Central government is going to launch Pradhan Mantri Gram Samriddhi Yojana 2021 to create jobs in mico food processing sector in India. PM Gram Samridhi Yojana 2021 would focus on employment generation in the next 5 years. All the unemployed candidates especially farmer’s children does not have to look for employment elsewhere.
Under PM Gram Samridhi Yojana 2021, small farmers would be facilitated to create upto 70,000 micro food processing units in the country. The capital investment to be less than Rs. 10 lakh for each unit. Through this scheme, farmers would turn into job creators rather than becoming job seekers.
The primary focus is on creating jobs in the sector, setting up a non-banking finance company (NBFC) to fund food processing units, push for National Food Processing policy and organizing World Food India event on a much larger scale.

The important features and highlights of Pradhan Mantri Gram Samridhi Yojana are as follows:-
The central govt. was already working on PM Gram Samriddhi Yojana with World Bank which is now going to be launched soon.
PM Gram Samridhi Yojana will focus on micro enterprises with capitalization of less than Rs. 10 lakh rupees.
The main objective is to target small farmers. The central govt. will facilitate creation of 60 to 70 thousand such units within a short time.
The pilot project would be done in 4 states namely Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab and initiative will be expanded subsequently.
PM Gram Samridhi Yojana aims at development of modern infrastructure to encourage entrepreneurs to set up food processing units, upgrade technology in existing unit, improve management of the units and give technical support.
The Indian govt. would also focus on getting NBFC funds for the food processing sector and to give a push to the National Food Processing Policy. World Bank will be giving Rs. 1,500 crore while Rs. 1,000 crore will be borne by the centre while state governments will put in Rs 500 crore, totalling it to Rs. 3,000 crore.
Objectives of Pradhan Mantri Gram Samriddhi Yojana
Pradhan Mantri Gram Samridhi Yojana also aims to provide common facility centres and business incubators in rural areas. The incubator will provide infrastructure and services to support the growth of new food businesses. It will provide equipment and programs to help a businessmen or an entrepreneur launch a new product through development, market launch and growth in sales.
Union govt. would also focus on giving boost to food processing sector in the North East. This area has a tremendous potential and it is going to be one of the focused geographies.
Delhi government is implementing Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana in the national capital. In this CM Street Light Scheme, the state govt. will install around 2.1 lakh street lights to light up dark spots. This scheme is a major step towards strengthening of women safety. The 3 DISCOMS will have the responsibility of installing these street lights and each Discom will install 70,000 street lights.
Just like installation of CCTV cameras in Delhi, the state govt. will follow the same process to install street lights. The street lights will even be put outside people houses under Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana 2021 in Delhi.
The new scheme of installation of street lights by Delhi government will bypasses the role of the MCD. CM Street Light Scheme will provide solution to problems which people faces in dark stretches in the city.
Delhi CM Street Light Scheme 2021 – Complete Details
The three Discoms of Delhi will have the responsibility for installation and maintenance of street lights. Under Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana, the installation would be of 20 to 40 Watt LED lights. The tender process for Delhi CM Street Light Scheme 2021 will also include a warranty clause of 3 to 5 years. CM Street Light Yojana will have an investment of Rs. 100 crore for installation of street lights and Rs. 10 crore per annum subsequently.
The state govt. of Delhi is committed to ensure that not even a single dark spot is left in the state. All the lights installed under CM Street Light Scheme will be automatic and will even contain sensors.
Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana Apply Online
People would be able to submit their requests for street lights to their local MLAs. After placing requests, the permission of building owners will be taken. Upon receiving permission, the street lights will get installed after the location of survey is passed by the power company. It is expected that the selection process for location of street lights will be completed before November. The building owner’s household connection will power the street lights.
Govt. to Pay Electricity Cost of Street Lights
The state govt. of Delhi will decide how much electricity is needed to run 1 light. The same electricity cost will be deducted from electricity bills of people as it is an automatic arrangement. Delhi CM Street Light Scheme will ensure that the entire state is covered with street lights. In unauthorized colonies and slum areas, there was lack of space and MCDs were refusing to give NOCs to setup street lights. To tackle this issue, the state govt. has launched Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana.
Now with the launch of this CM Street Light Scheme, only the permission of MLA and building owner would be required. People can now get these lights installed outside their house, shop and street. Till date, there are around 7 lakh street lights in Delhi and now 2 lakh more street lights will be installed. Delhi Mukhyamantri Street Light Yojana is the first plan in the world in which tender of 30% of current street light capacity is being launched.

Need for Vidya Lakshmi Yojana
India is one of the youngest nations in the world with more than 54% of the total population below 25 years of age. The total investment sanctioned is 6.13 lakh crore, central assistance sanctioned is Rs. 1.63 lakh crore and central assistance released is Rs. 64,000 crore.

Objective – To provide financial support for growth (development and refinancing) of micro enterprises sector
Achievements – Easy, loans without guarantee under three categories – Shishu, Kishore and Tarun by the banks. Loan of up to Rs. 50000 is given under sub-scheme ‘Shishu’ between Rs. 50,000 to 5.0 Lakhs under sub-scheme ‘Kishore’ and between 5.0 Lakhs to 10.0 Lakhs under sub-scheme ‘Tarun’.
In 2015-2016, number of PMMY loans sanctioned was 3,48,80,924. Amount sanctioned was Rs. 1,37,449.27 crore and amount disbursed was Rs. 1,32,954.73 crore.
In 2016-2017, number of PMMY loans sanctioned was 3,97,01,047. Amount Sanctioned was Rs. 1,80,528.54 crore and amount disbursed was Rs. 1,75,312.13 crore.
In 2017-2018, number of PMMY loans sanctioned was 4,81,30,593. Amount sanctioned was Rs. 2,53,677.10 crore and amount disbursed was Rs. 2,46,437.40 crore.
In 2018-2019, No. of PMMY loans sanctioned was 5,98,70,318. Amount sanctioned was 3,21,722.79 crore and amount disbursed was 3,11,811.38 crore.
In 2019-2020, No. Of PMMY loans sanctioned was 6,22,37,981. Amount sanctioned was Rs. 3,37,465.13 crore and amount disbursed was Rs. 3,29,684.63 crore.

8479 training centers opened in 596 districts and training is given in 375 trades.

Under Guardian Scheme, the workers who are registered with JKBOCWWB will get socio-economic security and an insurance coverage.
Initially, the credit facility limit will remain Rs. 10,000 along with a counter guarantee.
For this reason, JKBOCWWB will deposit Rs. 30 crore in the J&K Bank.
Moreover, govt. will also provide educational scholarships for the children of labourers.
This scheme will benefit around 3 lakh workers of unorganized sector especially from rural areas.
Furthermore, JKBOCWWB has also provided financial assistance of Rs. 275 crore for education, marriage, chronic diseases etc. in the previous 3 years to such workers.
Govt. has started this J&K Muhafiz Scheme because unorganized sector consists of the wage paid labourers. They have seasonal nature of employment and also their enterprises have scattered locations. Unorganized sector workers have low income, unstable jobs, lack of protection from various legislations or trade unions. So J&K govt. has launched Muhafiz scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for Incubators under Startup India Seed Fund Scheme
The incubator must be a legal entity: – A society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, or – A Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882, or – A Private Limited company registered under the Companies Act 1956 or the Companies Act 2013, or – A statutory body created through an Act of the legislature
The incubator should be operational for at least two years on the date of application to the scheme
The incubator must have facilities to seat at least 25 individuals
The incubator must have at least 5 startups undergoing incubation physically on the date of application
The incubator must have a full-time Chief Executive Officer, experienced in business development and entrepreneurship, supported by a capable team responsible for mentoring startups in testing and validating ideas, as well as in finance, legal, and human resources functions
The incubator should not be disbursing seed fund to incubatees using funding from any third-party private entity
The incubator must have been assisted by the Central/State Government(s)
In case the incubator has not been assisted by the Central or State Government(s): – The incubator must be operational for at least three years – Must have at least 10 separate startups undergoing incubation in the incubator physically on the date of application – Must present audited annual reports for the last 2 years

Eligibility Criteria for Startups under Startup India Seed Fund Scheme
The startup must have a business idea to develop a product or a service with a market fit, viable commercialization, and scope of scaling.
The startup should be using technology in its core product or service, or business model, or distribution model, or methodology to solve the problem being targeted.
Preference would be given to startups creating innovative solutions in sectors such as social impact, waste management, water management, financial inclusion, education, agriculture, food processing, biotechnology, healthcare, energy, mobility, defence, space, railways, oil and gas, textiles, etc.
Startup should not have received more than Rs 10 lakh of monetary support under any other Central or State Government scheme. This does not include prize money from competitions and grand challenges, subsidized working space, founder monthly allowance, access to labs, or access to prototyping facility.
Shareholding by Indian promoters in the startup should be at least 51% at the time of application to the incubator for the scheme, as per Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
A startup applicant can avail seed support in the form of grant and debt/convertible debentures each once as per the guidelines of the scheme.
What is Startup India Seed Fund Scheme 2021

DPIIT has created Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS) with an outlay of INR 945 Crore to provide financial assistance to startups for Proof of Concept, prototype development, product trials, market entry, and commercialization.It will support an estimated 3,600 entrepreneurs through 300 incubators in the next 4 years.
The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India announced the scheme in his Grand Plenary address of Prarambh: Startup India International Summit on 16th January 2021. After approval of EFC and Hon’ble Finance Minister, the scheme has been notified on 21 January 2021. The Seed Fund will be disbursed to eligible startups through eligible incubators across India.

Background of Startup India Seed Fund Scheme

The Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha has started the admission process for Class 11 through Student Academic Management System (SAMS). SAMS is an online portal that manages the admission process, administration, registration, and form fill-up for Class 11. Students can participate in the Class 11 admission process for various streams including arts, commerce, science, vocational, and Sanskrit through the Odisha SAMS portal.
All the students who have passed the Class 10 exam will have to register themselves on the SAMS website at samsodisha.gov.in for availing user-id and password, before applying on the online Common Application Form (CAF). All the migrants including workers, students and other stranded in other states can fill Migrants online application / registration form to register themselves to come back (return) home amid Coronavirus lockdown.
The Pravasi Yatra Panjikaran is only for migrant laborers and others who wish to travel to Jharkhand and is compulsory. All such persons who have already provided registration information to the concerned DC Office in the state are not required to fill this form. The state govt. of Uttarakhand led by CM Trivendra Singh Rawat has announced to started Mukhyamantri Saubhagyawati Yojana 2021. In this scheme, 2 separate kits would be made where one would be for pregnant women and the second is for newborn children. The main objective is to ensure proper hygiene and provide nutritious food necessary for their better health. It would reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) as well as Infant Mortality Rate (IMR).

What is Odisha Nirmal Scheme 2021
Odisha Nirmal Scheme aims to provide free ancillary (additional) services to the people in all the state run government hospitals & district headquarters hospitals. Nirmal scheme will strengthen delivery of proper healthcare services through public health system.

Odisha Nirmal Scheme Components
There are 3 components for this Nirmal Scheme in Odisha which includes Clinic Establishments, Up-gradation and Procurement of Advanced Equipment. First 2 components were launched in the first phase while the 3rd component was launched in the second phase.
Phase 1
In the initial phase, govt. will establish new clinics at the capital hospital and upgrade the clinics it it already exists as follows:-
1st Component – Setting Up of Clinics – Health and Family Welfare Dept. is going to establish clinics at government hospitals for the purpose of fast treatment. The newly set up clinics can be for cancer detection, sterility, family welfare, child rehabilitation, child guidance, child welfare and immunization.
2nd Component – Upgradation of Services – In the hospitals where such facilities already exists, the state govt. will strengthen these services and upgrade them in order to ensure proper treatment for citizens.
Phase 2
3rd Component – Procurement of Equipment – Govt. will soon take further stride towards the procurement of advanced equipment. This will ensure world-class infrastructure and facilities at district headquarters hospitals.
Odisha Nirmal Scheme Extension
State Government has decided to extend ‘Nirmal’ Scheme to strengthen ancillary services at public health facilities with an estimated Budget of Rs. 1998.155 cr for the period of 5 years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022) covering 1864 health institutions.

Rajasthan Chief Minister’s Rojgar Srijan Yojana (CMRSY) 2021 Apply Online at SSO ID Portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in:Rajasthan government has decided to rename Bhamashah Rojgar Srijan Yojana (BRSY) as Chief Minister’s Rojgar Srijan Yojana. CMRSY scheme will be taken to each panchayat samiti and will create new self employment opportunities for jobless youths. All the unemployed candidates can make CM Rozgar Srijan Yojana registration by filling the application forms to avail loans from banks to start new business.
The scope and impact of the new CMRSY Scheme is expanded with effective implementation and adequate budgetary support. CM Rojgar Srijan Yojana aims to make all the unemployed youths self reliant (atmanirbhar) and make them job givers rather than jobseekers. Micro, small and medium enterprises department will oversee the implementation of Mukhyamantri Rozgar Srijan Yojana (CMRSY).
Under CM Rozgar Srijan Yojana, educated women, SC / ST youths, disabled and unemployed youths from other sections can get interest subsidy on loans for new businesses.
Rajasthan CM’s Rojgar Srijan Yojana (CMRSY) 2021
The important features and highlights of new CM’s Rozgar Srijan Yojana are as follows:-
Rajasthan govt. will target 100 unemployed youths in every panchayat samiti who would be given loans with interest rate subsidies.
Under the CMRSY (previous BRSY scheme), all the jobless youths are given 8% interest subsidy on bank loans for self employment.
The maximum limit of loan is Rs. 10 lakh for service and trading activity and Rs. 25 lakh for the manufacturing sector under Mukhyamantri Rojgar Srijan Yojana.
The state govt. will back the scheme with ample budgetary support and improve its scope and deepen it impact for the benefit of all employed youth and women.
Rajasthan govt. will focus on providing skill training and ensure that all the job less candidates gets suitable jobs. For this purpose, unemployed youths will get both money and training to start their own business under Mukhyamantri Rojgar Srijan Yojana.
Dept. of Industries is consistently focusing on providing appropriate jobs as this was the highlights of Congress election manifesto.
The state govt. is also preparing a new industrial policy which is also expected to provide thrust on job generation. The new industrial policy would be specifically designed with focus on creation of large scale employment opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria for CM Rozgar Srijan Yojana Application
Applicants age must lie b/w 18 to 50 years.
The annual income of the family of candidates seeking loans from all sources must not exceed Rs. 6 lakh.
Only the permanent residents of Rajasthan can apply online for loans under CM Rojgar Srijan Yojana.
After approval of CMRSY application, candidates will get max Rs. 10 lakh loan for service, business, production business on the basis of their project and scope.
Moreover to setup manufacturing unit, candidates can get loans upto Rs. 25 lakh. In CMRSY, the state govt. will also provide interest subsidy upto 8% on loan amount as grant.
Formalities to make CMRSY / BRSY Registration
Applicants must must submit a detailed project report (DPR) for getting loan.
Age certificate along with Educational qualification certificates are required from candidates seeking loans.
For availing CMRSY benefits, applicant must possess residence certificate, aadhar card and Bhamashah / Jan Aadhaar Card.

How Loans be Given under Chief Minister Rojgar Srijan Yojana

Maharashtra Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Yojana 2021 Apply Form PDF Download Online:महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने राज्य की गरीब लड़कियों के लिए एक नई योजना को शुरू करने का फैसला किया है जिसका नाम “माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना” हैं। माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना का शुभारम्भ महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा 1 अप्रैल 2016 को लड़कियों के अनुपात में सुधार करने और महिला शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किया गया था। इस योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के जो माता या पिता एक लड़की के जन्म होने के बाद 1 वर्ष के भीतर नसबंदी करवाते है तो उन्हें सरकार द्वारा 50 ,000 रूपये की धनराशि बैंक में बालिका के नाम पर (50, 000 rupees deposited in the bank in the name of the girl child) जमा की जाएगी ।
Majhi Bhagyashree Kanya Yojana 2021 के तहत अगर माता पिता में दूसरी बेटी के जन्म के बाद परिवार नियोजन अपनाया है तो नसबंदी कराने के बाद दोनों लड़कियों के नाम 25000-25000 रुपये बैंक में जमा होंगे। इस सरकारी योजना को राज्य सरकार ने संशोधित नीति के बाद स्वीकार किया है। इस योजना के अनुसार जिन परिवारों की वार्षिक आय 7.5 लाख रुपये से कम है वे इस योजना के तहत लाभ उठा सकते हैं।
Maharashtra Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Yojana 2021 in Hindi
इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य की बालिकाओं के अनुपात में सुधार करना, लिंग निर्धारण, कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को रोकना और महिला शिक्षा का समर्थन करना है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने माझी कन्या योजना को अधिक बढ़ावा देने के लिए इसकी कवरेज राशि को भी बढ़ा दिया है, पहले माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना की योग्यता के तहत परिवारों की वार्षिक आय 1 लाख रूपये थी पर अब उसे बढ़ाकर 7.5 लाख रूपये कर दिया गया हैं।
महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने 1 अप्रैल, 2016 को इस योजना को लागू किया था लेकिन अब इस योजना में नए सुधार कर दिये गए हैं, अब इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए लड़की की उम्र 18 वर्ष, 10 वीं पास और लड़की का अविवाहित होना अनिवार्य है। लड़कियों के माता या पिता को एक लड़की के पैदा होने के 1 वर्ष के भीतर या दूसरी लड़की पैदा होने के 6 महीने के भीतर नसबंदी करवाना अनिवार्य होगा।
MKBY 2021 का उद्देश्य
जैसे की आप लोग जानते है कि बहुत से लोग ऐसे है जो लड़कियों को बोझ समझते है और लड़कियों की भ्रूण हत्या कर देते है और लड़कियों को अधिक पढ़ने नहीं देते इस परेशानियों को देखते हुए महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने इस Maharashtra Majhi Bhagyashree Kanya Yojana 2021 को शुरू किया गया है इस योजना के ज़रिये लड़कियों के अनुपात में सुधार लाना, लिंग निर्धारण व कन्या भूर्ण हत्या को रोकना । इस MKBY 2021 के ज़रिये लड़कियों को शिक्षा की ओर बढ़ावा देना और राज्य के लोगो की नकारात्मक सोच को बदलना ।इस योजना के ज़रिये बेटियों के भविष्य को उज्जवल बनाना ।
महाराष्ट्र माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म
इस योजना के अनुसार एक लड़की के पैदा होने के बाद माता या पिता द्वारा परिवार नियोजन (नसबंदी) कराने के बाद सरकार की तरफ से एक लड़की के नाम पर 50,000 रुपये या फिर दूसरी लड़की पैदा होने और नसबंदी कराने के बाद दोनों लड़कियों के नाम 25000-25000 रुपये बैंक में जमा होंगे। इस योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थी लड़की व उसकी मां के नाम राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक (National Bank) में संयुक्त खाता (Joint Account) खोला जाएगा और दोनों को इसके तहत 1 लाख रुपये का दुर्घटना बीमा और 5,000 रुपये का ओवर ड्राफ्ट भी मिलेगा।

महाराष्ट्र माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री स्कीम 2021 के लाभ
इस योजना का लाभ एक परिवार की दो बेटियों को प्रदान किया जायेगा ।
माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री स्कीम 2021 के तहत लाभार्थी लड़की व उसकी माँ के नाम पर नेशनल बैंक में जॉइंट अकाउंट खोला जायेगा और दोनों को इसके तहत एक लाख रूपये का दुर्घटना बीमा और 5000 रूपये का ओवर ड्राफ्ट भी मिलेगा ।
इस योजना के अनुसार योजना के अनुसार यदि एक लड़की के जन्म के पश्चात Family Planning (नसबंदी) करवा लेते हैं। तो सरकार द्वारा 50,000 रुपए दिए जाएंगे।
यदि 2 लड़कियों के जन्म के पश्चात Family Planning करवा लेते हैं। तो सरकार द्वारा 25-25 हजार रुपए दोनों को दिए जाएंगे।
Majhi Bhagyashree Kanya Yojana 2021 के अंतर्गत राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली धनराशि का उपयोग लड़की की शिक्षा के लिए किया जा सकता है।
महाराष्ट्र के अधिक से अधिक परिवार इस योजना का लाभ उठा सके इस लिए सरकार द्वारा परिवार की वार्षिक आय सीमा को 1 लाख रूपये से बढ़ा कर 7.5 लाख रूपये कर दी है ।
इस योजना के अनुसार लड़कियों के माता या पिता को एक लड़की के पैदा होने के 1 वर्ष के भीतर या दूसरी लड़की पैदा होने के 6 महीने के भीतर नसबंदी करवाना अनिवार्य होगा।
महाराष्ट्र माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना 2021 जरूरी योग्यता
इस योजना के लाभ लेने के लिए महाराष्ट्र के लोगों को कुछ मापदंडो को पूरा करना होगा जो की इस प्रकार है:
महाराष्ट्र के स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
इस योजना का मुख्य रूप से लाभ राज्य में एक परिवार की दो लड़कियो को ही मिलेगा।

इस योजना के अनुसार लड़की के माता पिता को धन राशि किस्तों में मिलेंगी जो की इस प्रकार है:
Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Yojana योजना के तहत माता पिता को धन राशि के ब्याज का पैसा तब मिलेगा जब लड़कियाँ 6 साल की हो जाएंगी।
दूसरी बार ब्याज का पैसा तब मिलेगा जब लड़कियाँ 12 साल की होंगी।
लड़कियाँ 18 साल की हो जाये और उसने 10 वी कक्षा पास कर ली हो और अविवाहित भी हो, तब इस योजना की पूरी राशि एक साथ बैंक से निकाल सकते है।

नसबंदी कब करवानी होगी
Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Yojana के अंतर्गत महाराष्ट्र के एक ही व्यक्ति की दो बेटियों को ही लाभ प्रदान किया जायेगा। Majhi Bhagyashree Kanya Yojana 2021 के तहत माता पिता को एक बेटी के जन्म के बाद 1 वर्ष के भीतर नसबंदी करवानी (Sterilization to be done within 1 year) होगी और दूसरी बेटी के जन्म के 6 महीने के भीतर नसबंदी करनी अनिवार्य है। माझी कन्या भाग्यश्री योजना के तहत पहले गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के परिवार (BPL) जिनकी वार्षिक आय 1 लाख रुपये तक थी। Maharashtra Majhi Bhagyashree Kanya Yojana 2021 के लिए पात्र थे। नयी निति के अनुसार इस योजना के तहत बालिका परिवार की वार्षिक आय 1 लाख रूपये से बढ़ा कर 7.5 लाख रूपये कर दिया गया है । महाराष्ट्र के जिन परिवार की वार्षिक आय 7.5 लाख रूपये (Annual family income Rs 7.5 lakh) है भी Majhi Kanya Bhagyashree Yojana के पात्र होंगे ।

What is Goa Laadli Laxmi Scheme 2021
Goa Laadli Laxmi Scheme was launched on 6 July 2012 as one of the flagship programmes of the state government. Modified Ladli Laxmi Scheme started with an intention to address the undesirable tendency of female foeticides. This scheme aims towards erasing the general perception that the birth of a girl in the family is the burden on her parents/guardian during her marriage.

Goa Ladli Laxmi Scheme Eligibility Criteria
Any Girl who fulfils all of the following conditions is eligible to apply for Goa Ladli Laxmi Scheme:-
born in the State of Goa;
resident of Goa for the last fifteen years; and
(i) whose at least one of the parents is born in Goa and is also a resident of Goa for the last fifteen years; or (ii) whose one of the parents is residing in Goa for last twenty five years; or (iii) whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 3.00 lakhs per annum.
Provided that a Girl, who is born outside Goa, shall be eligible if she is:
resident of Goa for the last fifteen years;
educated in Goa; and
(i) whose at least one of the parents is born in Goa and is also a resident of Goa for the last fifteen years; or (ii) whose one of the parents is residing in Goa for last twenty five years; (iii) whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 3.00 lakhs per annum.
Financial Assistance under Goa Laadli Laxmi Scheme 2021
The beneficiaries under Goa Laadli Laxmi Scheme are paid Rs. 1.00 lakh as financial assistance provided they fulfill the criteria therein in the below mentioned category as under:-
on attaining the age of 18 years
or on the occasion of her marriage and is applicable to girls between 19 to 40 years of age upto 31/03/2016 and now extended to 45 years prospectively w.e.f. 1/04/2016
The beneficiaries on attaining the age of 18 years are paid Rs. 1.00 lakh as financial assistance by means of bank fixed deposit jointly in the name of the Director of Women and Child Development and the applicant (the Girl). The beneficiaries on the occasion of marriage are paid cash through the bank.
The beneficiary who is in possession of the Fixed deposit under the Scheme is allowed to withdraw the amount for her use in business/profession or for her further studies.
Goa Laadli Laxmi Scheme – How to Apply
The eligible beneficiary shall apply to the Director of Women and Child Development, Panaji-Goa in the prescribed form, complete in all respects with the self-certified copies of the following documents;
Self Certified copy of Birth Certificate of the applicant.
Residence Certificate of the applicant. In lieu of the Residence Certificate, the previous School Leaving Certificate and the current Bonafide Student Certificate issued by the recognized Educational Institution in which the girl is presently studying can also be produced. However, in case of girls who discontinued education at school level, the gap period from the time of discontinuation of education till completion of 18 years of age/marriage as the case may be proved by production of residence certificate. In case of graduates, the certificates of passing of Xth, XIIth and graduation is adequate evidence.
Self Certified copy of Aadhar Card.
Self Certified Copy of the Civil Marriage Registration Certificate which may also include the first registration certificate.
Self Certified copy of 15 years or 25 years Residence Certificate of one of the parent(s) of the applicant as the case may be. In lieu of the Residence Certificate, any documentary evidence to prove the residence for the specified period can also be produced which may include: (i) The land records i.e. tenancy rights; mundcarial rights; occupancy rights, etc. (ii) Employment certificate; or (iii) Any such records to the satisfaction of the Committee.
Self Certified copy of Birth certificate of one of the parent(s) of the applicant as the case may be. If no birth certificate is available, one of the following documents can be produced showing the details namely the date and place of Birth of the parent(s): (i) Baptism certificate; (ii) School leaving certificate of the parent(s). (iii) Any document which establishes that one of the grandparents of the girl have lived in Goa around the time of the date of birth claimed by the parent(s). (iv) Any such records, which establishes the date of birth of the parent(s).

Delhi Free Wifi Scheme 2021:Delhi government is going to start Free Wi-Fi Scheme at public places in the national capital. It is going to be the largest Free Wifi project running anywhere in the world. The work on setting up 11,000 hotspots across Delhi is in progress. Earlier on 16 December 2019, around 100 hotspots were inaugurated to mark official launching the Delhi government’s free WiFi scheme. The state govt. will also start Delhi Free Wifi Scheme App download facility to connect to the wi-fi network.
CM Free Wifi Scheme 2021 in Delhi
Delhi government is committed to provide free Wi-Fi facility to the public. The work of installation of 7000 hot-spots has been completed and activated to give free Wi-Fi access to citizens.
The state govt. of Delhi is soon going to fulfill its commitment to provide free wi-fi services to people at public places. All the Delhiites will get free 15 GB data per month through a hotspot network across the city. This is one of the promises made by the AAP party ahead of the 2020 assembly elections.
Delhi govt. is working on a project to create more than 11,000 hotspots across the city. All the users within the radius of 50 metres are going to access internet absolutely free of cost. Each user will get 15 GB data monthly (1.5 GB / day) at a speed of 100 to 150 mbps with maximum 200 mbps under Delhi Free Wifi Scheme 2021. For connecting with wifi, each person will have to make registration and subsequent login by entering Free Wifi Scheme username and password.

The state govt. will also launch Delhi Free Wifi App can be downloaded through which users can upload their KYC (know your customer) details. An OTP will be received to activate the Wi-Fi connection.
At bus queue shelters, around 4,000 hotspots would be setup while the rest 7,000 will be installed in markets, residential colonies and other places with each constituency getting 100. The first 100 hotspots were set up at Kashmere Gate Metro station and ISBT, ITO bus stand, Mandi House bus stand, Delhi Secretariat, Indraprashtha Metro station, and Adarsh Nagar (18), Badali (19), Moti Nagar (10), Seemapuri (16) and Shahdara (18) assembly constituencies. The switch over from one hotspot to other will be automatic.
Delhi Free Wi-Fi Scheme Implementation
After the inauguration of the first batch of 100 hotspots on 16 December 2019, hotspots are set up every week. Around 150 to 200 users would be able to access internet concurrently at each hotspot. The state govt. will learn from its experience of 1st phase of Free Wi-Fi Scheme and will create more hotspots (if necessary) in subsequent phases. In the recent budget 2021, Delhi govt. has made the following statement:-
Delhi Mukhyamantri Free Wifi Yojana Budget
Delhi Free Wifi Scheme 2021 is going to be run on OpEx (operating expense) service model. The complete capital investment in setting up the infrastructure would be made by the vendor. The state government will bear the operating cost of approx. Rs. 100 crore per annum. The Wi-Fi scheme is based on a rent model and the government will pay monthly rental for each hotspot to a company handling the project.
Safety Measures to Prevent Misuse of Free Wi-Fi Facility
In order to check the misuse of Free Wi-Fi facility, CM said that the state govt. will ensure that adequate safety measures will be taken. Although most mobile phone users have internet access on their phones, youths are still asking questions on when they will start getting free Wi-Fi facility. So, the govt. is working hard to speed up the project.

Eligibility Criteria for HP Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana
To avail benefit of free electricity connection under Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana the applicant should fulfill any one of the following criteria which needs to be certified by the concerned competent authority:-
He should be a member of the BPL family.
He should be a member of the family covered under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY).
He should be a member of the Priority Household (PH).
His annual income from all sources should not exceed Rs. 35,000.
The applied load in his premises should be less than 2 KW.
Implementation of CM Roshni Scheme in Himachal Pradesh
Being the only DISCOM in the State, the aforesaid scheme is to be implemented by HPSEB Limited throughout the state. Funds for releasing electricity connections under this scheme are to be provided by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. On the basis of the trends of previous years, approximately 17,550 poor families are to be provided free electricity connections under this scheme during the year 2021. Implementation of HP Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana
It is, therefore, requested that the implementation of the scheme may be started in the field immediately. The monthly return of the connections to be released under this scheme may be sent to the office of the Chief Engineer (Comm.) alongwith other routine returns.
While releasing connections under Mukhya Mantri Roshni Yojana, 50% rebate may be given to the eligible applicants in Advance Consumption Deposit.

हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना जरूरी पात्रता
बिजली बोर्ड द्वारा जारी की गई गाइडलाइन (Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana Guidelines & Eligibility) के अनुसार लाभार्थियों को निम्न्लिखित किसी एक शर्त को पूरा करना होगा, तभी उनको एचपी फ्री बिजली कनेक्शन योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा:
आवेदक उम्मीदवार के परिवार की वार्षिक आय सभी स्रोतों से मिलाकर 35 हजार रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
लाभार्थी परिवार के घर का विद्युत लोड दो किलोवाट से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए
एचपी मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना के तहत उम्मीदवारों का चयन बीपीएल परिवारों की सूची में से किया जाएगा।
परिवार के सदस्यों का नाम अंत्योदय अन्न योजना की सूची में होना चाहिए।
इसके अलावा परिवारों का चयन प्राथमिकता परिवार की सूची के द्वारा भी किया जाएगा।

Delhi Free Electricity Scheme 2021 – Zero Power Bill Scheme
The citizens of Delhi now receive power supply 24 hours a day. The state government’s zero power bill scheme for consumers utilizing up to 200 units of electricity irrespective of their power load has been a tremendous success. Delhi Free Electricity Scheme 2021 is a major contributing factor towards energy conservation. Delhi govt. has chosen to take the financial incentive approach to promote the conservation of energy.
A subsidy of Rs. 800 is given for consumers consuming 201 to 400 units of monthly electricity. Approximately 90 percent of households in Delhi are availing the benefit of subsidy on power consumption. The Government also gives 100% subsidy to the victims of 1984 riots for power consumption upto 400 units.
Delhi Special Electricity Subsidy Scheme Extension
The Special Electricity Subsidy Scheme has also been extended to the lawyers’ chambers within the court premises by extending it to them. Similarly, all the agricultural consumers in Delhi are also given subsidy for connection. The fixed charges for agricultural connection of Rs. 105 per kWh per month, now the fixed charge to the farmers will be 20 per kWh. These schemes are the hallmark of the ‘Kejriwal Model of Governance’. The state govt. has proposed an amount of Rs. 3090 crore in the budget of power subsidy 2021-22.
Delhi Free Lifeline Electricity Bill Waiver Scheme in Hindi
दिल्ली सरकार ने राज्य में नागरिकों के लिए बिजली बिल माफी योजना 2021 को शुरू करने का फैसला किया है। जिसके तहत जो भी बिजली उपभोक्ता प्रति महीने 200 यूनिट तक बिजली इस्तेमाल करता है उसको किसी भी तरह का बिजली का बिल नहीं देना पड़ेगा। दिल्ली फ्री लाइफलाइन बिजली योजना को प्रदेश में लागू कर दिया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बताया की इस सरकारी योजना से राज्य में लगभग 4.9 मिलियन घरेलू बिजली उपभोक्ता लाभान्वित होंगे, जिनको दिल्ली बिजली बिल माफी योजना 2021 के अंतर्गत सब्सिडी मिलेगी। दिल्ली फ्री लाइफलाइन बिजली योजना प्रदेश में लगभग 90 प्रतिशत लोगों को लाभान्वित करके उनकी आर्थिक सहायता करेगी।
बिजली पर सब्सिडी के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल हर साल लगभग 1800 से 2200 करोड़ रूपये खर्च करती है। इसके अलावा दिल्ली में पहले से ही सबसे सस्ती बिजली लोगों को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है।

Alert Button to ensure Women Safety
Women can make Durga Shakti App registration and in case of need, whenever women presses the “Alert” button on the App, the Woman Helpline unit of the district Police will know the location and relevant details of the victim woman / girl.
After making complaints through Durga Shakti App, the concerned police or women cell dept will immediately respond on the basis of situation. The Durga Shakti app after installation will appear as follows:-
