केंद्र सरकार ने उद्योगों के रजिस्ट्रेशन को आसान बनाने के लिए उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन पोर्टल udyamregistration.gov.in लॉन्च कर दिया है जहां पर कोई भी सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमी अपने व्यवसाय को रजिस्टर कर सकता है। उद्यम पोर्टल पर अपने उद्योग का ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के लिए किसी भी तरह के दस्तावेज़, प्रमाण-पत्र, फोटो अपलोड करने की जरूरत नहीं है अब बस आधार नंबर और एक स्व घोषणा प्रपत्र के माध्यम से आसानी से उद्यम पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर किया जा सकता है। पहले उद्यमियों को अपना सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्योग को पंजीकृत कराने के लिए बहुत से कागजात और बहुत सी प्रक्रियाओं से गुजरना पड़ता था जो इस उद्यम पोर्टल udyamregistration.gov.in से बहुत ही आसान हो गया है।

MSME की नई श्रेणियाँ

MSME मंत्री द्वारा 26 जून 2020 को जारी नयी अधिसूचना के आधार पर सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों को नई श्रेणियों में बांट दिया है जिसके लिए कुछ नई मानदंडों को भी अधिसूचित किया गया है जैसे की पहले जिस टर्नओवर के हिसाब से सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्योगों का वर्गीकरण होता था उन्हे बदल दिया गया है:

• माइक्रो उद्यम : मशीनरी में एक करोड़ से कम निवेश और पांच करोड़ से कम टर्नओवर वाले इंटरप्राइज माइक्रो की श्रेणी में आएंगे।
• छोटे उद्यम : मशीनरी में 10 करोड़ तक के निवेश एवं 50 करोड़ तक के टर्नओवर वाले स्माल श्रेणी में आएंगे।
• माध्यम उद्यम : मशीनरी में 50 करोड़ तक के निवेश और 250 करोड़ तक के टर्नओवर वाले मीडियम इंटरप्राइज की श्रेणी में आएंगे।

उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन से जुड़ी कुछ जरूरी बातें

उद्यम पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करने से पहले आपको कुछ जरूरी बातें जान लेना आवश्यक है जैसे कि:

• MSME की रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन, पेपरलेस और सेल्फ डिक्लेरेशन के आधार पर है। MSME को रजिस्टर करने के लिए कोई डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड नहीं करने होंगे।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आधार नंबर जरूरी होगा।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद एक रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या दी जाएगी।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद, उस उद्यमी के लिए एक उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रमाणपत्र जारी किया जाएगा।
• इस सर्टिफिकेट में एक Dynamic QR Code होगा, जिससे हमारे पोर्टल पर वेब पेज और उद्योग के बारे में जानकारी मिल सकेगी।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन को रिन्यू नहीं करना होगा।
• उद्योगों के निवेश और टर्नओवर पर PAN और GST से जुड़ी जानकारी संबंधित सरकारी डेटाबेसों अपने आप ले ली जाएगी।
• MSME मंत्रालय का ऑनलाइन सिस्टम पूरी तरह से Income tax और GSTIN सिस्टम से जुड़े होंगे।
• जिनके पास MSME मंत्रालय के तहत किसी भी अथॉरिटी की तरफ से किया गया रजिस्ट्रेशन है उन्हें फिर से इस पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर करना होगा।
• किसी भी एंटरप्राइज को एक से ज्यादा उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

Himachal Pradesh government is going to launch a new Swaran Jayanti Gyanodaya Cluster Shreshtha Vidyalaya Yojana 2020. In this scheme, the state govt. will bring out qualitative changes in around 100 schools to improve their condition. Around 15 crore would be spent under this scheme to improve schools. CM Jai Ram Thakur led HP govt. has announced this scheme while addressing a review meeting of budget assurances for the FY 2020-21.

The HP state govt. has introduced Bachelor of Vocational Courses in 12 colleges of the state. Moreover in the current financial year, such courses would also be started in 6 more colleges.

CM Jai Ram Thakur has also given directions to the officials to give topmost priority to time-bound fulfillment of budget assurances. It would ensure that the benefits of the schemes reaches down to the target groups.

HP Swaran Jayanti Gyanodaya Cluster Shreshtha Vidyalaya Yojana

In the new HP Swaran Jayanti Gyanodaya Cluster Shreshtha Vidyalaya Yojana, qualitative changes would be carried out in around 100 schools. Efforts would be made to increase enrollment of students in govt. schools particularly at pre-primary and primary levels. The state govt. will lay special emphasis on qualitative improvement in education. Accordingly, the major objective is to ensure that students gets best education close to their homes.

The previously launched Medha Protsahan Yojana by HP government has proved a boon for the students. Students are getting incentives of Rs. 1 lakh to pursue coaching for various exams such as NEET, IIT among others. Moreover under the Swaran Jayanti Super 100 Scheme, 100 toppers of class tenth would be given Rs. 1 lakh in the current year. This amount is to undergo training to compete in various entrance examinations.

Krishi Utpadan Sanrakshan Yojana has also been launched in the state. In this scheme, the state govt. is providing 50% subsidy to the farmers to erect structure to support anti-hail nets. Similar to this, Mehak Yojna has been launched for promotion and cultivation of aromatic plants.

Controlled atmosphere stores are being upgraded under the World Bank aided Horticulture Development Project at Gumma, Jarol-Tikkar and Rohru. It would facilitate the horticulturists and farmers of the HP state in getting appropriate prices of their produce.

Under Jal Jeevan Mission, the Himachal Pradesh govt. will ensure that all households get tapped water by the FY 2022. The Himachal Pradesh govt. has also received an incentive of Rs. 57 crore from Union government for an effective implementation of the scheme.

Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa has launched Nekar Samman Yojane for handloom weavers on 6 July 2020. People can now apply by filling Karnataka Nekar Samman Yojane online registration form at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance of Rs. 2,000 to all weavers.

For becoming a beneficiary of the scheme, silk, cotton, woolen and other handloom weavers can fill Nekar Samman Yojane Online Application Form. People can register themselves at the official Seva Sindhu portal which is developed as an initiative to deliver the various schemes and services of the Karnataka State Government at the doorstep of the citizens.

As per 4th All India Handloom Census (conducted in 2019-20), there are 54,789 handloom weavers registered in the state. As of 6th July 2020, 40,634 handloom weavers have registered themselves under the Seva Sindhu portal for becoming a beneficiary of the scheme.

Karnataka Nekar Samman Yojane Apply Online

Official Launch of Nekar Samman Yojane by Karnataka CM

Under the scheme, the state government is transferring Rs 2000 of financial support to all weavers in the state registered with the Seva Sindhu portal. Under the first phase, the Chief Minister at the launch transferred Rs 2000 directly into the bank accounts of 19744 weavers in the state. Annually, the financial assistance will be provided once to all registered weavers under the Seva Sindhu portal.

The scheme will cost the State Government of Karnataka an amount of Rs 10.96 crore every year. The scheme is a part of the Rs 1610 crore of relief package announced by the Karnataka State Government on 6th May 2020.

Central government has launched Atal Pension Yojana (previously Swavalamban Yojana) as a government backed pension scheme for unorganized sector. Under this scheme, all the subscribers will get minimum monthly pension of Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 per month after retirement. People can see APY Subscribers Contribution Chart, Statement and use APY Calculator to review their pension amount. Interested candidates can fill Atal Pension Yojana Online Form at enps.nsdl.com

Central govt. will contribute 50% of the subscriber’s contribution or Rs. 1000 per annum (whichever is lower) for 5 years. Govt. contribution is restricted only for those people who are non-income tax payers and are also not covered under Statutory Social Security Scheme. All the bank account holders can apply for this APY Scheme and get guaranteed minimum pension from govt. of India.

Latest Update – Now APY subscribers contribution amount can be changed anytime during a year w.e.f 1 July 2020. Earlier the subscriber was allowed to make change only in the month of April. Check details in the section later. From 1 July 2020, banks has restarted auto-debiting contributions from the accounts of Atal Pension Yojana (APY) subscribers.

Atal Pension Yojana Apply Online Form

Below is the complete procedure to apply online and fill atal pension yojana form online:-

• Firstly visit the official website enps.nsdl.com
• On the homepage, click “Registration” button or directly click Online Subscriber Registration
• Here enter your Aadhaar Number and generate OTP on your registered mobile number. After entering OTP, click “Continue” button.
• Afterwards, Atal Pension Yojana Online Application Form will appear as shown below:-

• Now provide personal details, family details and generate acknowledgement number. After acknowledgement Id is generated, enter bank / branch details & account number for bank verification.
• Next fill the pension amount, contribution frequency, nominee and upload the supporting documents and make payment to complete the atal pension yojana online registration process.

If the registration process is successful, then bank will debit your account for 1st subscription and will generate Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). Eligibility Criteria for Atal Pension Yojana

The candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to avail Atal Pension Yojana Benefits:-

1. All the subscribers must be an Indian Citizen
2. Applicants must lie between 18 to 40 years of age.
3. The minimum contribution period for APY is 20 years after which govt. of India will provide guaranteed minimum pension.
4. Aadhaar and Mobile number are essentially recommended documents for KYC of beneficiary, spouse and nominee. Moreover for address proof candidates can submit ration card or bank passbook.

All the candidates can opt for monthly pension between Rs. 1000 to Rs. 5000 and ensure regular monthly contribution. In addition to this, people can also opt to increase or decrease their pension amount anytime in a year (earlier in the month of April). Moreover, GoI will link this scheme with PM Jan Dhan Yojana Scheme to automatically deduct contribution from bank account.

People can see the subscriber contribution chart to know Minimum Guaranteed Pension amount per month as per age of their entry. How To Make Atal Pension Yojana Registration at Banks

Here is the complete procedure to make registration for Atal Pension Yojana at banks:-

1. All the national banks provide the pension yojana, so, you can visit the bank with which you have your account and register yourself for APY.
2. The registration forms are available online as mentioned above, as well as, at the bank branches. You can download the form and submit it at the bank or you can fill and submit it at the bank itself.
3. Provide a valid mobile number and attach the photocopy of your Aadhar card.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number.

Penalty on Delayed Contributions by Banks

Usually a penalty is collected by banks for delayed contributions under Atal Pension Yojana. As per the official APY website, these are the penal charges for delayed contributions:-
A) Rs. 1 per month for contribution up to Rs 100 per month.
B) Rs. 2 per month for contribution between Rs 101 and Rs 500.
C) Rs. 5 per month for contribution between Rs 501 and Rs 1,000.
D) Rs. 10 per month for contribution exceeding Rs 1,001.

All the citizens who have joined National Pension Scheme (NPS) are eligible for this APY Scheme. This social security scheme was launched in June 2015. Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) administers APY through NPS architecture.

The latest PFRDA communication also stated that penal interest will not be charged if the subscriber’s pension scheme account is regularised before September 30, 2020. “Penal interest will not be charged if your non-deducted APY Contributions from April-2020 to August-2020 are regularised along with regular APY contributions before 30th September, 2020.”

APY Subscribers Contribution Amount Can be Changed Anytime During Year

PFRDA has asked banks to process requests for change in Atal Pension Yojana (APY) subscribers contribution amount anytime during a year. This move aims at making APY Scheme more attractive and the new arrangement has been made available from 1 July 2020. Earlier, subscriber was allowed to make change in contribution amount in the month of April.

The new arrangement will enable subscribers to increase / decrease their pension plans as per their changed income levels and capacity to pay APY contributions. It is very important to continue contribution in the APY Scheme till the age of 60 years. PFRDA has asked “all banks to process upgrade / downgrade of pension amount requests of APY subscribers throughout the year w.e.f 1 July 2020“.

However it is important to note that a subscriber can change pension plan only once in a financial year. There are around 2.28 crore subscribers enrolled under the APY scheme.

Restart of Auto Debit Contributions from APY Account

As you are aware, vide its circular (Ref. No: PFRDA/2020/8/P&D-APY/1) dated 11 April 2020, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) had instructed Banks to stop auto-debit of APY contribution till 30th June 2020. Accordingly, auto debit for APY contributions has resumed from 1st July 2020.

अटल पेंशन योजना जरूरी पात्रता व शर्तें

एपीवाई या नेशनल पेंशन स्कीम का लाभ लेने के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा कुछ नियम व शर्तों के साथ पात्रता (Atal Pension Yojana Eligibility & Conditions) भी रखी है जिसमें अगर कोई व्यक्ति योग्य निकाल जाता है तभी वह इस योजना का लाभ ले सकता हैं। जिसकी सूची आप नीचे देख सकते हैं:

• सभी आवेदक भारत देश के स्थायी निवासी होने चाहिए।
• सभी आवेदकों की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।

अटल पेंशन योजना चार्ट / योगदान कैलक्यूलेटर

एपीवाई योजना (Atal Pension Yojana Contribution Chart) को लोगों के लिए 6 भागों में बांटा गया है, आप जितनी जल्दी अटल पेंशन योजना (APY) से जुड़ेंगे उतना अधिक फायदा मिलेगा। अगर कोई व्यक्ति 18 साल की उम्र में अटल पेंशन योजना (APY) से जुड़ता है तो उसे हर महीने 210 रुपये का निवेश करना होगा। ऐसे लोग जो आयकर (Income Tax) के दायरे में आते हैं, सरकारी इम्प्लाई हैं या फिर पहले से ही EPF, EPS जैसी योजना का लाभ ले रहे हैं वे अटल पेंशन योजना (APY) का हिस्सा नहीं बन सकते। बाकी की जानकारी आप नीचे पीडीएफ़ में देख सकते हैं।

रिटायर होने के बाद जीवनभर पेंशन पाने के लिए आपको APY में कुछ सालों तक ही निवेश करना होता है। आपके निवेश के साथ ही सरकार भी अटल पेंशन योजना (APY) में अपनी ओर से भी अंशदान देती है।

अटल पेंशन योजना अंशदान जुर्माना

अटल पेंशन योजना के तहत अंशदान में देरी से योगदान होने पर बैंकों द्वारा जुर्माना लिया जाता है जो राशि के हिसाब से इस प्रकार है:

• 100 रुपये प्रति माह के योगदान पर 1 रुपए जुर्माना
• 101 से 500 के बीच 2 रुपए प्रतिमाह
• 501 से 1,000 रुपये के बीच योगदान के लिए प्रति माह 5 रुपये
• 1,001 से ऊपर रुपये की राशि पर 10 रुपए प्रतिमाह जुर्माना बैंक लेते हैं

अटल पेंशन योजना – अभिदाता अंशदान राशि में कर सकते हैं बदलाव

पीएफआरडीए ने हाल ही में एक नई अधिसूचना जारी करी है जिसमें यह कहा गया है कि 1 जुलाई 2020 से एपीवाई योगदान राशि संबंधित अंशधारक के बचत खाते से स्वत: कटनी शुरू हो गयी है। कोविड-19 महामारी के कारण योगदान राशि जमा करने पर 30 जून तक के लिये रोक लगायी गयी थी। मौजूदा व्यवस्था के तहत अगर एपीवाई योगदान अप्रैल-अगस्त 2020 के बीच लंबित है, वह 30 सितंर तक अंशधारकों के बचत खातों से 30 सितंबर तक स्वत: कट जाएगा और उसके लिये जुर्माना स्वरूप कोई ब्याज नहीं देना होगा।

Uttarakhand government is planning to start a new Rupees 1 Tap Water Connection Scheme under Jal Jeevan Mission. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide water connection in all households across the state at a nominal Rs. 1 per house. The announcement to start “Ek Rupaiye Mai Paani Ka Connection” Scheme has been made by the chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat.

CM announced Rs. 1 Tap Water Connection Scheme in Uttarakhand on 6 July 2020. CM inaugurated the Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana in dairy development at Dudhli in Dehradun district on the same day. Honourable CM Rawat has launched a milch animal purchase programme under the Integrated Cooperative Development Project and the Ganga Cow Mahila Dairy Yojana.

Uttarakhand Rupees 1 Tap Water Connection Scheme – Jal Jeevan

On 6 July 2020, CM Rawat announced Rupees 1 Tap Water Connection Scheme in Uttarakhand under the Jal Jeevan Mission. In this new scheme, tap water would be supplied to every household at a nominal cost of Rs 1. The state govt. is trying to provide clean drinking water to all people living in the Uttarakhand state. Currently, the cost of drinking water connection is Rs. 2,350 but not every villager can afford this amount.

So under the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, water connection will be given to each household in the state for only Re 1. With the launch of Mukhyamantri Swarojgar Yojana in dairy development, the govt. aims to increase the production of milk in the state. Under the CM Self Employment scheme, milch animals will be brought from outside the state.

Uttarakhand govt. is also planning to conserve the Badri cow breed. Now the state govt. is making efforts to increase Badri cows milk production as there is a great demand for ghee made from Badri cows milk. CM has announced that district supply officer would be held responsible for any mismanagement for distribution of ration under PM Garib Kalyan Yojana.

The state govt. aims to provide benefits of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana to all eligible beneficiaries. The Uttarakhand govt. will take strict action on any irregularity or misconduct in the implementation of PMGKAY Scheme. The secretary for food will regularly review work done under the scheme to ensure that no poor person in the state goes hungry.

Free ration has been made available to every person for the past 3 months amid the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic outbreak. Moreover, the state govt. has also arranged free ration for stranded migrants who returned to their native state amid the easing of lockdown restrictions.

According to the state food and civil supplies department, 61.94 lakh people in Uttarakhand have been given food grains for free between April and June under PMGKAY. Each person is entitled to get 5 Kg of rice or wheat and 1 Kg of pulse per family for free in one month.

Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan or PMSMA Yojana is a new initiative of the Narendra Modi led Central Government launched on June 9, 2016. The PM Surakshit Matritva Abhiyan aims to provide assured, comprehensive and quality antenatal care, free of cost, universally to all pregnant women on the 9th of every month. It guarantees a minimum package of antenatal care services to women in their 2nd / 3rd trimesters of pregnancy at designated government health facilities. The PMSMA programme follows a systematic approach for engagement with private sector which includes motivating private practitioners to volunteer for the campaign developing strategies. Maharashtra government has started Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Programme for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This CM Employment Generation Program is expected to create 10 lakh jobs in the upcoming 5 years. The flagship CMEGP programme of the Industries Department would have 30% reservation for women entrepreneurs. Individual Entrepreneurs, Institutions, Co-operative Societies, Self Help Groups, Trusts would be CMEGP Programme beneficiaries. The beneficiary contribution would be low in order to facilitate setting up of more enterprises through CM Employment Generation Programme.

Maharashtra CM Employment Generation Programme (CMEGP)

The state govt. would start CM Employment Generation Programme in which govt. aims to setup 1 lakh units in 5 years. Around 40% of these units would be started in rural areas. The target is to setup 10,000 micro ventures by 1st generation entrepreneurs. Maharashtra CMEGP Scheme Implementation

CMEGP Scheme aims to promote entrepreneurship and to tackle the issues related to unemployment. The new Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Programme will provide financial assistance as a viability gap funding. This funding would be for approved project cost of upto Rs. 50 lakh for manufacturing activities and upto Rs. 10 lakh for service sector activities.

Maharashtra CMEGP programme will cover manufacturing, service and agro-based activities, including those in retail. The complete plan for the concept, design and approvals of the scheme from preparation to implementation stages has already been made. The nodal bank for the CMEGP programme will be Corporation Bank and beneficiaries will be financed by nationalised and private sector banks like Yes Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.

In addition to this, the state govt. will develop 50 new industrial parks at taluka level. In order to meet the high demand for jobs, CM Employment Generation Programme for MSMEs would be a “game changer” in the coming days. This is a very good initiative by state government and shows that the govt. is aware about employment issues which is low since independence.

Central government approves Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) Scheme 2020 under the flagship Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. In this PMAY ARHC scheme, govt. will provide affordable rental accommodation to migrant workers & urban poor to ensure ease of living. The migrants and poor people will then have to pay less rent on housing and save more money from their income. People will have to apply online by filling PMAY Affordable Rental Housing Complex (ARHC) Scheme application / registration form at official website.

This would be done by converting govt funded houses in major cities into affordable rental housing accommodations or complexes through PPP mode. PMAY 1BHK Rental housing scheme will enable migrant labourers and urban poor to get houses on lesser rent in the area of their working.

The Union govt. of India will provide incentives business companies, state govt’s, agencies, associations to provide low rent housing facility to its workers.

Affordable Rental Housing Complexes Scheme Details

Govt. will launch this ARHC Scheme under PM Awas Yojana to ensure ease of living at affordable rent by the following measures:-

• Converting government funded housing in the cities (JnNURM / RAY) into Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) under PPP mode through concessionaire.
• Incentivizing manufacturing units, industries, institutions, associations to develop Affordable Rental Housing Complex (ARHC) on their private land and operate.
• Incentivizing State Government Agencies / Central Government Organizations on the similar lines to develop Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHC) and operate.
  

Cabinet Approval for ARHCs Scheme under PM Awas Yojana

An affordable rental housing scheme for migrants who went back to their home states during the COVID-19 lockdown has been approved by the Cabinet on 8 July 2020. The Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs) Scheme under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) will be a sub-scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). The ARHC scheme will be implemented with an estimated expenditure of Rs. 600 crore. Initially, ARHC scheme aims to cover around 3 lakh beneficiaries.

What is the Need for PM Affordable Rental Housing Complexes Scheme

Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in massive reverse migration of workers and urban poor in the country. These labourers come from rural areas or small towns for seeking better employment opportunities in urban areas. Usually, these migrants live in slums, informal / unauthorized colonies or peri-urban areas to save rental charges. They spend a lot of time on roads by walking/ cycling to workplaces, risking their lives to cut on the expenses.

A large part of workforce in manufacturing industries, service providers in hospitality, health, domestic/commercial establishments, and construction or other sectors, labourers, students etc who come from rural areas or small towns seeking better opportunities will be the target beneficiary under ARHCs.

Implementation of ARHC Scheme 2020

The ARHC scheme will have a 2 pronged approach for the effective implementation. First is the existing vacant government funded housing complexes will be converted into ARHCs through a concession agreement for 25 years. As per the official data, there are 1.2 lakh such govt. houses available under Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), PMAY and other state govt’s housing schemes. Out of these, Maharashtra has 35,000 accommodations while Delhi has 30,000 accommodations.

Concessionaire will make the complexes livable by repair/retrofit and maintenance of rooms. Moreover, govt. will fill up infrastructure gaps like water, sewer/ septage, sanitation, roads among others. States/UTs will select concessionaire through transparent bidding. Complexes will revert to Urban Local Bodies after 25 years to restart the next cycle earlier or to run on their own.

Secondly, special incentives like use permission, 50% additional Floor Area Ratio or Floor Space Index, concessional loan at priority sector lending rates, tax reliefs at par with affordable housing among others will be offered to private and public entities to develop ARHCs on their own available vacant land for 25 years. ARHCs will create a new ecosystem in urban areas making housing available at affordable rent close to places of work and will cut down unnecessary travel, congestion and pollution.

The investment under ARHCs is expected to create new job opportunities. Government funded vacant housing stock will be converted into ARHCs for economically productive use. ARHC scheme would create a conducive environment for entities to develop AHRCs on their own vacant land which will enable new investment opportunities and promote entrepreneurship in rental housing sector.

Madhya Pradesh government has launched a new new MP Gramin Kamgar Setu Portal at http://kamgarsetu.mp.gov.in/ on 8 July 2020. This portal is started for new Mukhyamantri Rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme. In the scheme, the state govt. will provide loans upto Rs. 10,000 without interest to street vendors of grameen areas. CM Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan mentioned that MP govt. will help the people to lend for business and there is no need to go to the moneylenders for loan.

The MP state government on the lines of urban street vendors loan scheme has now started rural street vendors loan scheme. In this scheme, working capital of Rs. 10,000 without interest from banks will be given to rural street vendors for their works and business. The entire amount of interest will be borne by the Madhya Pradesh government.

CM Chouhan launched “Mukhya Mantri Street Vendor Loan Scheme (Rural)” and “Gramin Kamgar Setu Portal (kamgarsetu.mp.gov.in)” through video conferencing on 8 July 2020 at Mantralaya. The Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan has informed that loan will be sanctioned by banks within 30 days of submission of application. Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) will soon launch a new Pratham mobile application for its citizens. People can perform Pratham App Download to book bus tickets through online mode. It is a first-of-its-kind mobile app to be launched on 20 July 2020. The main motive is to encourage cashless transactions among passengers during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak.

In the first phase, the Pratham app will be launched on pilot basis in 19 RTC bus depots across the state. All the passengers who makes use of this Pratham mobile application & book bus tickets online will get benefits of discount or cashback.

The AP government has resumed government transport services on various routes while strictly following social distancing guidelines issued by Home Ministry.

APSRTC Pratham App will enable passengers to book the tickets for all buses right from super luxury services to others through online mode. The AP State Road Transport Corporation resumed its intrastate operations without bus conductors from 21 May 2020. On getting good response from the passengers, the RTC management has decided to develop Pratham mobile application.

The pilot project for the launch of Pratham App for booking bus tickets online will be carried out in 19 depots:-

In a recent survey conducted the APSRTC, corporation came to know that 60-70% employees are using smartphones. Recently, APSRTC has also directed its officials to procure smartphones for the online bus ticket generation purpose.

A total of 20 lakh farmers can set up standalone solar pumps. Furthermore, Finance minister said that government can help 15 lakh solarise grid-connected pump sets. Moreover, farmers can also use barren land for solar energy generation, setup solar power plants on barren land, generate electricity, sell extra generated electricity and have a livelihood out of it.

Central govt. has started KUSUM Scheme in FY 2018 to assist farmers in replacing all the existing diesel and electric pumps with solar agricultural pumps. On these solar agricultural pumps, govt. would provide 60% of total cost as subsidy to all eligible farmers across the country.

PM Kusum Scheme 2020 Components

The various components of Kusum Scheme 2020 are as follows:-

• Solar Pumps Distribution – During the Kusum Yojana 1st phase, the power department in association with departments of the central govt. are going to work towards the successful distribution of solar powered pumps.
• Construction of Solar Power Factory – This includes the construction of solar power plants which would have a capacity to produce significant amount of power.
• Setting up tubewells – The 3rd component of this scheme includes setting up of tubewells which are also going to generate certain amount of power.
• Modernization of present Pumps – Only the production of power is not one of the aim of this Kusum Scheme 2020-2021. The final component of Kusum scheme deals with the modernization of pumps which are currently in use and to replace old pumps by solar pumps.

In addition, banks would also provide 30% extra of total expenses as bank loans to farmers. Now the farmers would only have to spend the upfront cost and is around 10% of total cost to set up these solar projects. Candidates can click at Contact Us link in case of any further query.

As per the initial draft of Kusum Yojana 2020, these plants are going to be erected only on infertile areas which are capable of generation a total of 28000 MW power. In the 1st phase, govt. would provide 17.5 lakh solar powered pumps to agricultural labourers.

केंद्र सरकार कुसुम सोलर पंप योजना 2020-21 के लिए kusum.online पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण / आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित कर रही है। मोदी सरकार वित्त वर्ष 2022 (FY 2022) तक किसान उर्जा सुरक्षा उत्थान महाभियान (Kisan Urja Suraksha Utthan Mahabhiyan – KUSUM) योजना के तहत किसानों को 3 करोड़ सौर पंप प्रदान करेगी। ये सब्सिडीकृत सौर कृषि पंप (Solar Agriculture Pumps Subsidy Yojana) वर्तमान में बिजली और डीजल से चलने वाले कृषि पंपों की जगह लगाए जाएंगे। कुसुम सोलर पंप योजना के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए जो kusum.online वेबसाइट थी उसे सरकार ने बंद कर दिया है।

केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा 1 फरवरी 2020 को पास किए गए यूनियन बजट में किसानों के लिए नए प्रावधान भी किए गए हैं जिससे कुसुम योजना (KUSUM Yojana) में अब 20 लाख किसान कृषि सौर पंप लगा सकते हैं। यह कुसुम सोलर पंप किसी भी बंजर जमीन पर आसानी से लग सकते हैं। इसके अलावा किसान अधिक बिजली को बेच कर पैसा भी कमा सकते हैं। यूनियन बजट 2020-21 में किसानों के लिए 1,42,761 करोड़ रुपये का आवंटन किया है। जो पिछली बार के मुकाबले 30 फीसदी ज्यादा है।

केंद्र सरकार ने किसानों को सौर कृषि पंपों के साथ सभी मौजूदा डीजल और इलेक्ट्रिक पंपों को बदलने के लिए वित्त वर्ष 2018 में कुसुम योजना शुरू करने का फैसला किया था। इन सौर कृषि पंपों पर सरकार पूरे देश में सभी योग्य किसानों को सब्सिडी के रूप में कुल लागत का 60% प्रदान करेगी।

इसके अलावा बैंक किसानों को लोन के रूप में कुल खर्च का 30% प्रदान करेगी। कुसुम योजना 2020 की प्लानिंग के अनुसार ये संयंत्र केवल बंजर भूमि/क्षेत्रों पर लगाए जाएंगे, जिससे 28000 मेगावाट बिजली पैदा करी जा सकती है। इसके अलावा 10 फरवरी 2020 से मोदी सरकार पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के लाभार्थी किसानों को किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड भी दे रही है जिससे वे कृषि से संबंधित किसी भी कार्य के लिए 3 लाख तक का लोन आसानी से ले सकते हैं।
