Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana (RVY) is a scheme for providing Physical Aids and Assisted-living Devices for Senior citizens belonging to BPL category. Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana 2021 is a central sector scheme, fully funded by the central government. Eligibility Criteria for Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana
Senior Citizens, belonging to BPL category and suffering from any of the age related disability/infirmity viz. Salient Features of Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana
Free of cost distribution of the devices, commensurate with the extent of disability/infirmity that is manifested among the eligible senior citizens.
In case of multiple disabilities/infirmities manifested in the same person, the assistive devices will be given in respect of each disability/impairment.
Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation (ALIMCO) will undertake one year free maintenance of the aids & assisted living devices.
Beneficiaries in each district will be identified by the State Governments/UT Administrations through a Committee chaired by the Deputy Commissioner/District Collector.
As far as possible, 30% of the beneficiaries in each district shall be women.
The State Government/UT Administration/District Level Committee can also utilize the data of BPL beneficiaries receiving Old Age Pension under the NSAP or any other Scheme of the State/UT for identification of senior citizens belonging to BPL category.
The devices will be distributed in Camp mode.
Implementation of Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana
The Scheme is being implemented through the “Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation (ALIMCO)”, a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of SJ&E, as the sole Implementing Agency. The devices are distributed in the camp mode. The beneficiaries are identified through Assessment Camps organised in collaboration with the respective State Government/District Administration and the devices are distributed in Distribution Camps organised in the selected districts. For the senior citizens aged 80 years or more, the devices are provided at their doorsteps.

At present, a total of 325 Districts have been selected for the implementation of Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana. The assessment camps to identify the beneficiaries have been completed in 135 districts of which (as on 25.01.2019), 77 distribution camps have been organised benefitting 70939 senior citizens belonging to BPL Category.

Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana Impact
The main impact of the Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana would be on the lives of older people from economically backward classes. Now such senior citizens would be able to live an active life and create an aged-friendly society. RVY scheme is aimed at providing them life assisting devices so that they can maintain near normalcy in morbidity. Old age disabilities like low vision, hearing impairment, loss of teeth and locomotor disability would be addressed through the Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana.

Announcement of Agriculture Infrastructure Fund Scheme
Hon’ble Finance Minister on 15 May 2020 announced Rs. 1 lakh crore Agri Infrastructure Fund for farm-gate infrastructure for farmers. Financing facility of Rs. 1,00,000 crore will be provided for funding Agriculture Infrastructure Projects at farm-gate & aggregation points (Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies, Farmers Producer Organizations, Agriculture entrepreneurs, Start-ups, etc.). Impetus for development of farmgate& aggregation point, affordable and financially viable Post Harvest Management infrastructure.
Accordingly, DAC&FW has formulated the Central Sector Scheme to mobilize a medium – long term debt financing facility for investment in viable projects relating to postharvest management Infrastructure and community farming assets through incentives and financial support.
Credit Guarantee Coverage in Agri Infrastructure Fund Scheme
Credit guarantee coverage will be available for eligible borrowers from this financing facility under Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) scheme for a loan up to Rs. 2 crore. The fee for this coverage will be paid by the Government. In case of FPOs the credit guarantee may be availed from the facility created under FPO promotion scheme of DACFW.
All loans under this financing facility will have interest subvention of 3% per annum up to a limit of Rs. 2 crore. This subvention will be available for a maximum period of 7 years. In case of loans beyond Rs.2 crore, then interest subvention will be limited up to 2 crore. The extent and percentage of funding to private entrepreneurs out of the total financing facility may be fixed by the National Monitoring Committee.
Objectives of Agriculture Infrastructure Fund Scheme
This financing facility will have numerous objective for all the stakeholders in the agriculture eco-system.
Improved marketing infrastructure to allow farmers to sell directly to a larger base of consumers and hence, increase value realization for the farmers. This will improve the overall income of farmers.
With investments in logistics infrastructure, farmers will be able to sell in the market with reduced post-harvest losses and a smaller number of intermediaries. This further will make farmers independent and improve access to market.
With modern packaging and cold storage system access, farmers will be able to further decide when to sell in the market and improve realization.
Community farming assets for improved productivity and optimization of inputs will result in substantial savings to farmers.

क्या है शक्ति स्वरूपा योजना (CG Shakti Swarupa Yojana) 2021
सामाजिक स्थिति का आंकलन करें तो पाते हैं कि पति की मृत्यु उपरांत अथवा पति द्वारा तलाक दे देने (तलाकशुदा से आशय कानूनी रूप से न्यायालय द्वारा निर्णय पारित होने पर मान्य) महिला के पास कोई आर्थिक आधार नहीं रहता है जिससे वह अपना जीविकोपार्जन कर सके। अनेक बार परिस्थितियां सामने आती हैं कि कम उम्र की विधवा अथवा तलाकशुदा महिला अधिक पढ़ी लिखी नहीं होती है न ही व्यवसायिक रूप से दक्ष होती है ।

प्रचलित गरीबी रेखा सर्वे सूची में स्वयं-हितग्राही अथवा उसके माता/पिता/पति (विधवा होने की दशा में पति का नाम भी हो सकता है) योजना हेतु पात्र होंगी ।

शक्ति स्वरूपा योजनान्तर्गत सहायता का स्वरूप
स्वयं का व्यवसाय आरंभ करने हेतु ऋण में सब्सिडी
बैंक द्वारा परियोजना प्रस्ताव पर सहमति मिलने उपरांत परियोजना प्रस्ताव की कुल लागत का 15 प्रतिशत अथवा अधिकतम 30 हजार रूपये की राशि विभाग द्वारा अनुदान के रूप में बैंक को अदा की जावेगी।

शक्ति स्वरूपा योजनान्तर्गत पात्र हितग्राही यदि बारहवीं से ऊपर शिक्षा प्राप्त करना चाहती है या महाविद्यालयों में संचालित व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण लेना चाहती है अथवा उच्च व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में संबंधित का चयन हो गया है किन्तु अर्थाभाव के कारण प्रवेश लेने में असमर्थ है तो उक्त शिक्षण/प्रशिक्षण पर होने वाला वास्तविक व्यय संस्था को सीधे ही प्रतिपूर्ति के रूप में उपलब्ध करा दिया जायेगा ।
यदि शक्ति स्वरूपा योजना हितग्राही महिला व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना चाहती हो तो उक्त प्रशिक्षण पर आने वाला व्यय योजनान्तर्गत वहन किया जावेगा जिसकी अधिकतम सीमा 25000/- होगी। हितग्राही को यथासंभव शासकीय अथवा शासन से संबद्ध प्रशिक्षण संस्थान से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना होगा।

योजनान्तर्गत पात्र हितग्राही महिला यदि व्यवसायिक उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करना चाहती हों तो हितग्राही महिला को उच्च शिक्षा हेतु योजनान्तर्गत आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जावेगी किन्तु व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने हेतु समस्त अर्हताएं हितग्राही पूर्ण करती हों तथा संबंधित व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में प्रवेश की सहमति प्राप्त होने उपरांत राशि संस्थाओं को उपलब्ध कराई जायेगी।
योजना के तहत उच्च शिक्षा के लिये आर्थिक सहायता की अधिकतम सीमा 1 लाख रूपये प्रतिहितग्राही प्रतिवर्ष होगी।

As per the RTE Act, around 25% seats must be reserved in private schools (non-minority schools) for children from economically and socially disadvantaged groups. There are over 1 lakh seats available in around 9,000 schools across the state. But it is still not clarified whether RTE Admissions are available to CBSE schools in the state.
Eligibility Criteria for RTE Tamilnadu Admission 2021 – Who can Apply
Here is the complete eligibility criteria to apply online for RTE TN Admissions 2021-22:-
Children of Parents falling under economically weaker sections, disadvantaged groups, disadvantaged groups-special category are eligible.
For LKG admissions, date of birth must be b/w 31 May 2018 to 31 July 2019.
For 1st Standard admission, date of birth must be b/w 31 May 2016 to 31 July 2017.
Applicants from BC-others, MBC, ST, SC-others, SC-arunthathiyar, OC, DNC (Denotified communities), social category not disclosed are eligible.
The annual income of the family of the applicant from all sources must not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
Disabled children, wards of scavengers and HIV infected among others would be given preference.

As per the new system introduced earlier in 2021, private schools are tagged on GIS maps. Once parents register their address, schools located within a 1 km radius from their residence will show up on the screen. A parent can select a maximum of five schools. Age Limit
The application forms of only those children will be considered for admission who are b/w 3 to 5 years of age as on 31-03-2021 for Nursery Class & who are b/w 4 to 6 years of age as on 31-03-2021 for class KG and who are b/w the age of 5 to 7 years as on 31-03-2021 for Class-I.
Eligibility
Those children who live within the vicinity of 1 kilometre radius are eligible to apply for admission at the Sarvodaya schools. However, in case a Sarvodaya school is not available within 1 km radius, residents who are within 3 kms of the radius will also be eligible. Children who are divyang, asylum seeker or belong to a migrant family will not be denied admissions if essential documents are unavailable at the time of the submission.

Ama Ghare LED Light Scheme 2021:Odisha govt. has launched Ama Ghare LED Light Yojana to provide free LED bulbs to 95 lakh families. The state govt. has decided to distribute 4 crore Free LED Bulbs to beneficiaries of National Food Security Act (NFSA) and State Food Security Scheme (SFSS). The state govt. will distribute these bulbs under Ama Ghare LED Light Scheme with main focus on conservation of power. Each NFSA beneficiary will get 4 LED bulbs free of cost. Each bulb will have a warranty period of 3 years.
The responsibility for Free Distribution of 4 crore LED bulbs is given to Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL). The state govt. wants that all the process for implementation must be completed till September end. Govt. will implement this Free LED Bulb Scheme from next month where people would be able to get these Bulbs at PDS and fair price shops.

Features of Free LED Bulb Scheme for NFSA beneficiaries in Odisha
Under this scheme, poor people in the state will now get 4 LED lights absolutely free of cost. This LED Bulb Distribution Scheme in Odisha will be carried out under Ama Ghare LED Light Karyakram. All the bulbs to be supplied are energy efficient and usage of these bulbs will lessen the electricity bills of poor people. These LED bulbs will light up the houses of the people from economically weaker sections who can’t afford to buy energy efficient LED bulbs. The important features of Ama Ghare LED Light Scheme are as follows:-
The beneficiaries of the scheme are those who have registered under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) and the State Food Security Scheme (SFSS).
The implementing agency for the scheme is Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd (OPTCL).
The LED bulbs would be distributed through camps and PDS outlets.
Biometric authentication is mandatory to avail the benefits of the scheme.
The people in the rural areas were forced to use incandescent or CFL bulbs due to non-availability of quality LED bulbs at a reasonable price. As a result, they were burdened with higher electricity bills. Distribution of LED bulbs at free of cost to the poor families together with reducing the financial burden would enhance the energy efficiency. It is estimated that Odisha would require about 3.8 crore LED bulbs to implement the scheme successfully.
Bulbs will be distributed to the beneficiaries through Public Distribution System Retail Shops and fair price on the dates specified for ration distribution. All the PDS dealers will be paid commission to distribute LED Bulbs.
In another directive, govt. has issued directions to food supply officers to immediately update the number of food security scheme beneficiaries. Odisha govt. will issue ration cards to all those beneficiaries who have already submitted their records.

छत्तीसगढ़ मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना का उद्देश्य
गरीब परिवारों को कन्या के विवाह के संदर्भ में होने वाली आर्थिक कठिनाईयों का निवारण, विवाह के अवसर पर होने वाले फिजूलखर्ची को रोकना एवं सादगीपूर्ण विवाहों को बढ़ावा देने, सामूहिक विवाहों के आयोजन के माध्यम से मनोबल/आत्मसम्मान में वृद्धि एवं उनकी सामाजिक स्थिति में सुधार, सामूहिक विवाहों का प्रोत्साहन तथा विवाहों में दहेज के लेन-देन की रोकथाम करना
CG कन्या विवाह सहायता योजना (Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana Chhattisgarh) को वित्तीय वर्ष 2005-2006 (Financial Year 2005-06) में शुरू किया गया था और उस समय अनुदान राशि कम थी पर 2019-20 के बजट में इस राशि को बढ़ा कर 25,000 रुपए कर दिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना छत्तीसगढ़ (Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana CG) का लाभ राज्य में बहुत से परिवार ले रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार का इस कन्या विवाह योजना को शुरू करने का उद्देश्य गरीब परिवारों पर अपनी बेटी की शादी के खर्च के बोझ को कम करना है।
सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली धनराशि
नवदम्पति के खुशहाल जीवन तथा गृहस्थी की स्थापना के लिए मुख्यमंत्री कन्या विवाह योजना अन्तर्गत प्रत्येक कन्या के विवाह हेतु अधिकतम 25,000/- रूपये की राशि व्यय किए जाने का प्रावधान है।
इसमें से वर-वधु हेतु श्रृंगार सामग्री पर 5000 रूपये खर्च किया जायेगा,
अन्य उपहार सामग्री पर 14000 रूपये खर्च किया जायेगा,
वधु को बैंक ड्राफ्ट के रूप में राशि 1,000/- रूपये दिए जाएंगे
सामूहिक विवाह आयोजन पर प्रति कन्या राशि 5,000/- रूपये तक व्यय की जा सकती है। र
राज्य शासन द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री कन्या विवाह योजना अन्तर्गत विधवा/अनाथ/निराश्रित कन्याओं को भी शामिल किया गया है।
छत्तीसगढ़ कन्या विवाह योजना के लाभार्थी
गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन-यापन करने वाले परिवार/मुख्यमंत्री खाद्यान्न योजना अन्तर्गत कार्डधारी परिवार की 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु की अधिकतम दो कन्याओं को CG Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Yojana अन्तर्गत लाभ दिलाया जाना है।
कन्या विवाह योजना के लाभ
इस योजना का लाभ राज्य के उन परिवारों की बेटियों को प्रदान किया जायेगा जो गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवनयापन कर रही है । ऐसे परिवार की बेटी की शादी में सरकार की तरफ से आर्थिक मदद की जाएगी ।
Chhattisgarh Kanya Vivah Yojana 2021 के अंतर्गत राज्य के गरीब निराश्रित ,निर्धन ,जरुरत मंद परिवारों की बेटियों /विधवा महिलाओ /तलाकशुदा महिलाओ की शादी के लिए राज्य सरकार 25 हज़ार रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेगी ।
CG Kanya Vivah Scheme के तहत सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली धनराशि लाभार्थियों के बैंक अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी ।इसलिए आवेदिका का बैंक अकाउंट होना चाहिए और बैंक अकाउंट आधार कार्ड से लिंक होना चाहिए ।
राज्य सरकार ने पाया की प्रदेश के अंदर गरीबी के कारण कई माँ-बाप अपनी बेटियों की शादी नहीं कर पाते है और कहीं-कहीं पर तो बेटी के बाप ने अपनी पुत्री की शादी न कर पाने के कारण आत्महत्या तक कर ली। इसी वजह से इस योजना को राज्य में लागू करना अनिवार्य हो गया था।
CG Kanya Vivah Scheme 2021 की पात्रता
मुख्यमंत्री कन्या विवाह योजना Chhattisgarh के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले आवेदक निम्न्लिखित योग्यता जांच सकते हैं। जिससे की उन्हे पंजीकरण करने से पहले किसी तरह की परेशानी का सामना ना करना पड़े:

West Bengal Student Credit Card Yojana 2021:West Bengal government has announced a new WB Student Credit Card Scheme 2021 for students. This West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme would enable students to get soft loans upto Rs. 10 lakh for higher studies. In this scheme, one person would be eligible till 40 years of age and 15 years would be given to a student to repay loan after getting a job.
What is West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme 2021
To make West Bengal’s youth self-reliant, a new scheme namely Student Credit Card Yojana is launched. In this scheme, all the eligible students will get Student Credit Cards with credit limit up to Rs. 10 lakh at an interest rate of 4%. WB Student Credit Card Scheme is a part of “Arthik Shujog, Shobol Jubo” initiative.
Through Student Credit Cards, students pursuing higher education – under-graduation and post-graduation, shall be eligible to receive credit up to ₹10 Lakh at a subsidized rate of 4%. Unlike a loan that is drawn as a lump sum, a Student Credit Card will provide money to students on demand at their convenience benefiting more than 1.5 crore students over the next 5 years.
Bengal Cabinet Nod to Student Credit Card Yojana
CM Mamata Banerjee led WB state govt. estimated that 1.5 crore beneficiaries will be included in the “West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme”. SCC Scheme promises student credit cards having credit limit of upto Rs. 10,00,000 for higher studies. The West Bengal Student Credit Card Yojana was promised by chief minister Mamata Banerjee before recent Assembly elections.

Top government officials held a meeting recently to work out the modalities of the dole. The work to implement the West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme will start soon. The first thing govt. have to do is to register the beneficiaries of the West Bengal SCC Scheme. It has been assessed that the scheme will have a total of 1.5 crore beneficiaries.
Eligibility of West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme
Here is the complete eligibility criteria to become eligible for West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme:-
Applicant must have spent 10 years in West Bengal state.
Loans would be eligible for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and post-doctoral study in India or abroad.
One person is eligible for the scheme till 40 years of age.
Fifteen years will be given to a student to repay the loan after getting a job.
Implementation of WB Student Credit Card Scheme
The financial condition does not allow the West Bengal state govt. to make the West Bengal SCC Scheme universal. WB state govt. just cannot bring all students in the state under the Student Credit Card Yojana as it will push the financial burden. To ensure the smooth implementation of the West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme, government was considering the insertion of an eligibility criterion for students to avail themselves of the soft loans.
The state government might be forced to cut down allotment of some departments to raise funds for the WB Student Credit Cards scheme. It is not possible to cut down departmental allocations heavily. So, the state is looking to arrange for funds for the scheme from some other sources too.
Database of Beneficiaries in West Bengal SCC Scheme
The WB govt. already has a database of some eligible beneficiaries, which can be readily used to launch the SCC scheme. For example, the state has detailed data of students in govt. schools and colleges. These beneficiaries can be brought under the direct benefit transfer scheme immediately. For the remaining families, the government could seek applications.
WB Student Credit Card Scheme would definitely boost the education as a large portion of the fund allocation would be pumped into the beneficiaries bank accounts every year.

छत्तीसगढ़ इंदिरा वन मितान योजना (Indira Van Mitan Yojana): Chhattisgarh Government has launched a new scheme named CG Indira Van Mitan Yojana 2021. The new scheme is going to make forest dwellers of the state self reliant (atmanirbhar). In this scheme, the state govt. will form groups of youth in around 10,000 villages of tribal areas who would be responsible to conduct all forest based economic activities. These economic activities would create self employment opportunities for the forest dwellers.
CG Indira Van Mitan Yojana (छत्तीसगढ़ इंदिरा वन मितान योजना) 2021
In CG Indira Van Mitan Yojana, the state govt. will cover around 19 lakh families in scheduled areas through the youth groups. The groups formed shall also manage the trees and will collect the forest produce from the trees in forest areas. They will also arrange the purchase of forest produce to ensure right price of the forest produce.

इंदिरा वन मितान योजना (CG Indira Van Mitan Yojana) छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गयी एक नई योजना है जिसके तहत राज्य में वनवासियों के विकास के लिए कई कार्य किए जाएँगे। सीजी सरकार की इस नई योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य में वनवासियों को खुशहाल और वनांचल के गांवों को स्वावलंबी बनाना है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने 09 अगस्त 2020 को विश्व आदिवासी दिवस के मौके पर इस नई इंदिरा वन मितान योजना के शुभारंभ की घोषणा की थी।
इन्दिरा वन मितान योजना के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के आदिवासी अंचल के 10,000 गावों में युवाओं के समूह गठित कर उनके माध्यम से वन आधारित समस्त आर्थिक गतिविधियों का संचालन किया जाएगा। 10 से 15 सदस्यों के इन समूहों में वनवासी युवाओं को ही प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। योजना के तहत प्रत्येक आदिवासी विकासखण्ड में वनोपज प्रसंस्करण केन्द्र (Forest Produce Processing Center) की भी स्थापना की जाएगी।
छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार ने इंदिरा वन मितान योजना के तहत अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों के 19 लाख परिवारों को जोड़ने का लक्ष्य तय किया है। इस योजना के माध्यम से समूहों को वृक्ष प्रबंधन का अधिकार प्रदान किया जाएगा जिससे वे वन क्षेत्रों के वृक्षों से वनोपज संग्रहण कर आर्थिक लाभ ले सकें।
छत्तीसगढ़ इंदिरा वन मितान योजना लांच
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की इस नई योजना के तहत बनाई जाने वाले समूहों के माध्यम से ही वनोपज की खरीदी, उसका प्रसंस्करण (Processing) एवं मार्केटिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। योजना के तहत बनाए जाने वाले इन समूहों के माध्यम से वनवासियों के स्वरोजगार और उनकी समृद्धि के नए द्वारा खुलेंगे।
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में पहले 7 प्रकार के लघु वनोपज की खरीदी होती थी जिसे अब बढ़ाकर 31 कर दिया है।

इन्दिरा वन मितान योजना के तहत अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों के 85 विकासखण्ड में शुरू होने वाले वनोपज प्रोसेसिंग केन्द्रों के लिए 8 करोड़ 50 लाख रूपए की राशि खर्च की जाएगी। प्रत्येक केंद्र की स्थापना के लिये लगभग 10 लाख रुपए दिये जाएँगे।
इन Processing Centers की मदद से वन में पैदा होने वाली सभी प्रकार की उपज का प्रसंस्करण किया जाएगा जिसको बेचने और मार्केटिंग का अधिकार समूहों के पास होगा।

RTE Gujarat Admissions Latest Update
The state education department will conduct the admission process for students under the Right To Education (RTE) Act from 25 June to 6 July 2021. The entire process will be held online. According to initial estimates, about 1.25 lakh students from the state are expected to enlist under the scheme. “The DEO/DPOs are to approve or reject a proposal from July to July 10. In case of a rejection, they have to give valid reasons,” said sources in the department.
The schools have already started from June 7 for the new academic year and the RTE students who are enrolled this year are likely to be behind by one and half to two months, said sources. As per the act, 25% of the total school admissions in Class 1 for underprivileged students should be under RTE.

Can the selection of schools be changed at the end of the first round of RTE admissions and before the second round

Can minority schools with case pending in the honourable Supreme Court be selected for admission
જે શાળાઓ લઘુમતી હોવાનો દાવો કરતી હોય અને તેવી શાળાઓ પાસે પ્રાથમિક શાળા લઘુમતી હોવા અંગેનું સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું લઘુમતી દરજ્જાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ન હોય અને નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં દાખલ થયેલ પીટીશન SLP(C) NO. 21715/2018માં પક્ષકાર તરીકે જોડાયેલ હોય તેવી શાળાઓને પણ વેબપોર્ટલ ઉપર RTE પ્રવેશ માટે દર્શાવવામાં આવેલ છે. જે વાલી/વિદ્યાર્થી આવી શાળાઓ RTE પ્રવેશ માટે પસંદ કરશે અને પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ આવી શાળાઓ પ્રવેશ આપવાની ના પાડશે તો આવી શાળાઓ સામે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટની સુચના મુજબ કડક કાર્યવાહી કરી શકાશે નહી. આથી, RTE હેઠળ આવી શાળાઓમાં પ્રવેશ નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટના આખરી ચુકાદાને આધિન રહેશે. જેની સર્વે વિદ્યાર્થી/વાલી નોંધ લઈ આવી શાળાઓ પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે. એકવાર પ્રવેશ ફાળવ્યા બાદ જો નામદાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટનો ચુકાદો સરકારશ્રીનાં વિરુદ્ધમાં આવશે તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જે તે સમયે ઉપલબ્ધ ખાલી જગ્યાઓ, અંતરનો માપદંડ, માધ્યમ વગેરે જળવાતા હશે તો જ તેઓનો અન્ય જગ્યાએ સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવશે. અન્યથા પ્રવેશ રદ થશે. તે ધ્યાને રાખી આવી શાળાઓની પસંદગી કરવાની રહેશે

What to do if you find an error after filling the form
જયાં સુધી આપ confirm (કન્ફર્મ) નહી કરો ત્યાં સુધી ગમે તેટલી વાર ફોર્મ Edit(સુધારો) કરી શકશો. એક વાર કન્ફર્મ થયા બાદ તે ફોર્મ Edit થઇ શકશે નહી, પરંતુ આપ નવુ ફોર્મ ભરી શકો છો. નવું ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ આપનું જુનું ફોર્મ રદ થઇ જશે અનેઆપને SMS થી જાણ પણ કરવામાં આવશે.ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે કેટેગરી , શાળાનું માધ્યમ વગેરે અગત્યની તમામ વિગતો લખવામાં ભૂલ ન થાય તેની ખાસ કાળજી રાખવી

However, people can opt for premature withdrawal before completing 5 years which is subject to the following conditions.

Labour Department of Haryana has launched Paternity Benefit Scheme 2021 for unorganized sector workers. Now all the registered building and construction laborers will get assistance of Rs. 21,000 on the birth of children. In this BOCW Labour welfare fund scheme, Rs. 21,000 is given as Pitritva labh to registered labourers. Out of this amount, Rs. 15000 would be given for taking care of new born babies while Rs. 6,000 would be given to wives of registered labourers for ensuring proper nutrition to baby after birth. The major objective is to ensure proper nutrition to the mother and children as both of them can shape the future of the country. Scientists of the Indian Institute of Wheat and Barley Research (IIWBR) has proposed to introduce a new high yield wheat variety for farmers in Haryana & Punjab state. The name of this high yield variety of wheat is DBW 187 गेहूं किस्म which is also popularly known as Karan Vandana. This wheat quality was previously introduced in North East states and after its success, govt. has decided to introduce DBW-187 in north-western states.
This New Karan Vandana Wheat Variety contains a high amount of protein and iron which are essential nutrients for the human body. This DBW-187 variety of wheat is receiving an overwhelming response from the farmers in various states.
On approval from the central govt., this wheat variety would be introduced for North Western states.
Karan Vandana Wheat Variety for Farmers
On proposal of IIWBR scientists, govt. is planning to introduce high yield wheat variety namely DBW-187 (Karan Vandana) for farmers of Haryana, Punjab and western Uttar Pradesh. In December 2018, this variety was released for North Eastern states. On demand of farmers of other states, this variety would be released for northwestern states on approval from center.
Quality of Karan Vandana Wheat (DBW-187 गेहूं किस्म)
The wheat variety of DBW-187 is extremely rich in protein and iron. At a demonstration function at the IIWBR, various farmers from Haryana, Punjab, western UP and Rajasthan showed their interest in this Karan Vandana variety of wheat. These farmers have asked the govt. to provide them these high yield wheat seeds.
So now, the IIWBR is going to send a proposal to the central government for its release for north western states. The existing variety of wheat seeds have around 10% to 12% protein content while the iron content if 30 to 40 parts per million (PPM). But the DBW-187 (Karan Vandana) variety of wheat has more than 12% protein and more than 42 PPM of iron.
The yield from the new DBW-187 seeds would be around 7.5 tonnes per hectare in comparison of 6.5 tonnes from normal wheat variety. DBW-187 quality of wheat has high heat tolerance in breeding programmes across the country. The new Karan Vandana variety of wheat is also resistant to yellow rust and wheat blast disease. These high quality seeds of wheat are going to replace HD-2967 and HD-3086 wheat varieties.

Manohar Jyoti Solar Home Lighting System Scheme will benefit around 16,700 families with an approx. cost of Rs. 37.50 crore. The cost of a solar lighting system is Rs. 22,500 but users will have to pay only Rs. 7500. The state govt. will provide a subsidy of Rs. 15,000 on each solar system.
In this 1st phase, around 2400 dhanis of 4 districts – Bhiwani, Hisar, Fatehabad and Sirsa would be given preference. All those families who resides outside farming land or more than 1 Km from villages and does not have electricity connections are eligible.

The state govt. of Haryana is going to provide incentives to consumers for installation of Solar Home Systems under Manohar Jyoti Yojana. This scheme is to promote renewable energy and now the govt. will provide Rs. 15,000 subsidy to those consumers who installs solar home system. Manohar Jyoti Yojana was started in FY 2017 in which state govt. targets to setup 1 lakh solar lighting systems. Incentive and Subsidy on Solar Home System Installation in Haryana
Haryana state govt. will provide incentives and Rs. 15,000 subsidy for Solar Home System installation. It is the priority of the state govt. to ensure uninterrupted power supply in each and every household of the state. So this system will enable uninterrupted power and light supply to the citizens.
This system would be able to run a ceiling fan and 3 LED lights. Apart from this, solar home system would also possess a mobile charging port. Under Manohar Jyoti Yojana, which was launched by the government last year, the state govt. has kept a target to setup 1 lakh solar lighting systems in the state.

Previously in FY 2017, the Renewable Energy dept. has issued new guidelines to install solar rooftop projects in the state. These new guidelines apply to all rooftop solar projects with capacities ranging from 1 KW to 500 KW. Moreover in these new guidelines, rooftop solar systems for residential, institutional and solar sectors are eligible for central financial assistance (CFA).

Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has launched Mukhyamantri Suposhan Abhiyan to tackle menace of malnutrition and anaemia. Under this CG CM Suposhan Abhiyan, the state govt. will provide nutritious meals to mothers and children. As a mark of the official launch of the campaign, CM has offered “laddu” made of groundnut and jaggery to children. This campaign was launched on a full fledged scale i.e state wise level on 2 October 2019 on 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
Malnutrition is a challenge for the Chhattisgarh state as well as the entire country. In previous 18 years, the per capita income in the state has increased but poor became poorer and Chhattisgarh has around 37% malnourished people. CG govt. on 15 June 2020 stated that the number of malnourished children has been decreased by 13.97% under the Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana.
Taking it as a challenge, CM had launched the “Suposhit Dantewada” campaign and for Bastar district the “Harik Naani Bera” as the biggest fight against malnutrition.
CG Mukhyamantri Suposhan Abhiyan 2021 – Details
For the implementation of a state level campaign to fight against malnutrition, the state govt. has launched CG Mukhyamantri Suposhan Abhiyan. The important features and highlights of this abhiyan are as follows:-
Children and mothers would be given nutritious meal everyday. This CM Suposhan Abhiyan is for children aged 0 to 5 years and for girls & women aged between 15 to 49 years.
CG govt. will provide additional nutrition of eggs, jaggery and laddu of groundnut twice in a week. The primary objective is to curb malnutrition and anaemia.
The pilot project of Harik Naani Bera Campaign was started in Bastar. Around 70,000 children and 9,000 mothers were getting nutritious meals at various anganwadi centers which is now extended to entire state.
Women and child welfare department will implement the Suposhan Abhiyan. Preference will be given to local nutritious food and govt. will distribute iron tablets and anthelmintic medicines.
CG govt. will provide free nutritious meals everyday as per the identified beneficiary by each of the gram panchayat.
There would be inculcated DMF to provide fruits, milk, poultry, soyabeans, laddus, bhaji and other alternative nutritious food will be given to beneficiaries.
There would be participation of government and non-governmental charitable organizations. Anganwadi, Schools and other distribution centers identified by district administration will distribute nutritious meals.
PDS systems has been strengthened to provide rice, sugar, salt, grams and kerosene. There will be community consciousness and accountable administration.

A massive state-wide Suposhan Abhiyan is launched on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi to make the state Malnutrition Free.
छत्तीसगढ़ मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान (CM Suposhan Abhiyan in Hindi)
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में 06 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों में व्याप्त कुपोषण एवं एनीमिया तथा 15 से 49 वर्ष आयु वर्ग की महिलाओं में व्याप्त एनीमिया एक चुनौती है जिसे जड़ से समाप्त करने का निर्णय लिया गया।छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में NFHS-4 के सर्वे रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 05 वर्ष से कम आयु वर्ग के लगभग 37.7 प्रतिशत बच्चे कुपोषण एवं 15 से 49 वर्ष आयु वर्ग की 47 प्रतिशत महिलायें एनीमिया से पीड़ित है।
बच्चों एवं महिलाओं के पोषण स्तर में सकारात्मक सुधार हेतु आदिवासी बाहुल्य दंतेवाड़ा जिले में माननीय मुख्यमंत्रीजी की मंशानुसार ‘‘सुपोषित दंतेवाड़ा अभियान‘‘ दिनांक 24 जून 2019 में प्रारंभ किया गया।अभियान की सफलता को देखते हुये प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों में भी गांधीजी के 150 वीं जयंती के अवसर पर 02 अक्टूबर 2019 से मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान प्रारंभ किया गया है।
उद्देश्य
अभियान का प्रमुख उद्देश्य 06 वर्ष आयु तक के बच्चे में कुपोषण एवं एनीमिया तथा 15 से 49 आयु वर्ग की महिलाओं को एनीमिया से मुक्त करना है। अभियान अंतर्गत प्रदेश के लगभग 1.85 लाख हितग्राहियों को गर्म भोजन एवं 3.53 लाख हितग्राहियों को अतिरिक्त पोषण आहार के रूप में अण्डा, चिकी, लड्डू, मूंगफली, दलिया आदि प्रदान किया जा रहा है।इसके अतिरिक्त एनीमिक बच्चे एवं महिलाओं के आई.एफ.ए. अथवा सिरप कृमि नाशक दवा एवं व्यवहार तथा खान पान में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन के लिए परामर्श सेवाएँ दी जा रही है।
अभियान का क्रियान्वयन
इस अभियान की मुख्य बात यह है कि अभियान का क्रियान्वयन जन सहयोग एवं सहभागिता से किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान के क्रियान्वयन में होने वाले व्यय की प्रति पूर्ति जिला स्तर पर उपलब्ध खनिज न्यास निधि एवं सी.एस.आर. मद तथा जन सहयोग से प्राप्त धनराशि से किया जा रहा है ।इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण निधि का गठन किया गया है।
जिले की परिस्थिति एवं आवश्यकता अनुरूप अभियान का संचालन के लिए जिला स्तर पर कार्य योजना एवं रणनीति तैयार कर क्रियान्वयन किया जा रहा है। इस अभियान को 03 वर्ष के लिए चलाये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।अभियान को योजना बद्ध तथा सतत्जारी रखने के लिए अभियान को योजना का रूप देने पर विचार किया जा रहा है।
CG Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana Progress (As on 15 June 2020)
In the Chhattisgarh state, there is a decline of 13.79% in the total number of malnourished children. As per the data obtained from vazan tihar held in year 2019, around 9.70 lakh children were suffering from malnutrition. As of March 2020, around 67,889 children have become free from malnutrition which is around 13.79% decrease. It is a major victory in the fight against malnutrition.
As per the National Family Survey 4, 37.7% children under the age of 5 years were suffering from malnutrition and 47% women aged 15 to 49 years were suffering from anaemia. As per data, 9.7 lakh children were malnourished and most of these were tribal and children from remote forest areas.
Under this campaign, local free nutritious food and hot cooked food was being distributed to malnourished women and children. In addition to this, there is distribution of supplementary nutritious food to the identified children in the Anganwadi centre. Anaemia affected people are being provided with iron, folic acid, antihelminth tablets.
All Anganwadi and Mini Anganwadi centres have been closed for prevention and control of infection of COVID-19. In such a situation, to maintain the nutrition-level of children and women, CM has ensured distribution of ready-to-eat nutritious food to about 28,78,000 beneficiaries of 51,455 Anganwadi centres in the state with the help of Anganwadi workers.
Under the Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana, arrangements have been made to distribute dry rations in place of cooked food to the beneficiaries. The target of the scheme is to make Chhattisgarh malnutrition-free in three years.
Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Central govt. has launched m-Awas Mobile App for allotment of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA). This allotment of government accommodation will be carried out through Automated System of Allotment (ASA). This app is developed by National Informatics Center (NIC). The dedicated Online Application for Allotment e-Awas will also support this app.
Accordingly, govt. will extend this facility to applicants of 8 other cities where ASA is already implemented. All the applicants of central govt. accommodation can see their application status (whether approved or waiting) and other allotment results through this mobile application.

All the candidates can download the mAwas Accommodation Management System App from the “Google Playstore”. This is a 3.2Mb apk file which can easily be downloaded. mAwas App is used for allotment of Government Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) of Government Employees. It is integrated with the Automated System of Allotment of GPRA of Directorate of Estates having website http://gpra.nic.in, for which applicants can give allotment choices through mAwas. The mobile App is handy and caters to the wider number of applicants to give choices for Government Residential Accommodation.
It has created a transparent, corruption free and efficient allotment system for the entire housing stock available with the Directorate of Estates. The owner of the mAwas App is Directorate of Estates (DOE), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoUHA), GOI.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has rolled out UP Sadhu Pension Yojana 2021 for saints. Now all the seers would get monthly pension under UP Sadhu Pension Scheme for which state cabinet has earlier given approval. Yogi Adityanath at a recent high level meeting has decided to organize special camps to enroll saints under a first of its kind government pension scheme for seers.
UP Sadhu Pension Scheme 2021 is going to include all the saints whether homeless or nomadic sadhus. UP CM Yogi has also decided to create a special category to include elderly sadhus. CM Yogi Adityanath is a Hindutva icon and wants to prove this in lieu of the upcoming assembly elections by providing pension to the saints.
Yogi Adityanath Starts UP Sadhu Pension Scheme for Saints
CM Yogi Adityanath has decided to launch UP Sadhu Pension Scheme 2021 for seers. Under this pension scheme for saints in UP, the stipend would be raised from Rs. 400 to Rs. 500 per month. The decision for implementation of UP Saint Pension Yojana 2021 was taken at Prayagraj Kumbh in a meeting which was presided over by CM Yogi Adityanath.
All the sadhus / saints of the Uttar Pradesh state above the age of 60 years would be covered under UP Saint Pension Scheme 2021. CM Yogi had even hiked the financial aid of the already existing UP Pension Scheme for Old Age, Disability & Windows of the state.
The primary objective of announcing the UP Seers Pension Scheme 2021 is to provides better livelihood to the old age, Disable, Widow & Sadhu of the state. UP Government has started enrollment of Sadhus of the state under UP Sadhu Pension Yojana from 20 January.

Reactions on UP Pension Yojana for Seers
Former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav has reacted sharply to the government dole for seers and demanded that the state govt. must give monthly pension of Rs. 20,000 to seers. Moreover, he demanded the state govt. must reintroduce the Samajwadi pension scheme and honorarium of Rs. 50,000 must be given to those who were awarded Yash Bharti under the previous government.
Another demand of former CM was that the state govt. must announce pension for those who recite Ramayan in villages and artists who portray the roles of Lord Rama, Sita, Bharat and Ravana.
