 kg wheat
• 3 kg rice
• 1 kg pulses
• 1 kg sugar

The state govt. has also distributed free ration to around 65 lakh families holding either priority ration cards or Antyodaya ration cards. The distribution of essential food commodities under Gujarat Free Ration Scheme 2020-21 will be done through fair price shops. This scheme will ensure that poor who depends on daily wages for livelihood are not affected by 21 day nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus outbreak.

Need for Free Ration Scheme for APL-1 Families

This scheme will ensure that buyers will not have to line up in front of ration shops to buy monthly ration. People will not have to purchase food items for the month of April. With the entire country under lockdown, Gujarat govt. has taken this important decision for poor families. There are several APL-1 ration card holder families who needed free ration but were denied as their name was not included in NFSA beneficiaries list.

Around 60 lakh families or 3.25 crore individuals holding ration cards will get food items under Free Ration Scheme in Gujarat. This includes 10 kg wheat and 3 kg rice per person and 1 kg of pulses, sugar and salt per family free of cost. The chief minister said his government is concerned about the state’s poor families and will continue to take decisions to ensure they do not face hurdles during the lockdown.

Timelines for Free Ration Distribution in Gujarat

The date of distribution for free ration scheme in Gujarat would be decided later. The state govt. of Gujarat has decided to bear the entire cost of the scheme. CM urges that only those families who are in crisis and need food grains should avail govt’s scheme. Those who are well-to-do should only allow the needy to avail the scheme.

As works have been closed for 21 days, poor families earning daily livelihood face great problems. CM said that the sensitive government understands this and will take more such decisions in future so such people do not face face much hurdle. CM Vijay Rupani also requested people to stay indoors for 21 days. Gujarat govt. has so far reported 241 cases of Coronavirus and 17 deaths due to COVID-19. The entire state is under lockdown.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has sent the first whatsapp message to students through digi lap appki padhai aapke ghar scheme. These initiatives will enable students to continue their studies in an interesting manner at home.

MP Chief Minister informed that students will now be provided with teaching material on their mobile for easy learning. Several students thanked the CM addressing him as Mamaji. The students said that they are getting lessons through stories and incidents from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm daily through radio programme.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is taking several lives across the world and due to this, MP is also facing lockdown. To ensure that students stay at their home as well as learn and study, govt. has launched MP Digi Lap Aapki Padhai Aapke Ghar Scheme. In this scheme, each student will get teaching materials through whatsapp. All such students who have android mobile phones will get study materials of subjects like english, hindi, mathematics, science at their home.

Students of Class 1st to 12th will get this study material through whatsapp on their smartphones. There would be many interesting videos in this learning material. In this initiative, more than 25 thousand teachers, students etc. have been connected through whatsapp group. 1. उम्मीदवार किसी भी सर्कल कार्यालय जैसे की S.D.O कार्यालय से नए राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
2. परिवार के मुखिया की पासपोर्ट आकार की Gazetted officer / MLA / MP / Municipal Councillor द्वारा सत्यापित एक फोटो होनी चाहिए।

हरियाणा सरकार ने गेहूं की खरीद के लिए मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन प्राप्त करने शुरू कर दिये हैं। मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पर अपनी फसल की जानकारी आप ई-दिशा पोर्टल, जन सुविधा केंद्र (Common Service Centre – CSC) या अटल सेवा केन्द्रों के माध्यम से दे सकते हैं। ई-दिशा पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के लिए आपको कहीं जाने की जरूरत नहीं है और आप घर बैठे ही अपनी फसल की जानकारी दे सकते हैं। सरसों की खरीद 15 अप्रैल तक और गेहूं की खरीद 20 अप्रैल तक होगी जिसके लिए किसानों को 19 अप्रैल तक पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण कराना होगा।

अब तक लगभग 60 प्रतिशत किसानों ने गेहूं की फसल का पंजीकरण करवा लिया है जबकि 40 प्रतिशत किसानों ने अभी तक पंजीकरण नहीं करवाया है। बैठक में आढ़ती एसोसिएशन ने आश्वासन दिया कि वे अपनी 2.5 प्रतिशत आढ़त में से 0.10 प्रतिशत राशि ‘हरियाणा कोरोना रिलीफ फंड’ में सहयोग के रूप में देंगे। बैठक में इस बात पर भी निर्णय लिया गया कि लॉकडाउन के चलते देरी से गेहूं की खरीद आरंभ होने के कारण केंद्र सरकार जो दिशा-निर्देश देगी, उसी के अनुरूप किसानों को बोनस या प्रोत्साहन राशि भी दी जाएगी।
