Uttarakhand government is inviting Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana online application / registration form at msy.uk.gov.in. मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना aims to retain migrants who returned to state during Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. CM Trivendra Singh Rawat has started this scheme on 28 May 2020 and govt. is focusing on conveying CM Self Employment Scheme to every village so that youth can benefit. All the interested candidates who wants to take bank loans at subsidy to setup new business can now apply by filling Mukhya Mantri Swarozgar yojana online application / registration form.

In the Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana 2020, people can now take easy loans from nationalized banks, rural banks and cooperative banks. The general category beneficiary will have to pay 10% of the total cost of the project while special category people will have to pay 5% of the total project cost as subscriber contribution.

Public representatives and district level officers will publicize this scheme to enable maximum number of villagers to take advantage of it. Under Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana, the district magistrate (DM) should coordinate with the bankers so that the beneficiaries do not have any problem in taking loan.

Eligibility for Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana

Applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to become eligible for Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana:-

A) The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years at the time of application.

B) There is no specified minimum educational qualification requirement.

C) Under this scheme, finance facility would be available for service and business sector industry.

D) Applicant or unit should not be a defaulter of any Nationalized Bank / Financial Institution/ Co-operative Bank or Institution etc.

E) The applicant or any single member of his family shall be benefited only once under the scheme.

F) All the applicants would be selected as per the viability of received applications on First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis.

G) For benefit of beneficiaries of special category, applicant will have to produce SC / ST, minority, OBC, ex-servicemen, women and disability certificate to get business loans under special category.

H) The applicant must have not availed benefits from any self-employment scheme of the Government of India or the State Government in last 5 years.

An affidavit shall have to be furnished by the applicant regarding the fulfillment of eligibility conditions.

Benefits of Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana

Most of the people who are running their own gymnasiums, beauty parlours, dhabas, mobile repairing shops and others would be benefited from this scheme. This Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojana in Uttarakhand has come at the right time as the migrants who have returned have brought valuable experience with them.

Swarojgar Scheme Objectives – Employment to Youths

This Uttarakhand Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana is launched with the following objectives:-

(I) For self-employment, creation of opportunities in rural and urban areas by establishing new services, businesses and micro-industries

(II) To provide employment opportunities near their areas of residence, as far as possible, to the enterprising youth, migrants returned to Uttarakhand due to COVID-19, skilled and unskilled artisans, handicraftsmen and educated urban and rural unemployed persons.

(III) To prevent migration from hilly and rural areas in search of jobs.

Uttarakhand CM Self Employment Scheme to Promote Reverse Migration

UK Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana has been started particularly for the youths and returning migrants who have returned to the state amid Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. In this scheme, skilled and unskilled workers, handlooms, weavers and migrant labourers would be benefited which in turn will promote reverse migration.

Margin Money grant would be provided through nationalized banks, scheduled commercial banks, cooperative banks to eligible applicants. This would generate employment opportunities in manufacturing, services and business sectors

Implementation of Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana

The main objective of the scheme is to persuade enterprising youth of the State, migrants returned to Uttarakhand due to COVID-19, skilled and unskilled artisans, handicraftsmen and educated urban and rural unemployed persons to establish their own enterprise/ business. Under the scheme, enterprising young entrepreneurs who are native or permanent residents of the state and who want to be self-employed, to provide loan facility through Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Banks, State Co-operative Banks/ Regional Rural Banks so they can start their own enterprise, service or business.

To successfully implement this scheme, Directorate of Industries under MSME department of Uttarakhand would be the nodal agency. At the district level, Jila Udyog Kendra will implement the scheme.

CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch Phase 2 AP YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme on 4 June 2020. The primary objective is to provide money to self employed auto and taxi cab drivers which could be useful for drivers for repair work, vehicle fitness and to cover insurance expenses.

Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 to around 2.62 lakh auto & taxi cab drivers beneficiaries. AP govt. credited the 1st installment in October 2019 and now CM Jagan Mohan Reddy will provide 2nd installment on 4 June 2020.

उत्तराखंड सरकार ने प्रवासी मजदूरों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना की शुरुआत की है जिसके लिए सभी प्रवासी मजदूर ऑनलाइन अथवा ऑफलाइन आवेदन / रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत अपना उद्योग शुरू करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों, क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों, राज्य सहकारी बैंकों और अन्य शैडयूल्ड बैंकों के जरिये लोन दिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन / आवेदन करने के लिए सभी प्रवासी मजदूरों को सरकार की आधिकारिक वैबसाइट पर जाना होगा। योजना के लिए ऑफलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए आवेदन पत्र अथवा रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म डाउनलोड करना होगा और बैंक में जाकर सभी दस्तावेजों समेत जमा करवाना पड़ेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत उत्तराखंड सरकार राज्य के उद्यमशील एवं प्रवासी उत्तराखण्ड वासियों को स्वरोजगार के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगी। इस योजना के तहत विनिर्माण में 25 लाख रूपये और सेवा क्षेत्र में 10 लाख रूपये तक की परियोजनाओं पर ऋण मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने गुरूवार को सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना का शुभारम्भ किया।

मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के प्रचार प्रसार के लिए सरकार द्वारा अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गए कि इस योजना की जानकारी गांव गांव तक पहुंचाई जाये ताकि युवा इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकें। जन प्रतिनिधियों एवं जिलास्तरीय अधिकारियों के माध्यम से योजना का व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाये। इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को लोन लेने में कोई समस्या न हो इसके लिए जिलाधिकारी, बैंकर्स से समन्वय करें।

उत्तराखंड मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के लिए पात्रता

  • इस योजना के अन्तर्गत आवेदक की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
  • शैक्षिक योग्यता की बाध्यता नहीं है।
  • योजना के अन्तर्गत उद्योग, सेवा एवं व्यवसाय क्षेत्र में वित्त पोषण सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।
  • आवेदक अथवा उसके परिवार के सदस्य को योजना के तहत केवल एक बार लाभान्वित किया जायेगा।
  • लाभार्थियों का चयन अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त होने पर प्रोजेक्ट वायबिलिटी को देखते हुए ‘पहले आओ पहले पाओ’ के आधार पर किया जायेगा।
  • आवेदन की प्रक्रिया एवं योजना का क्रियान्वयन आवेदक, महाप्रबंधक एवं जिला उद्योग केन्द्रों में ऑनलाइन एवं मैनुअल आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • आवेदक द्वारा पिछले 5 वर्ष के भीतर भारत सरकार या राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित किसी अन्य स्वरोजगार योजना का पूर्व में लाभ प्राप्त नहीं किया हो।

स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत कितना लोन मिलेगा

  • विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में परियेाजना की अधिकतम लागत 25 लाख रूपये और सेवा व व्यवसाय क्षेत्र के लिए अधिकतम लागत 10 लाख रूपये होगी।
  • एमएसएमई नीति के अनुसार वर्गीकृत श्रेणी ए में मार्जिन मनी की अधिकतम सीमा कुल परियोजना लागत का 25 प्रतिशत, श्रेणी बी व बी़ में 20 प्रतिशत तथा सी व डी श्रेणी में कुल परियोजना लागत का 15 प्रतिशत तक मार्जिन मनी के रूप में देय होगी।
  • उद्यम के 02 वर्ष तक सफल संचालन के बाद मार्जिन मनी, अनुदान के रूप में समायोजित की जायेगी।
  • योजना के अन्तर्गत सामान्य श्रेणी के लाभार्थियों द्वारा परियोजना लागत का 10 प्रतिशत जबकि विशेष श्रेणी के लाभार्थियों को कुल परियोजना लागत का 05 प्रतिशत स्वयं के अंशदान के रूप में जमा करना होगा।

मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना राज्य के उद्यमशील युवाओं और कोविड19 के कारण उत्तराखण्ड वापस लौटे लोगों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर उपलब्घ कराने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई है। इससे कुशल और अकुशल दस्तकार, हस्तशिल्पि और बेरोजगार युवा खुद के व्यवसाय के लिए प्रोत्साहित होंगे। राज्य सरकार द्वारा रिवर्स पलायन के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों में योजना महत्वपूर्ण सिद्ध होगी।

The SWADES Skills Card will facilitate a strategic framework to provide the returning citizens with suitable employment opportunities. This would be done through discussions with key stakeholders including State Governments, Industry Associations and Employers. MSDE’s implementation arm National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is supporting the implementation of the project. The SWADES Skill Form (online) has garnered around 7000 registrations till 2 pm June 3 since being made live on 30 May 2020.

Swades Skill Mapping Data of Overseas Returning Citizens

As per the official Swades Skill Mapping data gathered so far, the top countries from where the citizens are returning are UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. On the basis of skill mapping, it is inferred that citizens had been primarily employed in sectors such as oil & gas, construction, tourism & hospitality, automotive and aviation. The overseas returning citizens data suggests that the states which have shown highest returning labour are Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana.

The central govt. is conducting Swades skill mapping of overseas returning citizens under the Vande Bharat Mission. It is done to realize PM Modi’s vision of security and growth for all. The data collected through SWADES Skill Card will help the citizens with job prospects and bridge the demand-supply gap.

SWADES Scheme by Central Government

SWADES (Skilled Workers Arrival Database for Employment Support) Scheme has been launched as many Indian citizens are returning home amid Coronavirus lockdown across the world. Many of the overseas returning citizens are facing uncertainty regarding their future employment opportunities as COVID-19 spread across the globe has had a significant economic impact. It had resulted in losing of jobs of thousands of workers and hundreds of companies have been shut down globally.

Lakhs of citizens have registered at the various Indian missions requesting to return to the country. Till date, more than 57,000 people have already returned to the country under Vande Bharat Mission. So the govt. has started SWADES Skill Card Scheme to ensure that people returning India due to job loss possess international skill sets and experience which can be of great value for domestic and international markets.

Dissemination of Information on SWADES Skills Card

The govt. has approached MSDE to created an online portal for gathering database of these workers. In order to ensure dissemination of information on SWADES Skill Card, In-flight announcements are being made by Air India and Air Indian Express that are operating flights under the Vande Bharat Mission. Airport Authority of India and other private airports have also put up banners/standees and digital signages to ensure that all our migrants returning from abroad can be informed about this initiative.

Central Govt. to Start Nagar Van Yojana (City Forest Scheme) in All States

Central government is going to start Nagar Van Yojana in all the states on 5 June 2020. The biodiversity is the theme of World Environment Day (WED) 2020, so the ministry of environment, forest and climate change (MoEFCC) will launch Nagar Van Yojana (city forest scheme). Union environment minister Prakash Javadekar will open the celebrations online and will lay emphasis on urban forestry. Govt. will setup Nagar Vans in all those cities which possess municipal councils and corporations.

The complete details of the Nagar Van Yojana (City Forest Scheme) would be announced by the central govt. on 5th June 2020. Mr. Javadekar will showcase the example of Warje in Pune, where forest land falling within the city after urbanization was developed into a Nagar Van with public participation.

Now with the increasing pollution level particularly in cities, the central govt. wants to create forests in urban areas to protect environment damage.

Nagar Van Yojana (City Forest Scheme) 2020

A Nagar Van is a forested area lying in vicinity of cities which is accessible to the city dwellers and is suitably managed. These city forests provides wholesome natural environment for recreation, education, biodiversity, water and soil conservation and reduces pollution, heat. Objectives of Nagar Vana Yojana

Benefits of Nagar Van Scheme

This Nagar Van Scheme was previously implemented on a pilot basis in the name of Nagar Vana Udyan Yojana. Forest Ministry has protected 25ha forest inside city from encroachments and improved vegetation by planting 6,500 indigenous trees and created walking tracks. Moreover, people planted trees in memory of their beloved and today the same people are protecting the forest. Daily 1,000 people visit this urban forest.

Urban Forestry in Maharashtra

Urban forestry concept is not new to Maharashtra. During 1990-91, massive greening drive was taken up in Amravati, Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad and Nashik. Under this, huge plantations were taken up at Ambazari and Gorewada. Nagpur is bestowed with urban forests like Ambazari (756ha), Seminary Hills (76ha) and Gorewada (1914ha). All these forest areas are the lungs of the city and have different floral and faunal biodiversity.

In 2016, Maharashtra government had launched a parallel scheme by opening urban gardens on forest areas under “Uttamrao Patil Van Udyan” scheme. The basic idea was to create awareness about nature education. Urban forestry is an integrated concept of forest resource management to provide improved environment, pleasing and relaxing surroundings in an urban system. The launch of Nagar Van Scheme will provide opportunity to the states to manage urban ecosystems.

Forest Ministry will support one time development and non-recurring expenditure to the concerned agency of the concerned cities for creation of a City Forest. City authorities would be encouraged to have a City Forest within their jurisdiction for deriving maximum ecological and environmental benefits.

Tamil Nadu Govt. Fixes COVID-19 Treatment Rates for Private Hospitals under CMCHIS

Tamil Nadu government has now fixed the COVID-19 Treatment Rates for private hospitals on 4th June 2020. The rates to treat Coronavirus patients in private hospitals have now been covered under the Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme (CMCHIS). In this scheme, COVID-19 designated private hospitals can charge upto Rs. 5,000 per day for general ward for treatment of patients with mild or no symptoms of deadly contagious virus.

The mentioned COVID-19 treatment rates will be applicable in all Class A1, A2, A3 and A4 hospitals. It is clear that beneficiaries need not pay anything to hospitals and the government also outlined conditions for the hospitals. The rate payable by the government to private hospitals for people availing COVID-19 treatment under the CMCHIS has been categorised on the basis of parameters like symptoms and facilities.

The rates are for private hospitals which are authorized to treat coronavirus patients. It is important to note that only the existing beneficiaries under the CMCHIS can avail treatment.

TN Govt. Fixes COVID-19 Treatment Rates for Private Hospitals

As the TN govt. has fixed COVID-19 Treatment Rates for Private Hospitals, the maximum payable rate per day for treatment in general ward for asymptomatic people and those with mild symptoms is Rs 5,000. For Coronavirus treatment in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with all facilities, the following ranges will apply:-

A1 or A2 Hospitals Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000
A3 or A4 Hospitals Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 13,500

Tamilnadu govt. has issued warning for strict action against those hospitals which charges more than fixed rate. Moreover, hospitals charging more for patients would be removed from the list of approved hospitals under the Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme.

Private hospitals will have to reserve 25% of total bed capacity for COVID-19 patients. As per the union health ministry website, Tamil Nadu govt. has recorded 25,872 coronavirus cases till date. Of the total cases, around 11,348 are active cases while 14,316 persons have been cured and discharged from the hospitals. Around 208 people have died due to the coronavirus disease.

Meanwhile, Coronavirus cases in India saw a record single-day jump of 9,304 cases on 5 June 2020 taking the total tally to 2,16,919. While 1,06,737 are active cases, 1,04,106 people have recovered and one patient has migrated. With 260 new COVID-19 deaths, the fatalities count climbed to 6,075.

Central government has launched The Urban Learning Internship Programme (TULIP) for students on 4th June 2020. In this Tulip scheme, govt. will provide internship opportunities to thousands of fresh graduates and engineers of the county under Smart City projects. Under TULIP internship programme, students will get to work for 100 smart cities under Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MoHUA). As per the TULIP portal, there are a total of 295,200 internships under 23,970 companies. The main objective is to complete 1 crore internships by the FY 2025 and to curb menace of unemployment in the country.

It is expected that around 25,000 fresh graduates would be enrolled in AICTE TULIP Internship in the first year. All the interns would be selected for a period of 1 year.

Eligibility Criteria for Student Training


All the applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria for student training under AICTE TULIP Internship 2020:-

Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal – Rajasthan Online Labour Employment Exchange for Workers [Apply]

Rajasthan government has launched an Online Labour Employment Exchange portal namely Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal for labourers. The department of Information and Technology (IT) and RSLDC have started developing portal for labour employment exchange to ensure providing jobs to migrant workers. With this online website, the mismatch b/w demand and supply of workers in the state will be addressed. The industrial units can raise their demands on the portal. The process to apply online for labourers by filling workers application / registration form has started.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed the officials to setup Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal as Online Employment Exchange for labourers to enable them to get jobs during Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. This employment exchange will meet the requirements of industries by providing manpower supply.

Till date, over 6 lakh migrant workers have returned to the state. CM asked for online mapping of labourers including construction workers who have been coming to Rajasthan or those going to other states.

Raj Kaushal Yojana Portal – Online Labour Employment Exchange

It is the responsibility of the Rajasthan government to support workers during Coronavirus crisis. Moreover, it is also necessary to ensure availability of workers to bring industries back on track.

Rajasthan Workers Application / Registration Form

To ensure proper availability of labourers to industries and providing work to labour, CM Ashok Gehlot has started a new Rajasthan Online Labour Employment Exchange Portal. Both the industries and labourers can register themselves on the exchange. As soon as the Online Worker Employment Exchange portal online application link is available, we will update the process to fill labourers application / registration form here.

New projects of skill development should be designed to ensure that workers skill can be developed as per the current needs. CM directed the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC) to impart short term training to inbound migrants and prepare them for local industries. All the data related to demand and supply side of workers would be put up on the Rajasthan Online Labour Employment Exchange Portal.

Due to nationwide COVID-19 lockdown, a large number of migrant workers have come to Rajasthan and even migrated to other states. The Labor Department should provide training to workers as per their qualifications and requirement of industries. This will enable labourers to get employed in various enterprises and earn their livelihood. Industries can raise their demand with certain skills on the portal. On the supply side, there are around 12.5 lakh registered unemployed persons in the state.

With special emphasis to bring reforms in labour laws, CM said that “The entire scenario of the industry has changed due to the lockdown and at the same time, there is a big challenge of labour planning. There is a need to change and bring reform in the purview of labour laws as per the need of the hour.” For this purpose, CM has given directions to make maximum departmental schemes and programs online.

There are 4 lakh youths trained by RSLDC and we also have some youths who have been trained by Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). There are 23.5 lakh building and other construction workers. Already 6 lakh migrant workers have come from Rajasthan to other states. The state govt. of Rajasthan will upload the data on the portal to address mismatch of demand and supply of workers.

Migrant Rajasthani Workers Welfare Fund

The state govt. of Rajasthan has approved the formation of Migrant Rajasthani Workers Welfare Fund (Pravasi Rajasthani Shramik Kalyan Kosh). CM Ashok Gehlot approved the formation of the Pravasi Rajasthani Workers Welfare Fund as announced in the budget for the welfare of migrant Rajasthani workers.

The labour department is preparing their database as per the skills of migrant workers so that such labourers can get linked to employment opportunities as per the requirement of industries. So far, around 6 lakh workers have arrived in Rajasthan and 1.35 lakh workers have gone to other states. Rajasthan labour department is preparing the workers database and after the completion of the mapping of labourers, their skill development will be made through RSLDC.

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has announced Gujarat Atmanirbhar (Self-Reliant) package of Rs. 14,000 crore. This new package will help in reviving the economy which is effected badly due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) lockdown. The new Gujarat Atmanirbhar package will include tax rebates to consumers in property tax / electricity bills / vehicle tax and loan subsidy for business and shop owners. The new Gujarat Atmanirbhar Package seeks to cover vast section of people and businesses in the state.

The Gujarat state is one of the most industrialized one in the country but has reported more than 18,500 COVID-19 cases till date. CM Vijay Rupani is providing relief to various sections of the society on the recommendations of committed headed by former finance secretary Hasmukh Adhia.

The state govt. of Gujarat has decided to give relief to people in payment of property tax, electricity bills and vehicle tax.

Gujarat Atmanirbhar (Self-Reliant) Package

The important features and highlights of the Gujarat Atmanirbhar Package are as follows:-

Rebate in Property Tax / Electricity Bills / Vehicle Tax

  • Commercial establishments, businesses, offices, hotels, restaurants, shops, hospitals will get a rebate of 20% in their annual property tax bills.
  • All the residential property owners will get 10% rebate as per the details of Gujarat Atmanirbhar Package. This rebate in property tax bills will provide direct benefit to people to the tune of Rs. 744 crore.
  • Electricity consumers who utilizes less than 200 units per month will get rebate on first 100 units of consumption. This will cost Rs. 200 crore to the state exchequer and the state govt. will give the amount to power companies.
  • Moreover, various rebates have been announced for commercial and industrial consumers of electricity.
  • Private buses, jeeps, taxis have been given relief of payment of road tax and tax for six months due to the lockdown.

The total relief for property tax, electricity bills and vehicle tax comes to the tune of Rs. 2,300 crore according to the Gujarat Atmanirbhar (Self Reliant) Package.

Loan Interest Subsidy for Business & Shop Owners

The state govt. of Gujarat announces to provide loan interest subsidy of 4% for loans of upto Rs. 2.5 lakh for business and shop owners. Out of the total 8% interest rate, 4% interest would have to be paid by the borrower while the remaining 4% interest is to be paid by the Gujarat government. The state govt. has allocated Rs. 525 crore for loan interest subsidy.

Revival of Industries / Housing Sector

Gujarat govt. has announced subsidy for various industries worth Rs. 3,038 crore while Rs. 458-crore relief was given to GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corp) for promotion of industries. To revive the housing sector in Gujarat, the state govt. has announced Rs. 1,000 crore.

Labour Welfare

The state govt. of Gujarat has earmarked Rs. 466 crore for labour welfare. It includes benefits of Rs. 35,000 to each tribal labourer who works in different parts of Gujarat and wants to build house in their hometown.

Direct Transfer of Rs. 1,000 to Poor

The other benefits of Gujarat Atmanirbhar Package are of Rs. 5,044 crore. It includes free ration to poor families during the period of lockdown and direct transfer of Rs 1,000 in their accounts.

The state govt. has also decided to allocate Rs. 100 crore to the health department and another Rs 100 crore to four municipal corporations namely Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot. Gujarat govt. will provide this amount from the Chief Ministers Relief Fund to fight the novel coronavirus.

Uttar Pradesh has launched UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2020 for the welfare of farmers. Under this accidental insurance scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance to family of farmer’s who die or become handicapped while working in fields. This new scheme will replace the existing UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Jivan Bima Yojana. This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting presided over by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 21 January 2020.

In case of death of farmer, his / her family will receive Rs. 5 lakh compensation under UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2020. The new evidential insurance scheme is going to benefit around 2.38 crore farmers families. This scheme will also include Bataidars, who works in fields of other persons and share the crop after it is harvested. The state govt. has allocated Rs. 500 crore for UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana in UP Budget 2020-21 presented on 18 February.

The UP state govt. has also decided to implement Mukhyamantri Paryatan Samvardhan Yojana to boost tourism in state.

UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2020

Yogi Adityanath led UP govt. has decided to implement Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2020. In this scheme, all the farmers who suffers accidental death / disability would be given compensation. This scheme will be applicable from the 14 September 2019. This accidental insurance scheme for farmers in UP is a 100% state govt. sponsored scheme which would be implemented through collectors.

Who Are UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana Beneficiaries

This accidental insurance scheme will cover the following persons:-
— Account holder / Joint Account Holder Farmers.
— Farmers family includes Mother, Father, Husband, Wife, Girl Child, Boy Children, Daughter in Law, grandson and grand daughter.
— Landless farmers who perform farming on land taken at pattas.
— Bataidars who works on other person’s fields and shares crop after it is harvested.

How to Submit UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana Application Form

The farmers or their family members can write an application to District Collector. This application form must consists of all the detailed information about the incident happened to the farmers. The written application must be submitted to the Tehsil Office within the time frame specified below. After proper verification by authorities, the assistance amount would be transferred to farmers or their family members depending on the case.

Time Frame to Apply for UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana

All the farmers or their family members can apply for UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana within the given time frame:-
— Application needs to be submitted within 45 days.
— However, collector can give additional time frame of 1 month or 30 days.
— Applications submitted after 75 days would not be considered for assistance.

Assistance Amount under UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2020

In case the farmer death / disability, then their nominees will get Rs. 5 assistance under UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana. If the farmer is already covered under PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, PM Suraksha Bima Yojana then the total amount to be given to farmer’s family would be the remaining amount. For eg- if a family gets 2 lakh from other insurance scheme, then the state govt. will pay remaining 3 lakh amount under UP Mukhyamantri Kisan Durghatna Kalyan Yojana to make it to a total of Rs. 5 lakh.

Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (H.U.M) Portal – Enterprise Registration & Login for UID

Haryana government has launched the Haryana Udhyam Memorandum Portal at harudhyam.edisha.gov.in on 5 June 2020. The new H.U.M web portal is a unique initiative to bring all industries i.e micro, small, medium and large enterprises registered in Haryana on a single platform. All the enterprises can apply by filling Enterprise Level User online registration / application form & making login for UID at the official website.

H.U.M portal provides unique identification (UID) to all enterprises whether shops, MSMEs, large and mega industries to enable permissions and services to be provided in an integrated manner. Moreover, Haryana Udhyam Memorandum (HUM) portal will also enable registration of labour engaged by enterprises (udyam). It will creating a database of all employees engaged in industrial enterprises in the state.

The new database will also obtain details of migrant workers given the experience of the recent pandemic. The HUM Unique ID will form the primary key for integrating services and data in respect of Haryana and enable better planning and support.

Unique H.U.M Number (ID) to Industries

A unique H.U.M number would be issued to every industry which makes registration on this harudhyam.edisha.gov.in portal. It is a user friendly portal and for registration, the industries are required to fill up basic details. All the registered enterprises would also have to upload the basic details of their employees engaged in the enterprises.

Haryana Udyam Memorandum Portal will help in creating a complete database of all types of industries registered in Haryana as well as employees working in it. The created database will help the Haryana govt. in formulating welfare policies in the upcoming times.

Integration with HEPC & Labour Dept. Portal

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has given directions that Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC) portal and portal of Labour Department should also be integrated with HUM portal. Accordingly, H.U.M ID will be made mandatory for all applications in respect of service provided on the HEPC portal or by Labour Department on their portal.

Access to Saksham Yuva Portal to Registered Enterprises

All the industries which made registration on the H.UM. Portal should also be provided access to the “Saksham Yuva Portal” of the state government. It would enable industries to hire candidates as per the industry requirements. The youths of the Haryana state will get maximum employment opportunities with this initiative. The Chief Minister directed that SMS should be sent at the earliest to all about 50,000 employees of different industries in the State who have sought permission for movement to other States during Covid-19 to enable them to register themselves on the H.U.M portal.

Madhya Pradesh govt. has launched MP Street Vendor Registration Portal on 6 June 2020. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced the launch of this new MP Shehri Path Vyavasayi Utthan Yojana 2020 to provide Rs. 10,000 loans to street vendors. People will have to make मध्य प्रदेश शहरी पथ व्यवसायी उत्थान योजना पंजीकरण to avail short term loans from banks. All the daily wage earners, people running small businesses, street vendors etc. can now apply for this scheme.

As most of the small businesses are suffering lack of working capital due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown, the central govt. has started this PM Street Vendor Atmanirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) Scheme. In this scheme, all the street vendors can take working capital loans of upto Rs. 10,000 without any guarantee.

शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने कुछ दिन पहले प्रधान मंत्री पथ विक्रेता आत्मनिर्भर निधि (PM SVANidhi) योजना का प्रारम्भ किया था। इसके अंतर्गत सभी पथ विक्रेता व्यवसाइयों को रुपये तक का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा। इसी योजना में राज्य के शहरी पथ व्यवसाइयों को लाभान्वित करने के उद्देश्य से मध्य प्रदेश शहरी पथ व्यवसायी उत्थान योजना प्रारम्भ की जा रही है।

किसको मिलेगा लोन और कहाँ से?

इस योजना के अंतर्गत गरीब छोटे छोटे व्यवसायी, हाथ ठेला पर काम करने वालों को 10,000 रुपये ऋण के रूप में दिए जाएंगे। ये छोटी अवधि के लोन बैंक द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे और इस लोन की गारंटी सरकार लेगी।

ब्याज कितना होगा?

मध्य प्रदेश शहरी पथ व्यवसायी उत्थान योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थी जितना भी लोन लेंगे (10,000 तक), उसका 7% ब्याज केंद्र सरकार भरेगी। मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने यह तय किया है कि 7% ब्याज के अलावा जो बाकी ब्याज और लगेगा, वो मध्य प्रदेश की सरकार भरेगी। इसका मतलब गरीब बहनो, भाइयों को और छोटे छोटे व्यवसाइयों के लिए ये ऋण ब्याज मुक्त रहेंगे। अतः किसी भी लाभार्थी को इस वर्किंग कैपिटल लोन पर कोई ब्याज नहीं देना होगा।

पंजीकरण / रजिस्ट्रेशन कैसे करें?

उत्तर प्रदेश निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता / आवारा पशु योजना 2020 –आवेदन फॉर्म प्रक्रिया / पशुपालक चयन पात्रता

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की 6 अगस्त मंगलवार को हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना 2020 (UP Stray cattle scheme) को मंजूरी दे दी है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई इस सरकारी योजना में निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश (Uttar Pradesh Stray cattle scheme) का पालन करने वाले किसानों को 30 रुपये प्रतिदिन प्रति पशु के हिसाब से पैसे दिये जाएंगे। इस तरह से निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना के जरिए किसान भाई बेसहारा पशुओं का पालन करके अपनी आर्थिक तंगी को कम कर सकते हैं साथ ही रास्ते में घूमने वाले आवारा जानवरों को भी आवास मिल जाएगा।

राज्य सरकार द्वारा 2012 में की गई पशुगणना के अनुसार यूपी में 205.66 लाख गोवंश हैं जिनमें से 12 लाख के लगभग गोवंश बेसहारा या निराश्रित (Yogi Adityanath Stray cattle scheme) हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश में जब योगी सरकार आई थी तो उन्होने बताया भी था की योगी सरकार की योजनाओं की सूची में गोवंश की सुरक्षा को भी प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

इसके अलावा प्रदेश की सरकार निराश्रित गोवंश के संरक्षण व भरण पोषण के लिए स्थायी-अस्थायी गोवंश आश्रय स्थल, गो संरक्षण केंद्र, गोवंश वन्य विहार व पशु आश्रय गृह आदि संचालित कर रही है।

UP निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना 2020

योगी सरकार द्वारा कैबिनेट बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना (Stray cattle scheme in UP) को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद किसान अगर 10 पशुओं को सहारा देता है तो प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से वह 300 रूपये कमा सकता है और हर महिना 9 हजार की अतिरिक्त आय किसान को मिलेगी। उप सरकार की इस योजना से प्रधानमंत्री के “2022 तक किसानों की आय दोगुनी” करने के सपने को भी मदद मिलेगी।

राज्य सरकार द्वारा पहले से ही 523 पंजीकृत गोशालाओं को कुल संरक्षित गोवंश की संख्या के 365 दिनों के लिए 30 रुपये प्रति गोवंश (Nirashrit/Besahara Govansh Sahbhagita scheme (stray cattle scheme) के लिए अनुदान दिया जा रहा है पर स्थायी व अस्थायी गौ आश्रय स्थलों में निराश्रित गोवंश अधिक संख्या में होने के कारण उनके रख-रखाव में असुविधा हो रही है।

योगी सरकार द्वारा पहले चरण में लगभग एक लाख पशुओं को हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा जिसके लिए राज्य सरकर का करीब 109 करोड़ 50 लाख रुपये खर्च होगा। इस योजना से सामाजिक सहभागिता बढ़ेगी व निराश्रित व बेसहारा गोवंश की संख्या में कमी आएगी। यह योजना किसानों व पशुपालकों को आर्थिक रूप से स्वावलंबी भी बना सकेगी।

UP गोवंश सहभागिता योजना आवेदन फॉर्म प्रक्रिया / पशुपालक चयन पात्रता

अगर कोई भी निराश्रित / बेसहारा गोवंश का पालन करना चाहता है तो वह इच्छुक कृषक / पशुपालक मुख्यमंत्री निराश्रित / बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना के लिए कैसे योग्य हो सकता है इसके लिए जानकारी नीचे उपलब्ध है:

  • इच्छुक व्यक्ति संबंधित विकास खंड का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए और वही पर रह रहा होना चाहिए।
  • इच्छुक कृषको/ पशुपालको / अन्य व्यक्तियों के पास पालन-पोषण का अनुभव होना चाहिए और उसके पास पशुओं को रखने का पर्याप्त स्थान होना चाहिए।
  • इच्छुक कृषको/ पशुपालको को केवल 4 गोवंश ही दिये जाएंगे अगर किसी गाय के साथ बछड़ा भी है तो ऊब दोनों को एक गिना जाएगा।
  • आवेदक का किसी भी बैंक में खाता होना चाहिए।
  • जो भी लोग दूध आपूर्ति या समितियों से जुड़े लोगों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • प्रशिक्षित पेरावेट या पशुमित्र को भी प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
  • इच्छुक व्यक्ति चयन हेतु निर्धारित प्रारूप भर कर (आधार कार्ड / वोटर कार्ड / राशन कार्ड) और बैन पासबुक की कॉपी के साथ आवेदन कर सकता है।
  • व्यक्ति निराश्रित, बेसहारा गोवंश सहभागिता योजना के आवेदन पत्र को ब्लॉक के खंड विकास अधिकारी / पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी से प्राप्त कर सकता है।

योगी आवारा पशु योजना (Stray cattle scheme) – इम्प्लीमेंटेशन / लाभ

– जिलें के डीएम आवारा पशु योजना (Yogi Adityanath Stray cattle scheme) के तहत इच्छुक किसानों व पशुपालकों की लिस्ट तैयार करेंगे जिससे उनके खातों में डीबीटी के जरिए 30 रुपये प्रति गोवंश प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से उनके बैंक खाते में जमा किए जाएंगे।
– पशुओं की ईयर टैगिंग भी की जाएगी जिससे किसी भी प्रकार के भ्रष्टाचार की संभावना कम हो जाएगी।
– पशुपालकों, किसानों द्वारा आवारा पशुओं को आसरा देने से रास्ते में निराश्रित पशुओं द्वारा होने वाली सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में भी कमी आएगी।
– इसके अलावा तहसील, ब्लॉक व जिला स्तर पर समिति का भी गठन होगा। स्थानीय समिति प्रगति से बीडीओ व एसडीएम को अवगत कराएगी।
– डीएम दफ्तर में पूरा ब्योरा होने की वजह से किसान या पशुपालक जिसने भी निराश्रित पशु को योगी आवारा पशु योजना 2020 के अंदर लिया है वह गोवंश को बेच नहीं पाएगा। ऐसा करने वाले लोगों पर सरकार द्वारा कारवाई की जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री आवारा पशु योजना कार्यान्वयन दिशा-निर्देश

सभी किसान या पशुपालक भाई यह ध्यान रखें की उनके खातों में उत्तर प्रदेश आवारा पशु योजना 2020 के अंतर्गत पैसे हर महिनें के हिसाब से प्रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण (Direct benefit transfer – DBT) भुगतान किए जाएंगे। किसी भी प्रकार की अन्य जनकरी के लिए आप अपने डीएम दफ्तर में संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

Central govt. is inviting online applications for Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana (PMSYM) at maandhan.in for informal workers. Under this PMSYM scheme, the govt. will provide Rs. 3000 per month as pension to all the unorganized sector workers. Now all the people working in unorganized sector will have to make a monthly contribution of Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 per month and then govt. will provide them Rs. 3000 monthly pension after retirement.   • Then you will be directed to “Digitalseva Connect” Portal which is to be operated by the common service service operator.
  • Then CSC will enroll the beneficiaries and installment would get calculated on the basis of age criteria.
  • The 1st installment would be deducted through CSC wallet and subscribers will have to pay in cash.
  • After making successful payment, an online Shram Yogi Pension Number would be generated. In addition, an acknowledgement cum Debit mandate will be generated for beneficiary’s signature.
  • Common Service Centers will scan and upload the signed debit mandate of beneficiaries. Then CSC will print and handover the Shram Yogi Card to beneficiaries.
  • After confirmation from bank, mandate debit would get activated along with SMS communication to the beneficiary.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for PM Shram Yogi Maan-dhan Yojana (PM-SYM):-

A) All the beneficiaries must belong to 18 to 40 years of age.

B) The income of the candidate must be less than Rs. 15,000 per month.

C) He / She must not be an income tax payer.

D) Applicants must not be engaged in organized sector with membership of EPF / NPS / ESIC

E) Applicant must have a savings bank account.

F) He / She should possess Aadhar number.

Salient Features of PM Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana (PM-SYM)

The important features and highlights of this PM Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana are as follows:-

  • Now each of the unorganized sector workers will get minimum assured pension amount of Rs. 3000 per month.
  • For availing PMSYMY benefits, the salary of the person must not exceed Rs. 15000 per month.
  • To avail benefits under PM Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana 2020, each of the worker must make a contribution of Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 per month depending on their age.
  • All the applicants would get this amount after they attain the age of retirement i.e 60 years.
  • Family Pension: During the receipt of pension, if the subscriber dies, then the spouse of beneficiary shall be entitled to receive 50% of the pension received by the beneficiary as family pension. Family pension is applicable only to spouse.

In this mega pension scheme for unorganized workers, each beneficiary has to made certain contribution. This voluntary subscriber contribution ranges from Rs. 55 to Rs. 200 per month. For eg – if a person enters the scheme at an age of 29 years, he is required to contribute Rs 100/ – per month till the age of 60 years an equal amount of Rs 100/- will be contributed by the Central Government.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य में लोगों को स्वरोजगार स्थापित करने के लिए कुक्कुट पालन कर्ज योजना शुरू की है। लोग कुक्कुट पालन योजना के तहत आवेदन करके (Poultry Farming Scheme Registration in Uttar pradesh) मुर्गी फार्म लगा सकते हैं जिससे इस क्षेत्र में रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे। योगी सरकार जैसे पशुपालन के लिए लोन उपलब्ध कराती है उसी तरह कुक्कुट पालन कर्ज योजना (Poultry Farming Subsidized Bank Loan) के तहत लोगों को अपना स्वयं का व्यवसाय लगाने में भी बैंक से सब्सिडी पर लोन दिया जाएगा जिसके लिए पंजीकरण करने की जानकारी नीचे दी गई है। योगी सरकार ने कुक्कुट पालन योजना के अंतर्गत मुर्गी पालन व्यवसाय को बढ़ावा देने के लिए आकर्षक एवं व्यवहारिक कुक्कुट विकास नीति जारी की है।

कुक्कुट पालन विकास नीति (Uttar Pradesh Poultry Development Project) का उद्देश्य छोटे मुर्गी पालकों को इससे फायदा पहुंचाना है। जिसके लिए प्रदेश की सरकार उद्यमों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार का सहयोग दे रही है। किसान भाई या फिर कोई भी युवा कुक्कुट पालन योजना से अपनी स्थायी आय सुनिश्चित कर सकता है। इसके साथ ही खेती के साथ-साथ पशुपालन, मुर्गी पालन कर किसान भाई भी अपनी आय में वृद्धि कर सकते हैं।

2022 तक किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने वाले प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के सपने को पूरा करने में यह एक बहुत बड़ा कदम होगा।

उत्तर प्रदेश कुक्कुट पालन कर्ज योजना आवेदन प्रक्रिया

मुर्गी पालन योजना (Poultry Farming Scheme UP) के तहत राज्य सरकार मुर्गी फार्म स्थापित करने के लिए सब्सिडी पर लोन उपलब्ध कराती है जिसके कुछ भाग का भुगतान खुद मुर्गी पालक को करना होगा और बाकी का भुगतान राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा। कुक्कुट पालन अनुदान योजना (Poultry Farming Interest Subsidy Scheme in UP) में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार लाइसेंस देना, स्वच्छता का प्रमाण-पत्र सभी उपलब्ध कराएगी।

कुक्कुट पालन अनुदान विकास नीति (Yogi govt. Poultry Farming Interest Subsidy Scheme) के तहत कुक्कुट पालक 30 हजार पक्षियों की कामर्शियल यूनिट और 10 हजार पक्षियों की कामर्शियल यूनिट स्थापित कर सकते हैं। इस योजनान्तर्गत 30 हजार पक्षियों की कामर्शियल यूनिट संचालित करने के लिए मुर्गी पालक को 1.60 करोड़ रुपये की लागत लगाने की जरूरत पड़ेगी, जिसमें लाभार्थी को 54 लाख रुपये और 1.06 करोड़ का नियमानुसार बैंक ऋण पास कराना होगा।

वहीं 10 हजार पक्षियों की कामर्शियल यूनिट स्थापित करने के लिए मुर्गी पालक को कुल 70 लाख रुपये लगानी पड़ेगी जिसमें 21 लाख रुपये लाभार्थी को लगाना पड़ेगा और 49 लाख रुपये का बैंक ऋण पास कराना होगा। इस नीति के तहत लाभान्वित होने के लिए छोटे-बड़े कोई भी किसान या युवा मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी के कार्यालय में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

मुर्गीपालन लोन लेने के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज

मुर्गी पालन करने और फार्म खोलने के लिए सरकार जो लोन दे रही है इसके लिए आवेदकों को कुछ दस्तावेजों की जरूरत पड़ेगी जिसकी सूची आप नीचे देख सकते हैं:

  • पहचान प्रमाण पत्र (ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वोटर ID कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट आदि)
  • हाल में खींची गई पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो

मुर्गीपालन के लिए जरूरतें

अधिक अंडों का उत्पादन करने के लिए हमारे देश या विदेश में सबसे अच्छे नस्ल की सफेद मुर्गी होती है जिसे “व्हाइट लेग हार्न” कहते हैं। मांस उत्पादन के लिए कोरनिस, न्यूहेपशायर, असील, चटगाँव आदि नस्लें हैं। मुर्गीपालन के लिए हमेशा ऐसी मूर्गियां पालनी चाहिए जो बड़े अंडे देने वाली हों। अच्छी मुर्गी का चुनाव करते समय निम्न बातों को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए। अच्छी मुर्गी के सिर चौड़े व विस्तृत होते हैं ना कि सकरे व गोलाकार। कलंगी लाल और चमकदार होती है, पेट बड़ा होता है तथा त्वचा कोमल लचीली होती हैं। जघनास्थी चौड़ा तथा योनिमूख अंडाकार होता है। मुर्गी फार्म खोलने कें लिए आवश्यक चीजें निम्न्लिखित हैं:

  • मुर्गीपालन घर
  • दाना, पानी देने के लिए बर्तन
  • ब्रूडर
  • उन्नत नस्ल के चूजे या बड़ी मुर्गियाँ
  • रोगों से बचाव के लिए टीका औषधि तथा दवा
  • अंडा देने का बक्सा
  • रोशनी या बिजली का प्रबंध
  • हाट-बाजार जहाँ व्यापार किया जायेगा

अच्छी नस्ल की मुर्गियाँ साल भर में लगभग 250 से 300 अंडे देती हैं जबकि देशी मुर्गियाँ केवल 50-60 अंडे ही दे पाती हैं। इन मुर्गियों को साल भर अंडा देने के बाद बेच देना चाहिए क्योकि इनकी अंडा देने की क्षमता घट जाती है जिससे आय में होने वाला लाभ कम हो जाता है। मुर्गीपालन में मुर्गियों के आहार पर ही 65-70 प्रतिशत खर्च आ जाता है। इसलिए कमजोर तथा कम अंडा देने वाली मुर्गियाँ की बराबर छटाई करते रहना चाहिए।

मुर्गीपालन में घर बनाने से संबंधित बातें

मुर्गीपालन शुरू करने जा रहे किसान या लोग घर बनाते समय किन बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए आप नीचे देख सकते हैं:

  1. घर ऊँची सतह पर बनाए।
  2. ऐसी जगह जहां पर ज्यादा धूप आती हो या ज्यादा ठंडक हो या फिर वर्षा आती हो वहाँ मुर्गियों का घर ना बनाये।
  3. घर को छरने, ढकने के लिए एस्बेस्टस या घास फूस, पुवाल या ताड के पत्ते या खपड़ा का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
  4. मुर्गी घर का फर्श बाहर की जमीन से 10 इंच ऊँचा होना चाहिए तथा संभव हो तो पक्का बनाना चाहिए जिससे चूहा, सांप आदी बिल न बना सके।
  5. मुर्गी घर की दिवार मजबूत, आंशिक रूप से खुली तथा तीन ओर से बंद रहे कि जिससे एक तरफ से हवा आ जा सके।

उत्तर प्रदेश में कुक्कुट विकास नीति 2018 (Yogi Adityanath Poultry Farming Interest Subsidy Scheme) के तहत कामर्शियल लेयरी फार्मिंग के 30 हजार पक्षी की 298 इकाईयां क्रियाशील हैं और 10 हजार पक्षी की कामर्शियल लेयर फार्मिंग की 268 इकाईयां क्रियाशील हैं।

इन इकाइयों से प्रतिदिन 100.58 लाख अतिरिक्त अण्डा का उत्पादन हो रहा है। इसी तरह ब्रायलर पैरेन्ट फार्म की 10 हजार पक्षी की 23 इकाईयां क्रियाशील हैं, जिनसे 24.60 लाख अतिरिक्त चूजे प्रतिमाह उत्पादित हो रहे हैं। इस योजनान्तर्गत प्रदेश में लगभग 78 हजार लोगों को स्वरोजगार मिला है।

मुर्गियों के लिए सन्तुलित आहार

1) मुर्गियों में स्वास्थ एवं उत्पादन क्षमता बनाये रखने के लिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी, शर्करा, चिकनाई, प्रोटीन, खनिज पदार्थ तथा विटामिन आवश्यक है। जिस आहार पर पलने वाली मुर्गियाँ अधिक स्वस्थ रहें, उनकी बढ़ोतरी अच्छी हो और वे अंडा अधिक दें उसे सन्तुलित आहार कहा जाता है।

2) मूर्गिपालक आहार का मिश्रण स्वयं घर में तैयार कर सकते हैं अगर घर पर तैयार करने में कोई परेशानी आती है तो वे बना बनाया बाजार से तैयार मिश्रण भी खरीद कर अपनी मुर्गियों को खिला सकते हैं। चूजों को पहली खुराक अंडे से निकलने के 48 घंटे बाद दी जाती है। चूजों के लिए साफ पानी का प्रबंध हमेशा रहना चाहिए।

Haryana Kisan Mitra Yojana (किसान मित्र योजना) for Farmers with Land Holding upto 2 Acres

Haryana government is going to launch a new Kisan Mitra Yojana (किसान मित्र योजना) for farmers having land holding upto 2 acres. This new scheme will enable farmers to take benefits of the various previously launched welfare schemes. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has given directions to the officials to formulate Kisan Mitra Scheme as soon as possible.

The state govt. will focus on faster implementation of Pashudhan Credit Card Yojana on the lines of Kisan Credit Card (KCC). These new Pashu-dhan credit cards will boost production of milk and make Haryana one of the leading states in per capita milk production.

CM Khattar gave these instructions while presiding over the review meeting of Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department on 6 June 2020.

Haryana Kisan Mitra Yojana 2020

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, farmers especially small and marginal ones have suffered a lot. Despite being provided assistance under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi & other farmer welfare schemes, there is a need to provide them with assistance. So to enable small & marginal farmers (with land holdings upto 2 acres), the state govt. of Haryana will start Kisan Mitra Yojana. The Kisan Mitras will act as farmer’s friends and will assist them in getting benefits of several welfare schemes for which these farmers are eligible.

Foot & Mouth Disease (FMD) & HS combined vaccine programme (pilot project) for cow, buffalo in Haryana has been successful in PM Modi Common Livestock Diseases Control Scheme [FMD & Brucellosis]. In the past 1 year, no case of foot and mouth disease has been reported in the state. Now the state will receive an additional grant of Rs. 15 crore for this programme.

There are around 36 lakh milk producing dairy cattle in Haryana and per capital milk productivity is 1,087 grams. Haryana state is second in the milk production just after Punjab.

Haryana Pashudhan Credit Card Yojana

Under the Pashudhan Credit Card Yojana, the animal keeper will get assistance upto Rs. 3 lakh in the form of loan. The assistance amount would be provided for rearing buffalo, cow, sheep, goat, pig, chicken, broiler animals among others.

3.68 Lakh Cattle Tagged In Haryana

Around 4.5 lakh animals have been kept in the Haryana state’s gaushalas of which 3.68 lakh have been tagged. In the state, around 16 lakh families have productive cattle who have been tagged. Around 8,400 animals have been sent to various Gaushalas during Covid-19. Every animal in the Haryana state should be tagged, whether it is from a Gaushala or of an individual animal keeper.

To provide tagging information online, work on website has almost been completed. Apart from the Gaushalas, separate Nandishalas are also being constructed. For this purpose, the model of Nandishals built at a low-cost in Banawali and Matana villages of Fatehabad district will be adopted. On the construction of one nandishala, around Rs. 15 lakh have been spent and Haryana Livestock Development Board have done this work.

The work under HP Panchvati Yojana will be taken up in link with the MGNREGA Scheme. The main objective is to provide opportunity to elderly people to spend their leisure time roaming in parks and gardens.

The parks and gardens would be developed on levelled land of minimum one bigha with convergence of MGNREGA, Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) and 14th Finance Commission. This scheme will enhance the life expectancy of elderly people keeping in view health requirements of the senior citizens.

Several ayurvedic and medicinal plants would be grown in the parks and gardens along with recreational equipment, walking tracks and other basic amenities for senior citizens. HP Rural Development Department will implement the HP Panchvati Yojana.

In the current financial year, around 100 parks would be developed in different parts of the state under HP Green Belt Development Scheme. HP Panchvati Yojana 1st phase is launched on 8 June 2020 through video conferencing.

Madhya Pradesh government is inviting online applications for MP Rojgar Setu Yojana 2020 for skilled migrant labourers at rojgarsetu.mp.gov.in or sambal.mp.gov.in/RojgarSetu/. All the returning migrant workers will be able to apply by filling the Migrant Labourers Online Application / Registration Form at MP Rojgar Setu Yojana Portal. The state govt. will prepare a skill register of migrants to provide them with employment opportunities. As a part of the long term planning to provide employment of returning migrants, Madhya Pradesh govt. will start MP Rojgar Setu Yojana Portal. All the Skilled Migrant Labourers will have to fill MP Rojgar Setu Yojana online application / registration form to enroll themselves. Below is the complete Rojgar Setu Yojana online application / registration process:-

  • कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण के कारण लॉक-डाउन की स्थिति में दूसरे राज्यों से अपने निवास स्थान पर आए प्रवासी श्रमिकों पोर्टल पर अपने ग्राम पंचायत/ वार्ड कार्यालय के माध्यम से पंजीयन कराये|
  • पंजीयन मे श्रमिक अपने नियोजन, दक्षता व कौशल की जानकारी पोर्टल पर आवश्यक रूप से दर्ज कराये।
  • पंजीयन के उपरांत रोजगार सेतु पोर्टल पर सभी नियोक्ताओं को श्रमिकों का डाटा प्रदशित होगा।

प्रवासी श्रमिक जो मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी हैं, जिनका समग्र आईडी नहीं है, नियत प्रक्रिया अनुसार समग्र पोर्टल पर आईडी जनरेट की जाएगी। इसके बाद ही इन श्रमिकों का सर्वे, सत्यापन एवं पंजीयन कार्य पोर्टल पर समग्र आईडी का उल्लेख करते हुए सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। जारी निर्देश अनुसार, पोर्टल पर समग्र आईडी तथा आधार कार्ड नंबर अंकित किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा। सर्वे, सत्यापन और पंजीयन उन्हीं श्रमिकों का किया जायेगा जो ‘मुख्यमंत्री जन-कल्याण (संबल) योजना’ अथवा ‘भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण मंडल’ में पंजीयन की पात्रता रखते हैं।

पात्र प्रवासी श्रमिकों से निर्धारित सर्वे फार्म में जानकारी प्राप्त कर 3 जून 2020 के पहले पोर्टल पर अपलोड किए जाना तथा सर्वे फार्म को रिकार्ड में सुरक्षित रखे जाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। ग्राम पंचायत के सचिव तथा नगरीय क्षेत्रों में वार्ड प्रभारी सर्वे फार्म भरने में आवेदक की सहायता सुनिश्चित करेंगे। जिला कलेक्टर के मार्गदर्शन में यह सारी कार्यवाही की जायेगी। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लिये मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी, नगरीय क्षेत्र के लिए मुख्य नगरपालिका अधिकारी तथा नगर निगमों में निगम आयुक्त द्वारा अधिकृत अधिकारी होंगे।

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has issued directions to prepare MP Migrant Labourers Skill Register on a panchayat wise basis. This Migrant Workers Skill Register will contain the details about the skills as well as other information. The information present at the Rojgar Setu Portal will include personal details, educational qualifications, skills, earlier job, previous salary, previous employers, expected monthly salary and interested area of working of migrants.

Madhya Pradesh govt. will upload all the details on the MP Rojgar Setu Yojana Portal for ease of employers finding suitable working personnels. At this portal, employers can access the complete information of registered migrant labourers which would be made available to them. These job providers can then select the migrant workers as per their skills and requirement. The micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME sector) will play an important role in providing jobs.

Total Number of Migrant Worker Beneficiaries

Till date, around 6.5 lakh migrant workers have returned to Madhya Pradesh amidst Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown. It is expected that around 13 lakh migrant labourers will return to the MP state. Out of these, around 5,45,000 migrant workers have returned through facilitiy provide by the MP transport department. Alirajpur has 99,508, Balaghat has 97,620, Guna has 67,261, Panna has 28,406, Jhabua has 20,624 and Badwani has 20,182 returning migrants. These districts combined have the 52% of the total labour population of the state.
