  • आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को फॉर्म के साथ संलग्न करें और संलग्न दस्तावेजों के साथ फॉर्म को डीएसओ ऑफिस में क्लर्क को भेजें।
  • क्लर्क फॉर्म और दस्तावेजों की जांच करके आपको एक पावती रसीद देगा। जिसके बाद वह क्लर्क आपके क्षेत्र के सप्लाई इंस्पेक्टर (SI) के पास आपका आवेदन भेजेगा।
  • एसआई विवरणों को सत्यापित करने के लिए फॉर्म और दस्तावेजों के साथ-साथ आपके घर का भी सत्यापन करेगा।
  • यदि सत्यापन संतोषजनक है तो वह आवेदन को क्लर्क को वापस भेज देगा और आपके राशन कार्ड को मंजूरी मिल जाएगी।
  • क्लर्क आपके नए राशन कार्ड में आपके पारिवार के सदस्य की गणना और अपने रजिस्टर में परिवार के मुखिया की फोटो लगाने के साथ राशन कार्ड की प्रविष्टियाँ दर्ज करेगा।
  • राशन कार्ड जारी होने के बाद उसमें आपके नजदीकी फेयर प्राइस शॉप (FPS) की जानकारी उपलब्ध होगी।

ग्रामीण इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए राशन कार्ड बनवाने की प्रक्रिया थोड़ी अलग है जैसे कि नीचे दिया गया है।

  • नया राशन कार्ड प्राप्त करने के लिए, खंड विकास (बीडीओ) कार्यालय के काउंटर पर उपलब्ध फॉर्म भरें। यह फॉर्म आप वेबसाइट से भी ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
  • आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को फॉर्म के साथ संलग्न करें और संलग्न दस्तावेजों के साथ फॉर्म को बीडीओ कार्यालय में ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी (जीपीओ) के पास जमा करें।

Types of Ration Card Issued in Karnataka

There are 4 different types of ration cards which are issued to citizens on the basis of their financial conditions as well as income level. The different types of ration cards issued to citizens of Karnataka are as follows:-

  1. Priority House Hold (PHH) Ration Cards – This type of PHH ration cards are issued to citizens belonging to rural areas of the state. PHH category RCs are further divided into 2 sub-groups to provide food grains at subsidized rates on monthly basis. People will now get rice at Rs. 3 per Kg, wheat at Rs. 2 per Kg and coarse grains at rate of Rs. 1 per Kg.
  2. Annapurna Yojna (AY) Ration Cards – Annapurna Yojana ration cards are issued to poor citizens who are above the age of 65 years. The state govt. provides them with 10 Kg of food grains on monthly basis.
  3. Antyodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) Ration Cards – AYY ration cards are issued to those households having annual income below Rs. 15,000. Such families gets food grains at cheaper rates than other ration card holders. These households gets rice at Rs. 3 per Kg rate and wheat at Rs. 2 per Kg rate.
  4. Non-Priority House Hold (NPHH) Ration Cards – NPHH ration cards are issued to such families having stable annual income. NPHH ration card holder families doesn’t get food grains at subsidized prize like above mentioned RC holders.

Ministry of Rural Development has set a target to build 1 crore new houses in rural areas till 31 March 2019. All those people who have applied previously for PMAY Gramin Housing Scheme can check their name in PMAY – G beneficiary list 2018-2019 at pmayg.nic.in. SWAYAM Portal (www.swayam.gov.in) is an initiative of central government to digitalis the education system and to reach at remote areas. Swayam portal provides free online courses and 32 Swayam DTH Channels across the country. This portal has been launched to cover all students who are untouched from education.

The government efforts are all set to spread and improve the quality of education across the country. Through the Swayam portal www.swayam.gov.in, teachers also can register themselves to improve or gain knowledge regarding any particular subject. The ministry is aimed at providing high quality e-content to all colleges and universities and student free of cost through the Swayam portal.

SWAYAM platform (www.swayam.gov.in) has been developed by MHRD and AICTE with the help of Microsoft to provide hosting of about 2000 courses and 80000 hours of learning in different streams including engineering, law, post-graduate and under-graduate courses and some other professional courses. The academic study material such as lectures are also available from class 9th to 12th.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin is a rural housing scheme and is one of the many schemes launched by Narendra Modi Government in India. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin was approved by the Narendra Modi Government on 23rd March 2015 in a cabinet meeting. The rural housing scheme will help achieve housing for all by 2022 in Rural areas across the country.

To address the gap in rural housing and in view of Government’s commitment to provide “Housing for All” by 2022, the scheme of IAY has been re-structured into Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) w.e.f. 1st April, 2016. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin is being implemented in rural areas across the country.

Guidelines of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin

  • Government to construct 1 crore pucca (permanent) houses for the rural poor in the next three years.
  • A total of 4 Crore homes would be constructed under PMAY-G in rural areas across the country by the year 2022.
  • The scheme is expected to boost job creation in rural areas.
  • The project will be implemented in a span of three years from 2016-17 to 2018-19 with a budget of Rs. 81,975 crore.
  • Of the total estimated expenditure, Rs. 60,000 crore will come from budgetary allocations and the remaining through Nabard.
  • The cost of unit (house) assistance is to be shared between central and state governments in the ratio 60:40 in plain areas and 90:10 for north-eastern and hilly states.
  • Beneficiaries of the rural houses would be chosen according to data taken from the Socio-Economic Caste Census of 2011
  • An allowance of Rs. 120,000 in plain areas and Rs. 130,000 in hilly areas will be provided for construction of homes.
  • The unit size will be enhanced from the existing 20 sq.mt. to up to 25 sq.mt. including a dedicated area for hygienic cooking.
  • Provision of toilets at Rs. 12000/- and 90/95 days of unskilled wage labour under MGNREGA over and above the unit cost.
  • Funds will be transferred electronically directly to the account of the beneficiary.
  • The beneficiary would be facilitated to avail loan of up to 70000 rupees for construction of the house which is optional.
  • Special Projects to be sanctioned to states based on situational exigencies and special needs.
  • NEW UPDATE: Home loans up to Rs. 2 Lakh taken in 2017 for maintenance or up-gradation of homes under PM Awas Yojana – Gramin will receive interest subvention of 3%.

PMAY-G Home Loan Scheme

Narendra Modi on 31st December 2016 has announced new home loan scheme for PM Awas Yojana – Gramin beneficiaries. Under the new home loan scheme, the beneficiaries will be provided interest subvention of 3% on home loan of up to Rs. 2 Lakh taken in 2017 for new house construction or extension of housing in rural areas.

What is Selection Process for PMAY-G Beneficiaries

Identification and selection of beneficiaries shall be done by the community through the Gram Sabha, from the SECC 2011 list, based on the housing deficiency and other social deprivation parameters. The government follows a 6 step process to prepare the final list of beneficiaries of PMAY-G. The six steps are as below:

There are 13 automatic exclusion parameters based upon the candidates from the original SECC data list will be removed as follows:

  1. Motorized two/three/four wheeler/ fishing boat
  2. Mechanized three/ four wheeler agricultural equipment
  3. Kisan Credit Card with credit limit of Rs.50,000 or above
  4. Household with any member as a Government employee
  5. Households with non-agricultural enterprises registered with the Government
  6. Any member of the family earning more than Rs.10,000 per month
  7. Paying income tax
  8. Paying professional tax
  9. Own a refrigerator
  10. Own landline phone
  11. Own 2.5 acres or more of irrigated land with at least one irrigation equipment
  12. 5 acres or more of irrigated land for two or more crop seasons
  13. Owning at least 7.5 acres of land or more with at least one irrigation equipment

After this, the list of eligible candidates will come out and be categorized into two sub groups.

What is Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Loan Yojana

Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency Ltd. (MUDRA) is an institution for development and refinancing micro finance institutions such as banks, NBFCs, MFIs and Other financial intermediaries, which are in the business of lending to manufacturing, processing, trading and service sector activities whose credit needs is less than Rs. 10 lakh.

MUDRA provides refinance Support to banks, NBFCs / MFIs for PMMY. Other than the refinance product, MUDRA will also provide development support to the sector through other products. The other product offerings as depicted in the diagram below will be targeted across the spectrum of beneficiary segments.

Who can avail the MUDRA loan under PMMY
All non-farm sector income generating activities such as manufacturing, trading and services whose credit needs below Rs. 10 lakh are known as MUDRA Loans under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY).

Types of Loans under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY)

However there is certain eligibility criteria to get a loan under MUDRA Yojana. Any individual including women, proprietary concern, partnership firm, private limited company or any other entity are eligible applicant under PMMY loans. Under the aegis of Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY), MUDRA has formulated three Schemes to signify the stage of growth / development and funding needs of the beneficiary micro unit / entrepreneur:-

  1. Shishu: Loans upto Rs. 50,000. This stage would cater to entrepreneurs who are either in their primitive stage or require lesser funds in order to get their businesses started.
  2. Kishor: Loans above Rs. 50,000/- and up to Rs. 5 lakh. This section of entrepreneurs would belong to either those who have already started their business and want additional funds to mobilize their business.
  3. Tarun: Loans above Rs. 5 lakh and up to Rs.10 lakh. If an entrepreneur meets the required eligibility conditions, he/she could apply loan for upto Rs.10 lakhs. This would be the highest level of amount that an entrepreneur could apply for a startup loan.

The MUDRA loans under the PMMY can be taken from the approved Non Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Public/Private Sector commercial banks and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. The loans will be sanctioned by the lending institutions as per the eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Mudra Loan Scheme 2020

All the applicants must fulfill the basic eligibility criterion to become eligible for bank loans under PM Mudra Yojana 2020. The business should be either one of the following:-

  • Small manufacturing enterprise
  • Shopkeepers
  • Fruit and Vegetable vendors
  • Artisans
  • ‘Activities allied to agriculture’, e.g. pisciculture, bee keeping, poultry, livestock, rearing, grading, sorting, aggregation agro industries, diary, fishery, agriclinics and agribusiness centres, food & agro-processing, etc.(excluding crop loans, land improvement such as canal, irrigation and wells).

List of Documents Required for Mudra Yojana Bank Loan

  1. Self certified copy of identity proof such as Voter ID card / PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License.
  2. Residence proof which may contain recent telephone or electricity bill, property tax receipt (not older than 2 months). Voter’s ID card, Aadhar Card & Passport of the borrower can also act as proof of residence.
  3. Proof of SC/ST/OBC/Minority.
  4. Copies of relevant licenses/registration certificates/other documents pertaining to the ownership, identity and address of business unit.
  5. The applicant should not be a defaulter in any Bank/Financial institution.
  6. Statement of accounts (for the last six months), from the existing banker, if any.
  7. Balance sheets of the units along with income tax/sales tax return etc of the last 2 years. (Applicable for all cases from Rs. 2 Lacs and above).
  8. Projected balance sheets for one year in case of working capital limits and for the period of the loan in case of term loan (Applicable for all cases from Rs. 2 Lacs and above).
  9. Project report (for the proposed project) containing details of technical & economic viability.
  10. Sales achieved during the current financial year up to the date of submission of application.
  11. Memorandum and articles of association of the company/Partnership Deed of Partners etc.
  12. Asset & Liability statement from the borrower including Directors & Partners may be sought to know the net-worth in the absence of third party guarantee.
  13. 2 copies of Photographs of each Proprietor/ Partners/ Directors.

What is MGNREGA Act, 2005?

Mahatma Gandhi Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA or NREGA) is an Indian labour law and social security measure that aims to guarantee the “right to work” and was passed in September 2005. This scheme aims to enhance livelihood security in rural areas by providing at-least 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to each household. For this, adult members must volunteer to do unskilled work.

NREGA was scoped up to cover all the districts of India from 1 April 2008 as the largest and most ambitious social security and public works programme in the world. Another aim of MGNREGA is to create durable assets (such as roads, canals, ponds and wells). Employment is to be provided within 5 km of an applicant’s residence, and minimum wages are to be paid.

How Does NREGA Scheme Benefit Poor People?

In case work is not provided within 15 days of applying, applicants are entitled to an unemployment allowance. This means that if the government fails to provide employment, it has to provide certain unemployment allowances to those people. Thus, employment under NREGA Scheme is a legal entitlement. MGNREGA is to be implemented mainly by gram panchayats (GPs) and the involvement of contractors is banned.

Apart from providing economic security and creating rural assets, NREGA can help in protecting the environment, empowering rural women, reducing rural-urban migration and fostering social equity. The law provides many safeguards to promote its effective management and implementation. The act explicitly mentions the principles and agencies for implementation, list of allowed works, financing pattern, monitoring and evaluation, and most importantly the detailed measures to ensure transparency and accountability.

This curfew has mainly affected daily wage workers (dihadi majdoor) but is necessary to prevent labourers lives. So Uttar Pradesh govt. is coming with relief measures and as a part of this, Yogi Adityanath starts Majdoor Bhatta Yojana. The state govt. invites UP Yogi Majdur Bhatta Yojana Online Aavedan Form 2020 at uplabour.gov.in

Several relief measures includes shelter homes to poor and labour class people. The state govt. of UP has also ensured adequate supply of ration and food items to workers. In addition to this, Rs. 1,000 assistance has also been sent to bank accounts of registered labourers. But the problem is arising as most of the shramik are not registered under govt. scheme.

मनरेगा योजना (अधिनियम 2005) क्या है ?

महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम (मनरेगा / MNREGA) भारत में गरीब लोगों को गारंटी के साथ रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की एक सरकारी योजना है, जिसे 7th सितंबर 2005 को विधान द्वारा अधिनियमित किया गया था। यह योजना मुख्य रूप से प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष में किसी भी ग्रामीण परिवार व उनके वयस्क सदस्यों को 100 दिन का गारंटी के साथ रोजगार उपलब्ध कराती है जो प्रतिदिन 220 रुपये की सांविधिक न्यूनतम मजदूरी पर सार्वजनिक कार्य-सम्बंधित अकुशल मजदूरी करने के लिए तैयार हैं। 2010-11 वित्तीय वर्ष में इस योजना के लिए केंद्र सरकार का कुल परिव्यय 40,100 करोड़ रुपए था।

इस अधिनियम का एक पहलू यह भी हैं की अगर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों के पास रोजगार होगा तो उनकी बाजार में वस्तुओं को खरीदने की क्षमता बढ़ेगी जिसका सीधा असर अर्थव्यवस्था पर पड़ेगा और इससे भारत देश और भी ज्यादा मजबूत होगा साथ में उनकी जीवन शैली में भी परिवर्तन होगा।

नरेगा योजना आवेदन प्रक्रिया कैसे होती है ?

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में किसी भी परिवार के वयस्क सदस्य, ग्राम पंचायत के पास एक तस्वीर के साथ अपना नाम, उम्र और पता जमा करते हैं। जिसके बाद ग्राम पंचायत, घरों को पंजीकृत करता है और उसकी सूची तैयार करता है की किस परिवार से कितने वयस्क सदस्यों ने अपना विवरण जमा कराया है और जांच के बाद मनरेगा लिस्ट तैयार की जाती है और लाभार्थियों को एक जॉब कार्ड प्रदान किया जाता है।

जॉब कार्ड में पंजीकृत वयस्क सदस्य का ब्यौरा और उसकी फोटो शामिल होती है। एक पंजीकृत व्यक्ति या तो पंचायत या कार्यक्रम अधिकारी को लिखित रूप से यह प्रस्तुत करता है की वह (निरंतर काम के कम से कम चौदह दिनों के लिए) काम करने के लिए तैयार है जिसके संदर्भ में एक आवेदन प्रस्तुत करता है।

इस अधिनियम के तहत पुरुषों और महिलाओं के बीच किसी भी तरह का भेदभाव नहीं किया जाता है इसलिए, पुरुषों और महिलाओं को समान वेतन भुगतान किया जाता है। आवेदन की यह शर्त भी है की केवल वयस्क ही मनरेगा के लिए आवेदन पत्र भर सकते हैं।

मनरेगा योजना (अधिनियम 2005) किस प्रकार से सहायक है ?

महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम (MGNREGA) 2005 देश के गरीब परिवारों को नरेगा जॉब कार्ड प्रदान करता है जिनमें जॉब कार्ड धारक या NREGA लाभार्थी द्वारा किए जाने वाले कार्यों का विवरण शामिल होता है इसके साथ ही इस नरेगा कार्ड में उसकी पूरी जानकारी शामिल होती है। हर साल नरेगा लाभार्थी सूची जारी की जाती है जिसके अनुसार एक नया नरेगा जॉब कार्ड तैयार किया जाता है। कोई भी उम्मीदवार जो नरेगा के योग्यता और मानदंड को पूरा करता है वह नरेगा जॉब कार्ड (NREGA Job Card) के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।

महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोज़गार गारंटी योजना – प्रोग्रेस

नरेगा को 2 फरवरी, 2006 में लागू किया गया था। जिसको चरणों के हिसाब से देश में हर ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक पहुंचाना था जैसे की पहले चरण में इसे देश के 200 सबसे पिछड़े जिलों में लागू किया गया था। दूसरे चरण में वर्ष 2007-08 में इसमें और 130 जिलों को शामिल किया गया था। शुरुआती लक्ष्य के अनुरूप अगर देखा जाये तो नरेगा को पूरे देश में पांच सालों के अंदार-अंदर फैला देना था। बहरहाल, पूरे देश को इसके दायरे में लाने और माँग को दृष्टि में रखते हुए योजना को एक अप्रैल 2008 से सभी शेष ग्रामीण जिलों तक विस्तार दे दिया गया।

जिसके बाद इसका नाम नरेगा से बदल कर नया नाम महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोज़गार गारंटी योजना (MGNREGA) कर दिया गया।

Madhya Pradesh government invites COVID-19 Lockdown E-Pass online registration / application form 2020. People can now apply online for Coronavirus curfew e-passes at the official website https://mapit.gov.in/covid-19/. All such people who are providing essential services as well as citizens can apply for lockdown e-pass before 3 May 2020 and can even track their application status. The eligibility criteria, application fees, links to fill registration form and complete details are given in this post.

The Curfew e-passes generated for NGOs, govt. workers, essential services will be valid till the entire lockdown period. However for citizens, pass will remain valid for only 2 or 3 days as per govt. norms.

Anybody who is found misusing this e-pass would be liable for punishment under relevant laws of IPC as well as disaster management act.

What is a coronavirus?

Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness. People with fever, cough and difficulty breathing should seek medical attention.

How does COVID-19 spread?

People can catch COVID-19 from others who have the virus. The disease can spread from person to person through small droplets from the nose or mouth which are spread when a person with COVID-19 coughs or exhales. These droplets land on objects and surfaces around the person.

Other people then catch COVID-19 by touching these objects or surfaces, then touching their eyes, nose or mouth. People can also catch COVID-19 if they breathe in droplets from a person with COVID-19 who coughs out or exhales droplets. This is why it is important to stay more than 1 meter (3 feet) away from a person who is sick.

Can CoVID-19 be caught from a person who has no symptoms?

The main way the disease spreads is through respiratory droplets expelled by someone who is coughing. The risk of catching COVID-19 from someone with no symptoms at all is very low. However, many people with COVID-19 experience only mild symptoms. This is particularly true at the early stages of the disease. It is therefore possible to catch COVID-19 from someone who has, for example, just a mild cough and does not feel ill. WHO is assessing ongoing research on the period of transmission of COVID-19 and will continue to share updated findings.

Can I catch COVID-19 from the feces of someone with the disease?

The risk of catching COVID-19 from the feces of an infected person appears to be low. While initial investigations suggest the virus may be present in feces in some cases, spread through this route is not a main feature of the outbreak. WHO is assessing ongoing research on the ways COVID-19 is spread and will continue to share new findings. Because this is a risk, however, it is another reason to clean hands regularly, after using the bathroom and before eating.

What can I do to protect myself and prevent the spread of disease?

Stay aware of the latest information on the COVID-19 outbreak, available on the WHO website and through your national and local public health authority. Many countries around the world have seen cases of COVID-19 and several have seen outbreaks. Authorities in China and some other countries have succeeded in slowing or stopping their outbreaks. However, the situation is unpredictable so check regularly for the latest news.

While we are still learning about how COVID-2019 affects people, older persons and persons with pre-existing medical conditions (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, lung disease, cancer or diabetes) appear to develop serious illness more often than others.

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि डिजी लैप-आपकी पढ़ाई आपके घर योजना के तहत एंड्रायड मोबाइल फोन रखने वाले विद्यार्थियों को कक्षा पहली से 12वीं तक की अंग्रेजी, हिंदी, गणित और विज्ञान के साथ-साथ अन्य विषयों के अध्ययन की सामग्री घर बैठे व्‍हाट्सएप के माध्यम से मिलती रहेगी। इसमें कई रोचक वीडियो भी शामिल किए जाएंगे। इस कार्यक्रम में 25 हजार से ज्यादा शिक्षकों, विद्यार्थियों आदि को व्‍हाट्सएप ग्रुप से जोड़ा गया है।

Punjab govt. has made the ration card application process online for public in order to make is easy to get the ration card for the prospective beneficiaries. People can now find their name online in the Punjab NFSA eligible beneficiaries list 2020. People can now even find their name in the ration cards for below poverty line (BPL) / Antyodaya beneficiaries generated by Pubic Distribution System (PDS).

Ration Card is an essential document for the APL / BPL people to take benefits of most Punjab govt. schemes. It is important to note that ration card holders only can purchase Ration at subsidized rates from Ration Shops located nearby.

  2. If you are a new user, click on “New User” link, else login with your Username and Password.
  3. After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.

  5. On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  6. On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 2 (Online Form application) section and click on “Click here to fill the application form online” link.
  7. Fill the form and click “Submit”.
  8. Click “View Saved Application” link, select the application and click “Upload Supporting Documents” button.
  9. Upload the supporting documents and your application is complete.

Moreover for COVID-19 relief, the state govt. has also recently launched Corona Sahayata Mobile App to provide Rs. 1,000 assistance to Jharkhand residents stranded outside in other states.

Distribution of Milk Powder Soon

CM Hemant Soren said that needy people are getting food through community kitchens, Didi kitchen, special ration distribution, non-governmental organizations and other mediums. All the residents of Jharkhand who are stranded or stuck outside the state are given assistance through DBT mode. Accordingly, the state govt. will start distribution of milk powder soon along with the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Ration Yojana.

For milk distribution, district administration has given cheque of Rs. 10 lakh to CM Relief Fund. Parle-G biscuit company has also provided 2 lakh biscuit packets and Lifebuoy company has provided 10,000 soaps. All the persons, societies, companies and other sections must fight in collaboration to defeat Coronavirus pandemic.

What is Containment Area
Containment Area is that particular place where Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients are present. The state govt. then seal an area of 1 to 3 kilometers nearby that particular area of a district.
