Rajasthan SSO ID Online Registration / Login 2020 – Apply for Single Sign On Digital Identity Applications

Rajasthan Govt. is already providing a large number of e-services to lure its citizens and has now started SSO ID Online Registration / Login at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The state govt. has launched the concept of “Single Sign On Identity (SSO ID)” for all citizens to apply online for various online application and avail benefits of different e-services. SSO ID will serve as a Unique Digital Identity to avail e-services like Bhamashah ID, Aadhaar ID, Udyog Aadhar Number (UAN), Business Register Number (BRN) etc.

All the candidates can make Rajasthan SSO ID Online Registration and create login ID at official website sso.rajasthan.gov.in. Rajasthan Single Sign On (1) – SSO Portal contains the Citizen specific, Udhyog specific and Govt. employee specific services in a single window. This SSO portal will facilitate the people to use online identity services.

SSO ID registration is a very simple, quick and efficient process. Moreover, all the data entered by the user on this portal remains secure and it is assured that the personal data of citizens will not be misused.

Rajasthan SSO ID Online Registration

The complete procedure to make sso registration rajasthan new account as the “Single Sign On Identity” is as follows:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official “Single Sign On Web Portal” at sso.rajasthan.gov.in

STEP 2: The homepage will ask you to enter your “Digital Identity (SSO ID / Username)” and “Password“. All the existing users can enter their details and then click the “Login” button as shown in the figure:-

STEP 3: But the new candidates will have to make registration for SSO Identity. For this reason, they will have to click the “Register” button. All the first time users can directly click the link given here to make registration for the Single Sign On Digital Identity – https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register

STEP 4: The SSO ID Registration Page will open comprising of 3 sections namely Citizen, Udyog and Govt. Employee. Procedure of registration for each of them is given in the sections below.

The “Digital Identity Registration Form for Citizens” will appear as follows:-

Here candidates can enter their Bhamashah ID, Aadhaar ID (UID), Facebook, Google and Twitter ID to make Registration for Single Sign On Identity. After completing Udyog registration, applicants can make login using the provided Username and Password.

The “Digital Identity Registration Form for Udhyog” will appear as follows:-

Citizens can enter Udhyog Aadhaar No. (UAN) and Business Register No. (BRN) for Registration. After completing Udyog registration, applicants can make login using the provided Username and Password.

SSO ID Registration For Govt. Employees

The sso.rajasthan.gov.in sipf or “Digital Identity Registration Form for Govt. Employees (SIPF Users)” will appear as follows:-

Here SIPF Users can enter their SIPF Number to make SSO ID Online Registration Process. After making registration, all the govt. employees can access the SIPF Portal and make SIPF SSO Login.

Eligibility Criteria for SSO ID Registration

The candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions to apply for the SSO ID (Digital Identity) Registration:-

  1. Candidate must be a permanent resident (Citizen) of Rajasthan.
  2. All the Udhyog (Industries / Businesses) of Rajasthan.
  3. All the State Govt. Employees (SIPF Users)

Odisha Mo Bidyut Portal (mobidyut.com) / App – Apply Online for New Service Connection / Electricity Bill Payment / File Consumer Complaints

Odisha government has launched Mo Bidyut Portal at mobidyut.com as well as mobile app for electricity consumer service. The Distribution Utilities of Odisha (TPCODL, NESCO, WESCO & SOUTHCO) are going to be part of 5T programmes of Government of Odisha. At the Mo Bidyut Portal at mobidyut.com, people can obtain new electricity connection, make online bill payment and can lodge their grievances (file consumer complaints) online. Interested applicants can now apply online for new service connection within 2 days in the state.

On filling online application form at Mo Bidyut Portal at mobidyut.com or Mo Bidyut Mobile App, permanent connection will be provided up to 5KW (Single Phase). This connection will be released within 48 hours of the submission of application with payment in complete shape which involves the following things:-

  • There is no RoW issue to give connection.
  • The connection premises should be within 30 mtrs of the nearest connecting points of utility.
  • Applicant should provide valid documents.
  • There should not be any arrear against the applicant in any Utilities as in clause-17 of OERC Code – 2019.

STEP 3: Upon clicking this link, the page to apply online for new connection in Odisha will appear as shown below:-

STEP 4: Applicants will have to enter their mobile number and click at the “Send OTP” button. Then applicants can enter the OTP received on the mobile number and then the Odisha New Service Connection Registration Form will open as below:-

STEP 5: Then applicants will have to upload the documents in the Odisha New Electricity Connection Application Form.

STEP 6: Finally, applicants can “Make Payment” to complete the Odisha New Electricity Connection apply online process.

Here is the complete list of category of consumers who can apply online at the Mo Bidyut Portal:-

DomesticThis category relates to supply of power to residential premises for Domestic purposes only which may include connected load for non-Domestic purposes like offices, consultation chambers and other misc. loads upto 20% of the total connected load. This category shall include consumers under A) Kutir Jyoti Programme or similar programme/schemes announced and implemented by Central/State Govt. B) Supply of power to the occupants of the flats/apartments/multi-storied buildings/ residential colonies/Registered Housing Societies/Residential Welfare Association (RWA). C) Supply of power to common facilities like water supply, common area lighting, lift, etc., in residential housing colonies/complexes and apartments, being utilized mostly for residential purpose after the completion by the developer and occupied by residents. This category shall not cover residential colonies attached to industrial establishment where power supply is drawn through the meter of the industrial establishment.
General PurposeThis category relates to supply of power to premises, which are used for other purposes not covered under any other category under this Code where the non-Domestic load exceeds 20% of the total connected load.
Specified Public PurposeThis category relates to supply of power to:-
A) Religious institutions managed by the Government/without any commercial activity,
B) Educational institutions/training institutions (including their hostels) managed by the Government,
C) Hospitals, dispensaries and primary health centres managed by Government, local bodies and charitable institutions (recognised as such by Income Tax Dept.),
D) Electric crematorium and
E) Non-commercial sports organisations managed by the Government/without any commercial activity.
Irrigation, Pumping and AgricultureThis category relates to supply of power for pumping of water in lift irrigation, flow irrigation and for lifting of water from wells/bore-wells, dug-wells, nallahs, streams, rivulets, rivers, exclusively for agricultural purposes in areas other than areas coming under Municipality / NAC limit having population more than 25000. This category is applicable to pumping capacity of less than 15 H.P in aggregate for a single consumer.

Official Launch of Odisha Mo Bidyut Portal

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on 19 October 2020 has launched the “Mo Bidyut” portal and mobile app for electricity consumer service through a video conference. It is a bilingual online electricity integrated consumer service portal developed by the energy department which has been dedicated to the public under the 5T initiative. People will now be able to avail efficient, time bound and transparent online service delivery.

Electricity is an essential service and impacts every aspect of modern life, from now onward all the electricity services will come under the Mo Sarkar. The feedback of consumers on delivery of the new service connection (NSC) will also be taken.

Beneficiaries of Mo Bidyut New Service Connection (NSC) Scheme

People will not need to run to various offices for new service connection, bill payment or grievance redressal in Odisha. The online service will benefit more than 89 lakh electricity consumers of the state. CM appealed to the consumers and general public of the state to take advantage of NSC facility to resolve their electricity service related issues in a simple, easy and quick manner.

With the launch of this user-friendly Mo Bidyut Portal, the consumers will be able to avail services pertaining to new power connection of up to 5 KW for domestic, general purpose and specified public purpose within 48 hours. AP YSR Bheema Scheme 2020 – Insurance Coverage for Primary Bread Earners of BPL Families

Andhra Pradesh government has launched AP YSR Bheema Scheme 2020. In this scheme, the state govt. will provide insurance coverage for primary bread earners of Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. The currently ruling YSRCP government is going to fulfill another of its poll promises with the launch of its flagship YSR Bhima Scheme on 21 October 2020.

AP YSR Bheema Scheme 2020

The AP YSR Bheema Scheme will cover 1.41 crore “Primary Bread Earners” of BPL families belonging to the unorganised sector. The AP state government will single-handedly funding the entire insurance scheme. The estimated value of premium which would be borne by the state government will be Rs. 510 crores.

The premium amount is expected to go up further as the number of YSR Bheema Scheme beneficiaries is expected to increase within a few days. YSR Bhima Scheme premium amount would be paid by the state govt. of Andhra Pradesh once the bank accounts of some of the eligible citizens are operationalised.

Category Wise Insurance Coverage

Here is the complete category wise insurance coverage for AP YSR Bheema Scheme 2020:-

  • Applicants in the age group of 18 to 50 years will get Rs. 5 lakh insurance coverage for accidental death and total permanent disability.
  • Applicants in the age group of 51 to 70 years will get Rs. 3 lakh insurance cover for accidental death and total permanent disability
  • Moreover, applicants in the age group of 18 to 50 years will get Rs. 2 lakh in case of natural death.
  • All the applicants in age group of 18 to 70 years will get Rs. 1.5 lakh in case of partial permanently disability due to an accident.

The Andhra Pradesh government has assured that the claim amount will be deposited into the linked bank account within 15 days of the claim being made.

Need for AP YSR Bhima Scheme 2020

Lack of financial security of the BPL families in case of the bread earners, working in the unorganised sector, losing his/her life is a nightmare for these families. The financial turmoil that the family is subjected to, in case of such an eventuality, cannot be fathomed. During his Praja Sankalpa Yatra, Jagan came across scores of citizens, facing a number of issues due to lack of insurance coverage, CM promised to launch AP YSR Bheema Scheme for them.

Selection Process of YSR Bheema Scheme Beneficiaries

When it comes to the selection process of YSR Bheema Scheme beneficiaries, volunteers would survey door to door and check for the white ration card holders. This would further be supervised by the Secretary of Welfare within the Secretariat. The selected beneficiaries should open a bank account including the nominee. The beneficiaries have to pay a premium of Rs. 15 per annum.

Nominee of AP YSR Bhima Scheme

Nominees include wife, 21-year-old son, unmarried daughter, widowed daughter and dependent parents, widowed daughter-in-law or her children should be nominated. The beneficiary is given an Identity Card with Unique Identification Number (Unique Id), policy number. The insurance must be paid within 15 days of the claim being intimate.

The district federations under the SERP process the claim and the amount is deposited directly in their bank account. The beneficiaries are advised to contact PD DRDA for complaints regarding Insurance Enrollment or Claim Payment.

Kisan Sarvoday Yojana 2020 Phase 1 has been launched by Gujarat government to provide electricity to all farmers during day time. The state govt. has changed the name from Dinkar Yojana to Kisan Sarvoday Yojana. The 1st phase of the scheme would be virtually launched by PM Narendra Modi on 24 October 2020.

Gujarat Kisan Sarvoday Yojana 2020

The change in the scheme name from Dinkar Yojana to Kisan Sarvoday Yojana became known on 20 Oct 2020 in a government release. Dinkar is the Gujarati word for the sun and scheme was announced by Gujarat govt. in last state budget.

With the total expenditure of around Rs. 3,500 crore, the state govt. has plan to provide electricity to all farmers for agricultural purposes during daytime by 2022.

Gujarat Kisan Sarvoday Yojana 2020 Phase 1

In the first phase of the Kisan Sarvoday Yojana, around 1,055 villages of Dahod, Junagadh and Gir Somnath districts will start getting electricity for agriculture purposes in the daytime. The scheme targets around 17.25 lakh farmers in the Gujarat state. Under the scheme, farmers will get electricity in 2 slots of eight hours each between 5 am and 9 pm.

It has been a long pending demand of farmers in Gujarat to get electricity for agriculture purposes during daytime. Farmers requires regular power supply since they risk exposure to poisonous insects and wild animals in the fields during night hours, among other reasons.

Implementation of Kisan Sarvoday Yojana 1st Phase

As per the release, there are total of around 17.25 lakh agriculture power connections which are divided into 153 groups in the Gujarat state. These groups are getting 3 phase power connections for eight hours in 24 hours. These groups get power supply in such a manner that some get power supply for 8 hours in day, some get power supply in night and some get power supply partially in day and partially in night. Their turns rotate every week.

Kerala Basic Price Scheme 2020 for Vegetables and Other Listed Crops

Kerala will become first state to launch Basic Price Scheme 2020 for Vegetables and Other Listed Crops from 1 November 2020. The state govt. has decided to fix basic price for variety of vegetables and some other locally grown perishable products. This is a measure to ensure price stability and an assured income for small farmers. The basic price for 16 farm commodities will come into effect in Kerala from 1 November 2020 as decided in State Cabinet meeting on 21 October 2020.

In the Kerala Basic Price Scheme, the prices will be decided by the specially appointed committees. This price would be determined on the basis of production cost and productivity of the common varieties. It includes banana, tapioca, cucumber, snake gourd, bitter gourd, ash gourd, tomato, lady’s finger, cabbage, carrot, potato, beans, beetroot, garlic and pineapple.

Basic Price Vs Production Cost

The Basic Price Scheme is meant to assure farmers of a decent basic price whenever the market price of farm commodities falls below it. The basic price of the commodities would be at least 20 per cent more than the production cost incurred by the farmers. Kerala govt. hopes to help protect farmers from wide fluctuations in market price and provide boost to vegetable production in the state. Kerala is currently dependent on other states for a large share of its food and vegetable needs.

Implementation of Basic Price Scheme in Kerala

The Basic Price Scheme in Kerala would be implemented by the State Agriculture Dept with the support of local bodies and State Cooperation Department. All the listed crops would be procured by wholesale village markets run by primary agricultural cooperative societies and government agencies such as the Vegetable and Fruit Promotion Council Kerala (VFPCK) and HORTICORP. One such market is to be opened in every panchayat in the state of Kerala.

Procurement of Listed Crops in Basic Price Scheme 1st Phase

In the 1st phase, the primary agriculture cooperatives will procure the listed crops from farmers directly through 250 such wholesale markets. Each farmer will be eligible for the basic price benefit for produce from 15 acres only per season. Whenever the market price goes below the basic price, local bodies would provide a gap fund to the primary cooperatives engaged in procurement. Local-level committees headed by the chairperson of the local body concerned and the president of the primary cooperative society will be established to take decisions in this matter.

Agriculture and Information Management System (AIMS)

All the farmers will have to register details about their crops in the Agriculture Department’s online portal. Agriculture and Information Management System (AIMS) would also be used for the following purposes:-

  • Registration of farmers
  • Identifying and monitoring the area and production
  • Certifying local produce

Registration is also possible through the AIMS mobile app. Common operational guidelines for the procurement agencies are soon to be announced by the Agriculture Department.

Need for Basic Price Scheme in Kerala

Whenever the market price goes below the listed basic price of each crop, the price difference between the two will be directly credited into the bank accounts of the farmers by the Agriculture Department. This is to be done on the basis of the report of the procurement agency. The procured crops will then be marketed under the brand name “Jeevani Kerala Farm Fresh Fruits and Vegetables”. A state level committee would be formed to evaluate the implementation of Basic Price Scheme in Kerala.

Kerala govt. will revise the basic price of each crop in a timely manner and is going to bring more crops within its ambit. A final decision on any revision of basic price will be taken by the government on the basis of the recommendation of the State-level committee.

Database / Record of Co-Morbidity of Senior Citizens

The AMC has also developed a special software for the project to maintain data and record of the co-morbidity of senior citizens. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has identified 30,000 senior citizens with co-morbidities based on a household survey. The survey was conducted in 21 wards with greater incidence of coronavirus infection. These twenty one wards includes wards like Jodhpur, Bopal, Chandkheda, Maninagar, Isanpur among others.

Vadil Sukhakari Yojana is the first such project for providing better healthcare services for elderly in the country. The AMC had earlier launched multiple healthcare initiatives successfully. The Health and Home Minister, Anil Vij has launched Asha Pay mobile application and web portal for digital payment. It would also help in monitoring of the state’s authorized social health workers (Asha workers). All the android smartphone users can now download Asha Pay Mobile App from google playstore and can even access website through online mode.

The state govt. has decided that all Asha workers will be provided CUG SIMs with facility of unlimited calls. Need for Electric Vehicles Subsidy Scheme 2020

Delhi is experiencing a major air pollution problem every year especially during winter. Vehicular pollution is one of the major contributors of toxic particles in the air. The National Capital has 10.1 million registered vehicles which is higher than any other city in the country. In the last 4 years, Delhi witnessed several initiatives such as odd even rationing scheme to combat vehicular pollution.

The Delhi govt. has also launched a campaign to encourage people to switch off their vehicle engines while waiting for the traffic signals to turn green.

As per the government records, Delhi has around 85,000 registered electric vehicles out of which around 1,000 are four-wheelers, 4,000 are two-wheelers and the rest are e-rickshaws.

Online Process for Electric Vehicle Buyers

Delhi govt. will help electric vehicle buyers from the point of purchase till subsidy and incentive amounts are credited to their bank accounts. The entire process is online. The registered users will keep getting updates under various stages – when documents are processed by dealers, verification by local MLAs and when the subsidy amount is sent to the bank concerned. Only three documents are needed – purchase invoice, Aadhaar and a copy of a cancelled cheque.

Under the government’s EV policy, electronic vehicle owners are entitled to subsidies up to Rs 150,000 depending on the nature of vehicles. They have to pay the entire amount to dealers while purchasing the vehicle and then claim government subsidy. Under the policy, vehicle owners are also entitled to a range of incentives for scrapping fuel-based vehicles and investing on electric vehicles.

AP Kharif Crops Online Registration Form available at the cmapp.ap.gov.in Portal. The state govt. has started registration of Kharif crops in Andhra Pradesh at the official website or at the CMAPP mobile app. AP govt. has come up with a new machanism to prevent farmers from falling victim to middlemen while selling their agriculture produce. CMAPP stands for Comprehensive Monitoring of Agricultural Prices and Procurement. CMAPP mobile app has been developed as a tool to monitor agricultural activity at the farm level.

AP Kharif Crops Online Registration 2020

The new scheme for selling agricultural produce at the CMAPP portal or app will help farmers in making AP Kharif Crops Registration for year 2020. Farmers would be then able to sell it at the procurement centres after which the support price announced by the government would be directly credited into farmers bank’s account. Around 76,000 farmers have already registered their crops in CMAPP for this Kharif season.

Due to heavy rains and floods, farmers are focusing on safeguarding their crops. Accordingly, the last date for AP Kharif Crops Registration has been extended till 26 October 2020. Here is the complete process to make AP Kharif Crops Online Registration for 2020-21:-

STEP 1: Firstly visit the nearest Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) setup by the AP state government.

STEP 2: At the RBKs, officials will have to open the https://cmapp.ap.gov.in/ web portal.

STEP 3: Then the operator will enter their Username and Password in the homepage to make Department Login and click at the “Sign In” button as shown here:-

STEP 4: Then the operator will have to fill AP Kharif Crops Online Registration cum Application Form to complete the apply online process.

CMAPP Mobile App Download for Android Users

As mentioned earlier, CMAPP stands for Comprehensive Monitoring of Agricultural Prices and Procurement. All the android smartphone users can easily download CMAPP mobile app from google play store. The important features and highlights of this CMAPP mobile app are as follows:-

A) CMAPP mobile app would showcase all data relating to the cost, procurement and marketing facilities of the farmers for their agriculture produce. Thus this app will monitor agricultural activity at the farm level.

B) The new CMAPP mobile application will give the authorities the scope to attend to distress calls by intervening at the village level itself. In addition to this, market intelligence report will be filed by Village Agricultural Assistant (VAA) every day.

C) The report to be filed by VAA will consist of daily updates pertaining to every single aspect of agriculture in a particular village.

D) If the report suggests that the village is in distress, the officers at the district and state level who will be monitoring these reports using the tool will direct the VAA to intervene or suggest alternative solutions to the problem.

E) This mechanism will ensure a much faster and localised intervention by the government, thereby resulting in the authorities being able to solve most if not all problems faced by the farmers.

CMAPP empowers and entrust respective officials of the state to monitor & review village level agriculture conditions including the sale and procurement of crops on a daily basis. All the joint collectors assigned with agriculture department will be trained through a quick session on the use of the CMAPP app.

Role of RBKs in Procurement of Kharif Crops

In order to enable farmers to sell their agri produce at the village level, the agricultural marketing department is taking measures to set up more number of procurement centres across the state. Around 8,256 procurement centres have already been set up in linkage with Rythu Bharosa Kendras (RBKs) across the state to procure crops of the current kharif season.

Farmers have to register their details at RBKs before selling their produce at the government procurement centres. Once details of registered farmers reach the online database, the farmers get information directly on their registered mobile numbers. Payment will be credited directly to their accounts within 10 days of procurement.

Himachal Pradesh government is implementing Saur Sinchai Yojana (Solar Irrigation Scheme) to double farmers income by 2022. The state govt. will provide Solar Pump Sets to farmers for agricultural / irrigation purposes. Under this scheme, govt. will provide 90% financial assistance to small and marginal farmers for purchase of pump-sets. Govt. provides 80% subsidy to all individual medium and big farmers.

सौर सिंचाई योजना – Saur Sinchai Yojana

100% financial assistance will be given to a group of farmers of small and marginal category / Kisan Vikas Sanghs / Registered Body of farmers. Under this scheme, 5850 agricultural pumps will be made available to the farmers. The state govt. will also start Flow Irrigation Scheme with an outlay of 174 crore.

HP Saur Sinchai Scheme will ensure irrigation in 7152.30 hectares of farming land. This primary objective of this scheme is “Doubling Farmers Income by 2022”. The main aim is to increase the total output of agriculture and horticulture produce.

In the Himachal Pradesh state, govt. has started Saur Sinchai Yojana to enable farmers to do irrigation with the help of solar energy. For Saur Sinchai Projects, HP govt. has allocated Rs. 230 crore. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) has been approved by NABARD. In this scheme, farmers will get 80% to 100% subsidy on purchasing solar pump sets.

Objectives of Saur Sinchai Yojana

Earlier, farmers were using Diesel and Electricity pump sets for irrigation purposes with which the total input cost increases. The important features and highlights of this Solar Agriculture Pumps Scheme are as follows:-

  • HP govt. will provide 5,850 agricultural pump-sets to farmers.
  • On the purchase of new agriculture pump sets, each small and marginal farmer will get financial assistance of around 90% of the total cost.
  • Moreover, all the medium and big farmers will get subsidy of 80% on the purchase of new agricultural pumpsets.
  • The state govt. will implement this scheme with an outlay of Rs. 230 crore.
  • Around 7152.30 hectares of land would be brought under assured irrigation.

Pradhan Mantri Sinchai Yojana in Himachal Pradesh

In the next 3 years, solar projects will be started in around 17,881 hectare land with an estimated cost of Rs. 338 crore under PM Sinchai Yojana. In this scheme, around 111 units would be setup. For this scheme, central govt. has already released Rs. 49 crore to the HP state government.

In the Saur Sinchai Yojana, state govt. will provide solar agricultural pump sets to farmers. For HP Saur Sinchai Yojana, state govt. will spend Rs. 224 crore.

HP Vidyarthi Van Mitra Yojana

The state govt. has also started Vidyarthi Van Mitra Yojana to make students understand the value of forests and their role in protection of environment. They will have to perform an important task of participating in plantation of trees and to increase the forest cover.

Govt. has also started HP State Agriculture Mechanization Scheme with an outlay of Rs. 20 crore. Govt. will provide 50% subsidy on purchase of agricultural equipments.
