PM Vishvas Scheme – 5% Cash Subsidy for Bank Loan Beneficiaries

PM Vishvas Scheme or Vanchit Ikai Samooh aur Vargo Ke Liye Arthik Sahayata Yojana will soon be launched by the central government. In this scheme, people from underprivileged sections who have taken bank loans will get 5% subsidy per annum through direct cash transfer. As per the announcement on 28 August 2020, Union Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry will implement this scheme.

The new PM Vishvas Scheme 2020 will provide immediate cash transfer to beneficiaries. Central govt. is urging Indian bankers to come forward and extend support to this Vishvas scheme which would be floated within a period of the next 15-20 days or 1 month.

For the past few months, the govt. is diligently working towards promoting economic development of the underprivileged through various focused schemes. This PM Vishvas Scheme is another major initiative towards the upliftment of people from poor sections of the society.

PM Vishvas Scheme (Vanchit Ikai Samooh aur Vargo Ke Liye Arthik Sahayata Yojana) 2020

In PM Vishvas Scheme, all those people who have taken loans from banks will now get 5% cash subsidy directly into their bank accounts through DBT Mode. The name “Vanchit Ikai Samooh aur Vargo Ke Liye Arthik Sahayata Yojana” signifies a new financial assistance scheme for disadvantaged group category people. It is expected that the Vishvas scheme notification, guidelines, eligibility criteria, application / registration form filling process to be released within a month’s time.

Just like other cash subsidy transfer schemes, the central govt. may invite PM Vishvas Scheme 2020 application / registration form. These forms may be invited through online mode from an official website or dedicated portal or through offline mode at banks. National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation Chairman and Managing Director K. Narayan has announced PM Vishvas Scheme at a webinar hosted by business chamber Assocham. In the webinar, he said “It would help provide immediate cash benefit to the beneficiary and I would urge our bankers to come forward and extend support to this scheme which would be floated within a period of the next 15-20 days or in a month’s time”.

Dr. Ramdas Athawale said “While there are various government schemes, we must encourage youth belonging to marginalised community to come forward and become a part of the cooperative sector… our ministry also provides skill development training as such and they should take advantage of the same”. The official announcement date for Vanchit Ikai Samooh aur Vargo Ke Liye Arthik Sahayata Yojana is 28 August 2020 and would be launched soon.

Banks Role in Implementing PM Vishvas Scheme

The central govt. is urging members of underprivileged communities to come forward and takes advantage of those government schemes specifically designed to promote their economic development. The banks will play a lead role in helping the underprivileged by providing loans to the aspiring entrepreneurs instead of discouraging them. With the implementation of PM Vishvas Scheme, people from deprived sections would be empowered.

The government must also stand behind and support people from disadvantaged groups by providing end-to-end hand holding with the help of NGOs. There is an urgent need to set up a monitoring cell under the PMO to keep track of all the various schemes aimed at supporting the underprivileged and promoting their development. Initiatives like Mission Swavalamban aiming to maximise the outreach and awareness of business opportunities and loan facility access to the aspiring SC/ST entrepreneurs across India should be encouraged.

Ration Card Complaint Helpline Numbers of all 36 States as well as Union Territories are now available at nfsa.gov.in. People can now check these toll free, landline numbers, e-mail ID of respective states and can register grievance. For a very long time, people had been asking about the details of the district officers who are in charge on Fair Price Shops. It is because there are loopholes and corruption in the distribution of food grains through Public Distribution System (PDS) in the country.

In order to reduce the corruption and to ensure that subsidised ration reaches poor people, Ration Card Complaint Helpline Numbers have been issued. Central govt. is making every effort to effectively tackle those ration dealers who are involved in hoarding of grains meant for poor people. In case any ration card holder is not getting his quota of food grains, then they can call at the toll free / landline helpline no. and can place their complaint.

About National Food Security Act (NFSA Right to Food Act)

National Food Security Act, 2013 or Right to Food Act aims to provide subsidised food grains to around 1.3 billion people. NFSA converts into legal entitlements for existing food security programmes of the Government of India. It includes the Midday Meal Scheme, Integrated Child Development Services scheme and the Public Distribution System. The Midday Meal Scheme and the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme are universal in nature whereas the PDS will reach about two-thirds of the population (75% in rural areas and 50% in urban areas).

Under the provisions of the bill, beneficiaries of the Public Distribution System (or PDS) are entitled to 5 kilograms per person per month of cereals at the following prices – Rice at Rs. 3 per kg, Wheat at Rs. 2 per kg, Coarse grains (millets) at Rs. 1 per kg. Pregnant women, lactating mothers, and certain categories of children are eligible for daily free cereals.

Rajasthan SC / ST / OBC Self Employment Loan Scheme apply online process is going to begin from 1 September 2020. Selection of Beneficiaries for SC / ST / OBC Self Employment Loan Scheme

The state govt. of Rajasthan has constituted a loan appraisal team at the division level for approval of loans. This team will accept or reject the SC / ST / OBC / EBC Loan Scheme applications by holding a meeting within 3 months of receipt of the application. The applicants can apply for loan online from 1 September to 30 November 2020.

The loan amount will be transferred by the Corporation to the Jan Aadhaar-linked bank account of the applicant after administrative approval on the basis of the recommendation given by the loan appraisal team. Previously, this process took a lot of time as the applications were accepted offline. This process has been made online since last year. It will make the process easier for applicants who will not have to wait for long.

Shikshakra Mitra App for teachers has been launched by the Karnataka government on 28 August 2020. This new Shikshakara Mitra mobile application will enable teachers to avoid visiting education departments for their works. With the help of this Teacher Mitra Mobile App, paperwork can be done online by state teachers. People can now download Karnataka Shikshakra Mitra Mobile App from google play store through online mode.

Amid the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown, schools and colleges are not open even in the Unlock 4.0. So, the teachers and students will have to wait for another month duration to go to their respective schools for work and study. Accordingly, the state govt. has launched Shikshakra Mitra App for teachers to perform their paper work online.

Sahayahastham Scheme 2020 has been launched by the Kerala government. In this Chief Minister’s Loan Scheme, interest free loans are provided to women self help groups (SHGs). Around 22.77 lakh women in the state have already been benefited from this scheme with an allocation of Rs. 2000 crore. The scheme was launched with an aim to help people who lost their livelihood due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.

In the Sahayahastham Scheme in Kerala, the participating banks give loans to the NHGs and the 9% interest charged by banks is paid by the government. The main aim to provide this assistance amount is to help people who lost their jobs or livelihood opportunities due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Repayment Track Record of NHGs

The neighbourhood groups have a credible track record of repayment of loan amount received by them. There are more than 3 lakh NHGs under the Kudumbashree which have an average loan size of Rs.  4.5 lakh. The repayment rate is over 98% which is due to the joint responsibility of group members. Among the districts of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram tops the list where 2.9 lakh members of nearly 24,000 groups availed themselves of the loans. It was followed by Thrissur with 2.56 lakh members and 20,500 groups.

The Kerala govt. will incur Rs  350 crore as interest subvention for the Sahayahastham Scheme. In FY 2018, the state govt. had rolled out the Resurgence Kerala loan scheme to help those affected by the floods. The 4 year loan has 98% repayment rate and the state government’s spending on interest is around Rs. 300 crore. The scheme worth Rs. 1,750 crore had helped 1.95 lakh members of 26,000 SHGs.

Tamil Nadu State Mental Health Authority is inviting application form for TN Mental Health Professionals Registration at tnhealth.tn.gov.in. Tamilnadu State Mental Health Authority will maintain register of practising mental health professionals such as clinical psychologists, mental health nurses and psychiatric social workers. In this article, we will describe the process to download TN Mental Health Professionals Registration / Application Form.

The registration process of Mental Health Professionals is in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 55(d) of Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 and in accordance with the decision taken in 1st annual meeting of the Authority held on 18.07.2019. A clinical psychologist means a person who possess the following eligibility criteria:-

  • having a recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology from an institution approved and recognised, by the Rehabilitation Council of India, constituted under section 3 of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992; or
  • having a Post-Graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognised by the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and approved and recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 or such recognised qualifications as may be prescribed.

Mental Health Nurse Definition

Mental Health Nurse means a person with a diploma or degree in general nursing or diploma or degree in psychiatric nursing recognised by the Nursing Council of India established under the Nursing Council of India Act, 1947 and registered as such with the relevant nursing council in the State.

Psychiatric Social Worker Definition

Psychiatric Social Worker means a person having a post-graduate degree in Social Work and a Master of Philosophy in Psychiatric Social Work obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognised by the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or such recognised qualifications, as may be prescribed.

All the existing mental health professionals in the State belonging to the above mentioned categories of professionals, shall get registered with the TN State Mental Health Authority.

Benefits of TN Mental Health Professionals Registration

  1. The registration of mental health professionals will remain valid for a period of 5 years from the registration date.
  2. Each registered mental health professional shall apply for re-registration once in 5 years with Rs. 500 re-registration fee.
  3. Every year as on 1st Jan, the TN State Mental Health Authority shall publish district wise, state wise list of mental health professionals and it shall be displayed on the Authority’s website.

PM Svanidhi yojana online applications are being invited through the official website of the scheme at pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in.

PM Svanidhi Yojana applications can also be made offline at banks or Common Service Centers to avail a loan of up to Rs. 10,000. Eligible street vendors can also check their name in the PM Svanidhi Yojana list of beneficiaries through street vendor survey search facility at the official portal.

The main objective of PM Svanidhi Yojana is to ensure that daily wage earners like vegetable seller, fruits seller earns their livelihood. These short term assistance of Rs. 10,000 will enable small street vendors to restart their work which is badly hit due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) lock-down. This scheme was earlier announced by FM Nirmala Sitharaman in the Rs. 20 lakh crore Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan Package.

Apply for SVANidhi Yojana Letter of Recommendation

The street vendors who do not have any identity card or certificate to prove their status as vendors can now apply online for the “Letter of Recommendation” which will help them avail a loan under the PM SVANidhi Yojana.

How to Apply for LoR:

  1. In Order to apply online for the letter of recommendation, interested candidates can visit this link. And, enter theri mobile number which is attached to Aadhar Number, and enter and verify the OTP on the next screen.
  2. On the next page, enter your Aadhar number and again verify the OTP and verify it.
  3. After verifying the Aadhar number, you will see the loan application form, fill all the required details and select “Yes” in the Request for Local enquiry report by the TVC/ULB (Request letter to the ULB) dropdown under the “Documents” section and click “Submit” button.

You can also apply offline for Letter of Recommendation with the Urban Local Body through a simple application on white paper to conduct local inquiry to ascertain the genuineness of the claim as vendor. ULBs will have to dispose of the request for issue of LoR within a period of 15 days.

After the vendors gets the LoR, they will be issued certificate of vending or identity card within a period of 30 days.

Beneficiaries List of PM SVANidhi Scheme

As per the initial data collected from state governments, around 50 lakh street vendors would be benefited from PM Street Vendor Atmanirbhar (PM SVANidhi) Scheme. The central govt. will extend a credit flow of Rs. 5,000 crore to this sector. Moreover, those street vendors who makes use of digital payments and timely repayments would be incentivized through monetary rewards.

It is important to mention that only a fraction of those 50 lakh phereevaala may have credit history with commercial banks as banks didn’t had a product designed for this sector. The major objective is to make street vendors self reliant and not fall in debt trap of lenders for such small amount.

AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme 2021-22 – Free Power Supply to Farm Sector

Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme is going to be launched by the Andhra Pradesh government. This scheme will remain applicable for FY 2021-22. The main objective is to provide free power supply to the farmers working in farm sector. The state govt. has maintained that the entire bill footing amount will be Rs. 8,400 crore per annum.

AP govt. will also install smart meters to all agricultural power connections. It is a part of the central govt. suggested reforms which the state govt. had agreed to implement for 2% hike in FRBM Act borrowing limit. This would facilitate AP govt. to entail an additional loan amount of Rs. 20,000 crore during the current fiscal.

AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme 2021-22 for Farm Sector

The state govt. of Andhra Pradesh will have to spend an estimated Rs. 1,500 crore amount for installation of smart meters for agriculture power connections. The initiative to provide free power to farm sector was earlier introduced by late CM Y S Rajashekhara Reddy in May 2004 which is continued by next governments. Now the state government will start AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme from 2021-22 for farm sector.

Present AP govt. under CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has claimed that it was developing 10,000 solar power plants. This is being done in order to ensure uninterrupted free power to the farm sector for the next 30 years. The AP govt. was also spending Rs. 1,700 crore to improve the transmission system so as to supply electricity for 9 hours during daytime.

How the Cash Transfer Scheme for Power Supply to Agriculture Sector will Work

Below is the process how the Cash Transfer Scheme for Agriculture Power Supply will work:-

  • In the new AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme, farmers will have to open their exclusive bank accounts.
  • In these bank accounts, govt. will credit the monthly power bill amount.
  • Farmers will then have to pay the monthly power charges to their respective Power Distribution Company.

The guidelines for the AP Agriculture Power Supply Cash Transfer Scheme 2021-22 has been issued by the government on 1 September 2020.

Benefits of AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme

Farmers will not be required to pay a single rupee from their own pockets. However, AP govt. has came out with varying figures on the total number of agriculture power connections in the state. As the Agriculture Budget 2020-21 and Socio-Economic Survey 2019-20, there were 18.72 lakh agricultural power connections by the end of March.

But the latest order issued by the Energy Secretary has put the figure of 17.55 lakh agricultural power connections. AP Agricultural Minister mentioned that “there would not be any change in the existing free power scheme.” The procedure of the AP Agriculture Electricity Cash Transfer Scheme may change but not the entire scheme.

Launch of Swachha Sahar Odisha Web App by CM Naveen Patnaik

On 31 August 2020, CM Naveen Patnaik has dedicated 100 functional micro composite centres and 50 functional material recovery facilities in various urban local bodies of Odisha. CM also laid the foundation stone for establishment of 51 faecal sludge treatment plants to ensure larger coverage of this facility across all cities and towns. This has been done to mark the State-level Local Self Government Day. Moreover, CM handed over the operation and maintenance of four septage treatment plants to Mission Shakti groups of Rourkela, Angul, Balasore and Dhenkanal Municipalities.

As a part of 5T mandate, Chief Minister has launched mobile App “AMA SAHAR” and “SWACHHA SAHAR ODISHA” web app to provide citizen centric services. With launch of Swachha Sahar Odisha web app, the ULBs will be able to submit utilisation certificate online which will bring better fiscal management. A handbook on sanitation which is a compendium of important notifications, letters and guidelines issued by the Urban Department was also released by him.

The Chief Minister in his speech through video conference asked all urban local bodies to work in a dedicated manner to meet the growing aspirations of people living in urban areas during the pandemic days. CM appreciated efforts made by the ULBs in the management of solid and liquid waste & making cities cleaner. Core Principles for Karmayogi Scheme

The core guiding principles of the Karmayogi Scheme are mentioned below:-

  • Transition from “Rules based” to “Roles based” Human Resource Management. The central govt. aims to align work allocation of civil servants by matching their competencies to the post requirements.
  • Emphasise on “on-site learning” to complement the “off-site” learning process.
  • Creating an ecosystem of shared training infrastructure. This include learning materials, institutions and personnel.
  • Calibrate all civil service positions to a Framework of Roles, Activities and Competencies (FRACs) approach.
  • To create and deliver learning content relevant to the identified FRACs in every Government entity.
  • Make learning content available to all civil servants. This is an opportunity to continuously build and strengthen their Behavioural, Functional and Domain Competencies in their self-driven and mandated learning paths.

In Karmayogi Scheme, govt. will undertake data analytics in respect of data emit provided by iGOT- Karmayogi. This data will pertain to various aspects of capacity building, content creation, user feedback and mapping of competencies and identify areas for policy reforms.

Objectives of Capacity Building Commission in Mission Karmayogi

The central govt. has proposed to set up a Capacity Building Commission in Mission Karmayogi. This commission in NPCSCB will ensure a uniform approach in managing and regulating the capacity building ecosystem on collaborative and co-sharing basis. The role of Capacity Building Commission in Karmayogi Scheme will be as under:-

  1. Assisting the PM Public Human Resources Council in approving the Annual Capacity Building Plans.
  2. Exercising functional supervision over all central training institutions dealing with civil services capacity building.
  3. Creation of shared learning resources which includes internal and external faculty and resource centres.
  4. To ensure coordination and supervising in implementation of the Capacity Building Plans with the stakeholder departments.
  5. Making recommendations on standardisation of training and capacity building, pedagogy and methodology.
  6. To set norms for common mid-career training programs across all civil services.

The iGOTKarmayogi tech enabled platform is expected to evolve into a vibrant and world-class market place for content. Mission Karmayogi aims to empower civil servants with specific role-competencies to ensure efficient service delivery of the highest quality standards.

Financial implications of Karmayogi Scheme

In the Karmayogi Scheme, govt. will cover around 46 lakh central employees. For this purpose, a sum of Rs. 510.86 crore will be spent over a period of 5 years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The Mission Karmayogi expenditure is partly funded by multilateral assistance upto the tune of $50 million. A wholly owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for NPCSCB would be set up under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The SPV will be a “not-for-profit” company and will own and manage iGOT-Karmayogi platform. 

Works by Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Mission Karmayogi

The SPV will create and operationalise the content, market place and manage key business services of iGOT Karmayogi platform. These services will be related to content validation, independent proctored assessments and telemetry data availability. The Special Purpose Vehicle will own all Intellectual Property Rights on behalf of the Central Government of India. An appropriate monitoring and evaluation framework will also be put in place for performance evaluation of all users of the iGOT Karmayogi platform so as to generate a dashboard view of Key Performance Indicators.

Background of Karmayogi Yojana

Capacity of Civil Services plays a vital role in rendering a wide variety of services, implementing welfare programs and performing core governance functions. A transformational change in Civil Service Capacity is proposed to be affectedby organically linking the transformation of work culture, strengthening public institutions and adopting modern technology to build civil service capacity with the overall aim of ensuring efficient delivery of services to citizens.

A Public Human Resources Council comprising of select Union Ministers, Chief Ministers, eminent public HR practitioners, thinkers, global thought leaders and Public Service functionaries under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Prime Minister will serve as the apex body for providing strategic direction to the task of Civil Services Reform and capacity building.

Central government led by PM Narendra Modi has done Digital Strike 2 on China. In this article, we will tell you about the List of 118 Chinese Apps Banned in India. Ministry of Information & Technology on 2 September has banned 118 more mobile applications. This banned app list also comprises of names of popular games such as Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), Ludo World, APUS launcher, Lamour, LivU, Wechat work among others.

The central govt. move to ban chinese apps comes in the backdrop of the tension between India and China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has for over 4 months now has been trying to shift its boundary with India in Ladakh. This is the second Digital Strike on China by the Indian government.

Previously on 29 June 2020, Indian govt. had banned 59 Chinese apps amid tension on the border. TikTok, UC Browser, Xender, SHAREit, WeChat and Weibo were among the notable apps that were banned in June 2020.

Central govt. is inviting online application form for Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC Students at coaching.dosje.gov.in. In this scheme, the Indian govt. will provide assistance for entire coaching fee or prescribed coaching fee for a course (whichever is less). Local students will get stipend of Rs. 3000 while outstation students will get stipend of Rs. 6,000 along with special allowance of Rs. 2000 for disabled till the duration of the course. All the interested candidates from scheduled caste (SC) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) category can now apply online at the official website.

The revised scholarship guidelines of “Central Sector Scheme of Free Coaching For SC and OBC Students” have been issued by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The annual family income of applicant who wants to make Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC Students registration must be less than Rs. 8 lakh per annum. The only mode to seek assistance for coaching under this scheme is through online mode and applications must be submitted before last date i.e 18 September 2020.

The total number of seats for which applications are invited under Free Coaching Scheme for SC and OBC students are 2000. In this scheme, govt. provides assistance to enable students to appear in competitive examinations and to succeed in obtaining an appropriate job in public / private sector.

Courses for which Free Coaching will be given to SC / OBC Students

Here is the complete list of courses for which Free Coaching will be given to the SC / OBC students.

  1. Group A and B examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and the various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs),
  2. Group A and B examinations conducted by the State Public Service Commissions,
  3. Officers Grade examinations conducted by Banks, Insurance Companies and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs),
  4. Premier Entrance Examinations for admission in Engineering such as IIT-JEE & AIEEE, Medical like AIPMT, Professional courses like Management (eg. CAT) and Law (eg. CLAT) and any other such disciplines decided by Ministry.
  5. Eligibility tests/examinations like SAT, GRE, GMAT and TOEFL.

Stipend / Special Allowance under Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC Students

Stipend: Monthly stipend of Rs. 3000/- per student will be paid for local students for attending the coaching class. Similarly, Rs. 6000/- per student will be paid per month for outstation students.
Special Allowance: Students with disabilities (equal to or more than 40% disability) would also be eligible for Special Allowance of Rs.2000/- per student per month towards reader allowance, escort allowance, helper allowance, etc.

Eligibility Criteria and Selection of Beneficiary Students

Only those candidates who fulfills the below mentioned eligibility criteria will be eligible for the Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC students:-

  • The students should be selected by the coaching institution based on academic criteria prescribed by the institution itself. The institution may relax these criteria for SC/ OBC candidates.
  • Only students belonging to SCs and OBCs having total family income from all sources of Rs. 8.00 lakh or less per annum will be eligible for benefits under the Scheme.
  • Benefits under the Scheme can be availed by a particular student not more than twice irrespective of the number of chances.
  • Where examination is conducted in two stages viz. Preliminary and Main, the candidates will be entitled for free coaching for both the examinations. They will be entitled for free coaching upto two times each for Preliminary and Main examinations as per their convenience. However, there will be no restriction in number of chances for coaching for Interview, if the candidate is selected for interview.

The selected student shall have to attend all classes. In case any student remains absent for 15 days without any valid reason, then benefits of free coaching shall be discontinued.

Implementing Agencies – Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC

The Free Coaching Scheme for SC / OBC students will be implemented through reputed coaching institutions/centres run by:-
• Central Government/ State Governments/ UT Administrations/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies under Central/ State Governments,
• Universities (both Central and State) including the Deemed Universities and Private Universities recognized by concerned authority; and
• Registered private institutions/NGOs.

Duration of Empanelment: Empanelment for 3 years has been introduced. Proposals are being invited through State Government as Nodal Agencies. Social Justice Department is inviting Kerala Mandahasam Scheme 2020 online application form at sjd.kerala.gov.in. In this scheme, the Kerala govt. will provide artificial dentures to senior citizens. The state cabinet has given approval for Mandahasam Scheme aiming at the welfare of elderly people. In this article, we will tell you about how to apply online for this scheme, eligibility criteria and complete details.

The main objective of Kerala Mandahasam Scheme is to give free tooth set for the senior citizens. The scheme aims to reduce nutritional, physical and mental problems faced by the elderly people after loosing teeth. The department would prepare a list of dental colleges and dental treatment centres from where the beneficiaries could avail treatment.

The new Mandahasam initiative would also ensure the quality of artificial tooth and quality treatment by setting standards and norms. In order to provide support and encourage senior citizens whose teeth have fallen, govt. will provide artificial dentures.

National Health Agency (NHA) is the apex body to implement Ayushman Bharat – National Health Protection Mission (AB-NHPM). A new “Am I Eligible Portal” has been launched for the flagship mega health insurance PMJAY Scheme.

Odisha govt. is inviting Kalia Yojana Online Grievance Application Form at kaliaportal.odisha.gov.in (earlier kalia.co.in portal). This grievance section can be used to file a grievance, new application, voluntary refund and tracking of your application status. In order to file a grievance / new application, farmers need to submit photocopy of aadhar card, ration card & 1st page & transaction history from January 2019 of bank passbook.

People can now easily track Kalia Yojana Application Status Online using their aadhaar / token number at the official website. For filing of grievance, aadhar number is mandatory. In addition to the documents mentioned above, a small / marginal farmer must submit photocopy of land record while landless labourer must submit photocopy of MGNREGA card.

For filing of voluntary refund, applicants can return assistance to following bank account i.e xxxx. After this, voluntary refund form must be filled along with the UTR / Acknowledgement No, Name of Branch in which amount deposited and IFSC Code.
